(Casual) Lost In Blue
The sun beat down relentlessy on a thriving tropical island. The sandy coast showed signs of an accident with metals pieces and random items were ashore with a lone female body. Surprisingly her clothing was still intact, a red silk blouse with black pants along with her black heels, big hoop earrings and golden bracelet. Her appearance alone screamed filthy rich. Her tan skin and black hair along with dark brown eyes gave people the impression that she was Mexican, and they were right. Looking at her, she appeared to be in her mid twenties. A wave of water hit her once more, this time she woke up.
"Ugh...." she moaned and crawled up the coast. She felt her muscles scream in pain as she moved. "Where am I?" she thought to herself and sat up. The sun's heat instantly beat down on her. She squinted her eyes, and put her hands in front of her face. Slowly she scanned her new surroundings.
Not far from the beach was a nice grassy area with coconut trees scattered around. A little farther she noticed the grass become much dark greener and bushes appeared. Otherwise it was sandy beach all around. Finally she did cried out, not expecting anyone to hear her "Hello! Anyone!". Her eyes teared up as she sat in the sand and the feeling of helplessness overcame her.

The combonation of cool sand against her back and the distant rustling of trees caused a small smile to cross Alicia's lips. But that smile was short lived when she opened her eyes and looked around. What had happened? She looked around, seeing all the debris. Where was everyone that was on the boat?? She looked down at her skinny jeans and tank top. She was wearing her converse still and her hair was still up in a pony tail.
Then it hit her, the screams as the boat sank and the constant swimming for several hours. She suddenly felt fearfull, was she the only one that made it to the island?? "Hello!?" She yelled through the silence, then she heard another girl screaming as well. She struggled to stand up and walk towards the sound.
She sat down next to the girl, "Did anyone else make it?" She asked, gulping. She glanced around again, her eyes searching for someone..anyone that was alive.
OOC: Sorry, my writing skills are NOT as good as yours. Lol. Wow.

"I...I...don't know." she stammered and looked at the other girl. "I'm Rosa." she added. She felt much more relieved knowing that she was not the only one who would have to go through hell now. She noticed a cut on her arm, and her head felt dizzy. She lifted her hand and felt a bump on her head. Rosa was confused on what to do now. She had only seen tv shows about this kind of thing happening. No way did she ever expect it to happen to her. Rosa had run on luck too long and now was left to die on this island. "I uh...guess we should look for others." Rosa said. Her throat felt like it was on fire "and water." she added and coughed as she stood up.
OOC: Thanks! I've been writing a long time and roleplaying on and off for about five years. I like to add detail
I think you are pretty good though!

"I agree." Alicia muttered. She stood up again and began yelling to see if anymore survivors had made it to the island. "Hello!?!? Anyone?!?!" Her voice vibrated through the forest, bouncing off all of the trees like a bouncing ball. She sighed, her throat was already as raw as could be, the yelling was just making it far worse.
Meanwhile, a little farther off the beach, Dan woke up slowly. He heard screams and shouts and then sat up abrubtly. "I'm over here!" He yelled, but barely a sound made it out his throat. Before he could say another word he was falling back into a black oblivian.

OOC: I've been Rp'ng for a while as well, and I'm writing my own book, but I've never been able to RP that well. Lol

Rosa heard the cry of a male voice. "Did you here that?" she asked. "It sounded like it came from over there." Rose said and began to walk further along the coast. Every step felt like torture to her. A flash of her being thrown around her room entered her mind. The storm had been bigger then anyone anticipated. She stopped breifly to take off her heels. They only slowed her down and hurt her feet anyway. After a couple minutes of walking, she saw the male body, laying in the sand. Quickly she walked over and began to shake him. "Hello? Are you awake?" she asked frantically.
-
Dan was still out like a light as they looked over him. "hes still alive." Alicia said after checking his faint pulse. "I think hes worn out from exastion or something." She gulped. "I'm sure he'll wake up in a few hours." She said, gulping.
-
Her pulse began to slow down, knowing that the man was okay. "We should get in some shade. It's hellish here in the open." Rosa said as the sun beat down on them. "Help me drag him to that tree." She said and pointed at a coconut tree. She grabbed his arms and started to drag him to the tree.
-
Alicia helped and sat down, she felt dehydrated and sick. She gulped and took in the shade is if it were cold lemonade. She took another deep breath, "Do...do you think anyone else survived? I mean...if us girls survived that long of a swim I'm sure..I'm sure others did..." She didn't want to face the truth. That maybe they would be the only ones on the island. She didn't want to even allow it to plague her thoughts any longer.
-
"I guess it's possible. They might be in other areas though." Rosa said and took in deep breathes. Dragging him to the shade had used a lot of energy. She laid down in the shade, enjoying the coolness of it. "We will need to make fire so when a boat comes they can see the smoke." Rosa said. On all the survival TV shows, they usually stayed on the beach, built a fire and got saved. She figured this would be the best thing. "Probably some water too" she added.
