Summer is coming. The heat at the first day is so unbearable. Inside the mansion, a kid with black hair laying down under the tree at his backyard. Eyes closed and sweat dropped down from his temple. He wear white sleeveless shirt and blue shorts. He didn't bother put on any sandals or shoes. It's too hot and he think he'll melt.
"vero." he whined while rolling to lay on his stomach. His cheek rested on the cold grass below, and he sighed. He's craving for anything cold such as water melon, or ice cream. But he don't want to move.

"hot.." Isaiah said, grumbling under his breath and mentally cursed the heat. He don't like how the sun burning his exposed body. And he started to hate why his mansion doesn't have any fan, or aircon. He took a mental note to buy it later.

"Outside is no better then inside.." Vero commented as he sat next to his master. At least the wind breeze chill them for a bit. Not long after he sat, his pointed ears caught something outside of the fence.
"Spring day, cherry blossom, vanilla scent, and you.. Is a small heaven on earth.."

"What's wrong Vero?" The kid asked, now seating himself on the cold grass. Can bear with the heat, he laid down again. Grumbling and cursing under his breath.

"Something nice." Vero stand up and went inside of the mansion. 15 minutes later he returned with a pretty big bowl filled with crispy waffle, ice cream, and caramel topping. Apparently an ice cream truck was passed by 15 minutes ago.

Isaiah could felt his mouth watered by the sight of sweet and cold beverage. He quickly sitting down and looked at Vero with big amused eyes.

"I bought this earlier. The seller seems nice, master" Vero offered Isaiah the big bowl and sit next to him. A small stain of chocolate seems to stayed on the right corner of Vero's lips.

"Vero have chocolate on his lips." Isaiah mentioned and wiped the chocolate with his thumb. Licking it afterward.

"Eh.." Vero was a bit surprised with the reaction of his master. He just smiled how cute his master is when he ate his dessert. "Thank you for cleaning it, master.." Vero leaned down and kissed Isaiah's head.
