    Ramos was getting bored with these people who ran around in circles screaming. He closed his eyes and searched a mental map of the city he was in currently. A large grin suddenly appeared on his face as he located the jail. He suddenly disappeared and reappeared in the middle of the jail. He laughed and held up his hand, a blast of chaotic energy coming off of it in all directions. That energy unlocked all the cells in the jail, sending the guards on a frenzy. Fell against the wall, the area spinning until he felt the strength of the chaos in him. He let out a loud laugh and spun around as people shoved past him, the guards running around as they tried to capture everyone.

    The two stepped in there, seeing the two women in there.
