Experienced RPer that is looking for a new home! :D

Greetings all!
My names Matt but most of my friends just call me Carnage. I recently turned 25 and was reflecting back on past times. From 1999 onward I've taken part in different Dark, Fantasy, D&D, Warhammer, Warcraft, Gorean, Anime (My very first RP was a Dragon Ball Z family and Chat combat orient RP group), and Family oriented RP Groups

I've been considering making a fantasy/medieval RP forum myself. But I decided to look around for a well established, active forum group to join into.

I am by no means an expert at RP, though I am mature, open minded, and always looking to improve my abilities and craft as an RPer.

Being new to these forums, I am a little confused as to how to get started. If anyone here is willing to take me under their wing or just point me in the right direction. That would be greatly Appreciated!

I'm mostly into fantasy such as Elves, Drow, Dragons, Dwarves etc...
I have watched The Game of Thrones recently (season 1 and 2) and started listening to the Audio books while I play Diablo 3 and build my RP Kingdom in Minecraft XD haha

If anyone knows or takes part in a good fantasy, dark fantasy, or Medieval RP I'd love to hear about it

Last thing I'd like to say, I also have Steam, skype, Ventrilo, and other means to talk if that's preferred! Just let me know and I'll try to get you my info

Welcome to the Guild Matt. There is an entire staff section here dedicated to taking new users under their wings. They are called Comrades look for italicized usernames (such as mine) for questions and directions.

As for how to get started, just stroll over to the Interest checks (where we keep the new and recruiting RPs) and see if anything strikes your fancy.

Then you simply follow the directions of the GM. Hi Matt, welcome to the Guild! I couldn't resist in replying to your post because of the two things I noticed we have in common - Game of Thrones and Minecraft! Make sure you listen/read all the GoT books, they're brilliantly written and are a must-read for any fantasy readers.

I'd love to RP with you in a medieval fantasy setting, maybe even in the world of Game of Thrones (Westeros) if you are interested. I'll drop you a PM and see where it goes from there... I also have Skype which would be very helpful for discussing ideas/plots etc.
