I think people are thrown off by as FM said, female RP characters (I'm playing one in another RP I'm in, actually) since if you don't know for sure, you kind of go with what characters you play as. I've made the mistake before with a guy who was playing an Asari once. I had nooo idea he was a guy until a month later.
Other than that, your sig and avatar are probably other signs you could be mistaken for the fairer sex. >.>

And, is it wrong to like playing women? I have a thing for femme fatales, thank you very much! But, no, I actually play anything as long as I find it interesting. From jackass males, to odd asexual looking creatures, to women, to animals, to shy guys, to LGBT, to... I'm getting carried away. In short, I'm very open minded when it comes to creating a character... but I usually like those bad ass types because I'm not bad ass myself. T_T
@December: And I'm an alien, so... I sorta posed as a god to the Mayans. >_> Uh, I then abducted them and set them on Mars. They made a colony, and then it sort of descended into chaos. I neglected the civilzation from there and went onto the Aztecs. I sorta introduced them to the Spaniards... and started a terrible war of disease and disembowelment. I've learned my lesson and now I'm simply conversing with humans. It's going good for now, but I have a feeling I just jinxed it and the internet may just explode now.

Oh dear, well i would like to get round to posting but after that shift I just want to do nothing at all. But I shall get settled down an find the enthusiasm. It is the problem with working in bar's is that you work very odd hours and your shifts can go as slow as hell or very fast. From doing nothing at all to being swamped. This was a mix of slow as hell plus swamped.
I think us humans are just waiting for D to post
EDIT: FMA, do you have plans for the humans, vampires, and mages to eventually cross paths?
I don't know what FML's plan is but I already hinted at in my post that I had been feeding the Vamp's intel on the mages that were trying to invade Dunlop
I definitely do, yes. Although it won't be in the immediate future just yet. I most certainly do have a plan, though.
