Centehua look in the direction then back at the pup. "Come, get a drink from the pool and tell me what's wrong." He walked over to the edge and looked at the pup.

Soul had been traveling alone for quiet some time now... She didn't mind, she knew the risks and was used to it. "I've been in trouble before..." She thought. Soul had been searching for Ichtaca Chimalli for some time now... She started wondering if all this was really, well, a MYTH.

Then she looked up at what looked to be the ancient city! Soul smiled... Her search was over. Now she was looking forward to what awaited her.

Soul silently came up to the city and looked around... "There's nothing wrong with this place!" She thought, a smile embracing her muzzle. "It's... beautiful..." She continued thinking as she walked to the entrance... What a fine adventure this will be. Soul Smiled in delight. The place was so incredible that she didn't notice her own tear. She was crying in happiness. "This is going to be fun..."

[Etaine]

Dusk looked up at Centehua and slowly, but shakily, got up making his way over to the pool and sat on the edge and just stared at the water.

He raised his paw out to the pool. "Well...drink."

[Etaine]

He looked up at Centehua again then lowered his muzzle and sipped tentatively at the water but then realized how thirsty he was after all that running caught up to him and he gulped down some more water and coughed nearly choking.

Centehua smacked his paw on the pup's back. "Slow down. Don't drink it too fast or you'll choke." He shook his head.

The king felt something in the air. "Something is new here." He looked down at the city and looks around. "I think I have a new comer in my home." He smiled and trotted down the step to meet the new canine.

[Etaine]

Dusk finally caught hold of himself and took a deep breath, held it and then released it. He glanced up at Centehua again "Thank you mister," he said then looked at him a little closer. He'd never seen him before and became a little curious. "What's your name?" he asked.

Reno dashed from place to place searching for Dusk and calling out his name then she went from canine to canine asking if anyone had seen him and after getting either a 'no' as a response or a shake of the head she rushed off once again, Enmi barely keeping up with her. She knew that he always liked to run off and come back but she had a feeling that something was wrong this time. Please, Please be alright. she thought as she continued her search.

Gizmo took to the shade after the sun had risen high in the sky and watched over all the going-ons from her spot. A new scent wafted down on the breeze, a scent she didn't recognize. She saw Namacuix walk to the entrance and saw someone else standing there and smiled. "Ah yet another addition to our ever growing family. How wonderful."

"I'm Centehua, who are you?" he sat down looking at the pup.

Namacuix walked the main street path to meet the newcomer. "It has been awhile since we had someone new here." He chuckled to himself.

Soul's ears perked. She quickly wiped the tear away, hoping he had not seen it. "I'm... Soul. Nice to meet you, Namacuix. I can see why you don't get many visitors, this place just seemed like a myth..." She started to chuckle, wondering if this was all real, she had been in illusion tricks before. Or was Soul losing it?
She suddenly pawed herself lightly across the face. "Sorry about that, I'm just so surprised." She took a interesting glare at the largest temple she could find. "So do you have a leader? King? Lord?" Soul looked at Namacuix with a smile.

Namacuix gave a soft chuckle. "This paradise does have a king and he's standing in front of you." He gave a warming smile to her. "I see you have known my name but not my status." He laughed softly.
