Before he left the bar, Savas grabbed Frisk, cradling the cat in his arms. He left an "Out" sign on the door, then started off toward the farmhouse. As Savas passed the church, he waved at Efyleon, who had just walked outside to play with the children. Turning to Miki, he asked, "Be prepared. The farmhouse is a piece of work. It's dirty, and probably has rats. That's why Frisk here is coming along. I'm sure he'd love snacking on them." Savas chuckled when Frisk headbutted his chin. The cat was getting restless. "Hold on, we'll be there in a minute Frisk. Jeez."
After finishing with the rec room, Efyleon and the children went back outside for a break. Raising his hand at Savas' jaunty wave, Efyleon smiled at his friend before going to join the children in their game of tag. He was grateful for these kids; they helped keep him from getting a belly, and helped him remember that life was something to be grateful for. Every day, the children filled him with happiness. He'd have to go visit Savas tonight, and catch up. He hadn't been to the bar in nearly two weeks because he had been so caught up in his reading. He missed the fox and his mouth. Besides, he needed to see what the rumours of a human coming to the Forge was really about.
