In the Shadows

A boy with black hair as dark as night stood on the roof of a New York City building. The city was feeled with screams or terror and gunshots echoeing throughout the city. Flames burned out of control below and the boy just sat there with a blank look as he stared at the moon. "I didn't ask for these powers, this destruction. But it was offered to me and I did not deny it." A man ran out onto the roof, "Help me! Oh god help..." A monster the size of a bear lept from door way the man had left and landed on him. Tearing the man in half he didn't even hav time to scream.
The boy just sat there and the monster payed him no attention as it ran and lept to another buildings window terrorizing the city below. These beast and others like it ran rampent throughout the city terrorizing and killing everyone. "I am why this world will come to an end. I do not mind it for it meant nothing to me."

Ok so this is my idea, what if someone who had no care for the world or those who live in it was offered Pandora's box? He knew what it contained and he had the choice to seal it and wander the world for eternity but he chose not to. Now a shadow is growing across the world as this boy shows up city to city destroying all that's in it's path.

You are a survivor of his first major strike, New York City, and now it's up to you to take a side. Will you stand up against this evil, or will you join in for your own goals, or maybe you seek the box for yourself. It will be up to you guys to organize or not and to take a stand, on either side of the fence...
