A group of the world's most high profile Corporations in the world have enacted a plan, built up over decades of planning and careful manipulation, and have taken control of the world and all of it's industries. About the only thing that remains 'free' is food, after-all, if they let their little people starve to death they might have to do all the work themselves, and they can't have that. Bottom line is that life on the planet now exists at the feet of the corporate Giants, in a couple of cases 'literally'. However all great civilizations come to an end, and all powerful entities, whether singular or made of millions of soldiers, have a weakness that can be used to shatter their control.

Starting Plot Info: You, for whatever reason, have ended up in New-york, Either Joining a still small resistance that has been plotting to assault the neglected Banker's fortress, or intend to do so yourself. Regardless this is the only target that can be hoped to be over-powered without a 'real' army of our own, as well the funds and supplies kept within should be a good kick-start to a true war effort against the Other Corporations.

Enemies to expect:

Grunts:

These can normally be identified by raggedy or rough shod armor generally being black and/or red.

Grunts number in the millions easily, whether hired, trained, black-mailed, forced, or cloned, they have been integrated into a global military force that serves the every whim of the corporate Overlords. These people are often completely covered in varied cheap armor, surplus or mass produced, they get whatever they can since they know they are expendable, they seek to prove their more valuable than the rest of the grunts and be given better equipment. They are the definition of strength in numbers however, and while a handful might not be a threat to an experienced warrior, they rarely come so few, and often roam in groups or 20 or more, and if an alarm is set off? expect 100's if not thousands from multiple directions.

They tend to resemble The normal grunts, however with blue instead of red, as well as more well sculpted armor and better weapons. These are grunts who have proven their worth over the normal rank and file, but not enough to be actually promoted, and as such are assigned as squad leaders, given somewhat better equipment, and surrounded with 3-10 normal grunts. They are not too much more of a threat themselves, and are generally 1/100th as numerous as normal grunts, however one being around improves the tactical capability of other grunts, as they are assigned to a 'tell us what to do' position and are more experienced, the lesser grunts will obey their orders and often function better in combat than without them. regardless of this however the increased effectiveness is not particularly large, and they still show difficulty operating as a cohesive unit.

'These men stand out among the grunts like a shining beacon of survivability and skill, again having green replacing the red or blue of their subbordinates, marking them as a distinguished grunt of great skill and experience, compared to the other ones. These men have likely survived numerous battles and are often assigned to larger scale commands with 100's if not 1000's of grunts under their command, and the men always obey their orders to the letter, if their told to stay they won't flee even if over-run, if told to charge they won't stop swarming until all of them are dead of the target is. These men have full freedom in how to command their subbordinates, sometimes even killing those who don't obey orders. These level of grunt is about 1 in 10000.

These commanders are often given high grade armor and heavy weapons with their standard load-out. Their expertise and equipment make them very difficult to kill while they still have expendable soldiers to command. Despite still being an unpromoted grunt, these men are not to be taken lightly, their experience alone is enough to make them dangerous.

These are a 'special' brand of grunt, required to wear completely black armor, are somewhat less common than grunt elite's, and are given special stealth load-outs, though their not cloakable and are still expendable, Their role often involves sneaking up on enemies, or sabotaging things, as well as blending in and ambushing. When in a high profile area controlled by the corporations, never let your guard down, these grunts are always patrolling in the shadows and are trained to be completely silent, as well as having night and thermal vision to out manuever less equipped enemies.

These are the personal guard of 'the banker', while they do handle day to day duties around his diminishing empire, thye are not to be confused with grunts, and they are certainly not to be underestimated. They are specially trained fighters, nimble, fast, often wielding some sort of light bladed melee weapon, but also carrying a pistol or rifle style gun along to avoid being useless at range.

They 'could' be described as super human, though in reality each one has been trained to the peak of physical capabilities, with the absolute potential of human reflexes and speed, as well as muscle control that allows them to strike harder than an unenhanced human. These men don't wear armor, they don't need it, it would slow them down and that would likely get them killed anyway, because of their speed the men of the bankers corp are the most dangerous enemies to face without the other corporations intervening.

They are also fiercely loyal to 'the banker', number in a few thousand, and will not serve any other leader unless he tells them to, this includes the other corporations, as far as their concerned the bankers would sooner kill their CEOs than obey them.

Back when 'the Banker' was still a valuable asset to the other Over-lords, He had this Created, A Hybrid Bio-Mechanical creature standing about 50 feet tall, Resembling his own appearance as a testament to his vanity, though much wider than he could really be himself. Ironically it is one of the easiest Super weapons to take down, as It's defenses are minimal, though what they are i can't tell you, that'd be spoiling the surprise. The other irony however is that this 'big banker' is stuck on an automatic setting, and has often killed whatever steps into the room it guards, which is that of the Banker's 'vault' entrance, the 'irony' of this is that the banker himself cannot enter the vault either.

The Corporations: They've spread across the world, a Number of high profile Corportions banded together and through a plot that lasted decades, have attained verritably unchallenged control over the world and it's resources. The people live a forced lifestyle now, trapped under the heel of global business and unable to acquire more of the services that modern life calls for without getting it from one of 'these' companies. Of course these companies each have their own strengthes, security, specialties, they work together to try and cover eachother's weaknesses, sell cheap only to eachother, and milk the world and it's people for every dollar and ounce of resource they can.

It's not hard to tell the people have had enough, and that revolution is brewing, of course the excessive natural of these businesses have generated some interesting results oamong the populace for people who are able to turn against them.

War and military, Craw-tech Industries: Military forces have been swallowed up by big business, after years of hording the best technoogy for themselves and improving constantly, They came out with a military force capable of out-shining all others, and many countries began foolishly outsourcing their defence to these people. The soldiers of Craw-tech number in the 10's of millions, and Easily supply the grunt level guards for every other corporation, as well as some higher level protection, though each corporatoin also has their own ways of making sure Craw-tech doesn't turn on them and perform a hostile take-over.

CEO: General John "The Beast" Bingham: a brutal man, capable of out doing Stalin himself in ruthless control, minus the god complex, and often kills his own men just for fun, why not? he can always make more with no cost in resources. He worries little about concealing information about his base or himself, why? because he is dead set that his base is impenetrable and nobody can possibly threaten him, not even the other Over-lords, It certainly helps that he wields multiple super weapons to ensure his bases functionality, as well as the main production center of war based super weapons.

Unique Units: Tanks, High Varied Soldiers, Huge Concentration of Grunts, Turrets, Modified Tanks.

Base Appearance: It resembles a standard Military base in appearance, however it is several times larger than a normal military style base, With numerous Towering walls of Reinforced Concrete and bunkers built to resist massive fire-power. The few entrances are lined with tanks and turrets, and every wall has 100's of soldiers patrolling them as well as extra turrets to ensure that nobody can get through. Stealth is likely to be impossible with the sheer level of security on this place.

Benefits of defeat: Numbers of Soldier type grunts will reduce rapidly over-time, Tanks will be more rare, Supplies of mass produced weapons to other companies will drop significantly, as will that of specially trained soldiers. We can also use their base for ourselves, probably needing some repairs, and can produce our own weapons and vehicles of military grade quality.

Banking: The banking industry played a massive key role in the rise of the Corporate Over-lords, their originally subtle manipulation of the market leading to their ammassment of countless trillions which fueled production before their ultimate take-over. However since the global take-over the use for money has become miniscule, ironic isn't it? since the corporations 'trade' eachother's services for their own rather than money, and now the people have no right to anything that could make money in their favor. The banking industry has fallen through itself, though still rich into the trillions, It has come to mean little as money has little value for the banker, and for his associates. The banking industry has become far less important to the other over-lords, who have begun to withdraw their protection, leaving them with minimal defenses. The only reason they haven't completely turned on him is because statistically he could still cost them considerable resources to wipe out, and they'd rather leave him to rot than waste those resources.

CEO: Frank 'The Banker' Stevens: He was a shrewed man, intelligent, calculating, cold to all who were not valuable to him. However his Will to go on as an over-lord has been shifting, lost hope you could say. He is enraged that the other corporations have pretty much abandoned him, and yet he knows he's helpless to turn on them for it, He hasn't the resources outside of money, and since their prices are insane even his own mass of funds isn't enough to buy resources from them. He's on the edge of insanity from being helpless after all of his hard work, He may even take a chance to help out anyone with enough balls and skill to challenge the over-lords. [OBVIOUS HINT HINT!! XD]

Unique Units: The Banker's Corp.... That's about it.

Base Appearance: You can't miss it, surrounded by seemingly run down remains of the city, as towering as it still is, this structure is large enough to be noticed anywhere in the city, It's the cleanest most 'new' looking structure around, It covers the former location of the new york stock exchange, and each surrounding block like a modern day steel and glass castle, reinforced to be nice and durable. It only has a couple of functioning turrets on it's various corners, it still has a fair legion of grunts and

Benefits of Defeat: Access to the funds and resources still held within the fortress, which isn't much compared to the other overlords, but it's a good start. We also acquire this Fortress for-ourselves, Since a full scale assault is unlikely damage is expected to be minimal, and we should easily be able to rally the remaining refugee's from the city into it's walls to help convert it into a considerable bastion to which we can retreat.

The banker, Though neglected, Is still a Rich and well supplied man, He has numerous private vehicles of various mediums, plans, boats, and so on, as well as a stock of equipment just waiting to be utilized, though much of it has defensive security, greedy as he is he's rigged them to be unusable even if he dies. Much of these assets will call for bringing him in alive, shouldn't be too hard right? [yeah right XD]

Equipment: A polearm and a katana. If she's forced into ranged combat, she'll simply use her enemies or random objects and throw them with cannon-like force.

Personality: Brutally honest outside of battle and downright brutal in battle, Akane is somebody that you don't want to anger if you're within her arm's reach. She rarely uses her full strength; it's not common that she'd need to, being equal to an honest-to-Buddha oni in power. However, get her mad and she won't forget about it until she's gotten even with the wrongdoers. That's her entire reason for standing up against these corporations.

Special Information: As a genetically-altered clone, Jake was conceived with increased strength, agility & stamina. The average person reaches maturity in his mid to late 20's. All E-series clones, including Jake, were altered to reach maturity after just 10 years & afterwards age much more slowly then the normal human, thus beying able to live longer. Jake was skilled in free running, marksmanship, weapons knowledge, stealth tactics & 2 fighting styles(mixed martial arts & muay thai). In other words, he was created to be a hunter, a killer. And a damn good one too.

Equipment:
- Cloaking suit: Jake's suit is made of a special material that bends light, allowing Jake to become invisible to the naked eye. The suit works in all light conditions, day, night, etc. However there are downfalls to this. When Jake moves, a slight distortion appears around him. If Jake walks into water or if the suit gets wet, dosen't matter how, then he instantly becomes visible again & the suit won't work until it is dry again. The suit is composed of loose pants & a hoodie. They are confortable to wear & have a distinctive hexagonal pattern.
- Upgraded gas mask: Jake can also be seen wearing a gas mask, which not only acts as a respirator but also has a built-in thermal vision system & zoom.
- Dragon Skin body armor: Jake wears a black, Dragon Skin ballistic vest, that provides preotection against most projectile-type weapons. The vest fits tight to the body but confortable at the same time. It contains pouches for various items to fit in.
- Springfield 1911 .45 ACP handgun.
- Combat knife .

Personality: Jake is serious & dosen't talk too much. When on a mission he concentrates on the task at hand & dosen't let anything distract him. He is harmless & helpful, unless you upset him, which is never a good idea, because he becomes unpredictable.

Backstory: Jake is the first of the E-series of clones, which were created to serve as killers, high-class bodyguards or guardians of a key point. This series is the brainchild of Dr. Angela Beckett, a 40 year-old female scientist working for the scientific corporation. Jake was the first of the series, created from a DNA sample of Dr. Beckett's high-school boyfriend, who died many years ago. After seeing that the experiment was a success, the process continued, with more E-series clones beying created. During his 10 years of reaching maturity, Jake was taught to love & serve the corporation without question & eliminate anyone that opposes them. All E-series clones have a chip mounted inside of them in a random part of the body. The chip acted as a tracker & was also a bomb, potent enough to kill the clone if it runs away or turns against it's superiors.

As the first of the series, Jake was reserved to the corporation boss, who used him as an assassin & bodyguard. One day, while on a mission to kill the resistance leader, the respective person managed to knock some sense into Jake, making him long for freedom & the desire to have free will & do whatever he wants, without anyone bossing him around or telling him what's right & wrong. Jake spared the leader's life & returned to headquarters, claiming that he killed him. However the boss knew better & wanted to punish Jake for his failure. Unfortunately for him, it was too late for that, because Jake, removed his chip, with the aid of Dr. Beckett, who secretly helped him by telling him where his chip is. Jake's chip was located in the back of his neck, attached to the spine. Dr. Beckett removed it by cutting the back of Jake's neck with a scalpel & taking the chip off. And with that, Jake ran away without a trace & joined the human resistance.

I'm sorry, but I know nothing of physics. I always had bad grades & hated it because it was so complicated. And what do you mean by becoming black?

Colors are created by light bouncing off a surface, in which the surface absorbs some of the light but deflects a specific wavelength. If it takes all but red wavelength the surface will be red, if it takes all but deflects blue wavelength, it will appear blue. A surface will appear white if it deflects all light, and black if it absorbs all light.

I would suggest, that the cloaking device bends light instead, and works in all light conditions, day, night and what have you. Keep the weakness in water thing, and instead of the bubble, have a slight distortion around your char whenever cloaked instead.
