    I was thinking maybe Vegas. Plenty of stuff happening in the shadows. A internal war could be going on and the gamblers wouldn't even know it
    I like white roses but, I love them so much more when they're covered in blood.

    Yes, and the only thing around Vegas is desert, not a to welcoming environment for people running away from big population centres. BTW arowne I would like you do do some research on that town you proposed: I am interested in:
    Malls
    Hospitals
    Factories
    Military Edifices
    Landmarks
    And any other larger important buildings
