Also... For a name for the palace-city, what about Kastalinn? And for Rayquazas haunt, Asgard or similar? I have this weird idea of the first city inhabitants as Byzantine and Rayquazas attack squad as Germanic XD
EDIT: Actually... This is a good idea! Each province is compared/inspired by a real-world historical force... Kyogres province can be Spain/Portugal (I always imagined Drake as from a kinda Spanish noble family) and Groudons is a slightly altered Incan group... And Meloettas province is a Golden Age Islamic Empire, whilst the Musketeer Quartet is a Classical French area and so on~!
