The Meditator reasons that he need only find some reason to doubt his present opinions in order to prompt him to seek sturdier foundations for his knowledge. Rather than doubt every one of his opinions individually, he reasons that he might cast them all into doubt if he can doubt the foundations and basic principles upon which his opinions are founded.

Let me assure you any good things you've heard about this site are more than likely nothing but true.
You'll have no problem slipping comfortably into many of the role-plays here.
If you've role-played before and think you're quite good with your writing but don't want to jump into a place that is slower at replies than the rest of the guild for the sheer amount of thought and time, I'd recommend the 'Casual' section to begin, if you're new to role-playing, 'Free' could be a good place to find your feet, and should you wish to move on then do so. If you're actually quite a confident and competant writer who makes little or no mistakes then you may be very happy in the 'Advanced' section.
Of course, if you're more into role-plays that are quite often romance oriented and can involve a lot of mature themes, the 'One x One' section would be perfect. Finally, is fighting, violence and tournaments your kind of thing? Check out the 'Arena' and battle for glory, honour and possibly your very life.
The guild also houses an off-topic area along with many others including the Galleries and hosts Writer of the Month and Artist of the Month competitions if you wish to test your skills. Unfortunately due to the lack of interest and ability to get music onto the site, there is no musician of the month competition... But I really wish there was. :P
I'd recommend reading the guide and the rules but otherwise your set to go.
