Additional Body Parts / Augmentations - Due to the genetic modifications, Umar has grown massive scales which are much tougher than regular reptile scales. As well, his claws are sharper and more durable than any other reptiles, capable of carving through flesh much easier than any other creature on Earth.

Regeneration - Umar's regeneration is unlike anything produced in 'Project Dragon'. Because of how his regeneration capabilities works, Uika-Hass cannot stop growing. He might not even age due to the speed at which his regeneration keeps him healthy. Theoretically, he will grow so large that his own mass will become unsustainable and crush him, if he had enough food to sustain himself for so long.

Super-Durability and Super-Strength - Grown with heavy combat scenarios in mind, Umar was grown to be strong enough to effectively neutralize tanks and withstand massive amounts of damage.

Minor Super Intelligence - The bioweapons project that spawned him originally was intended to use copies of Umar as effective, tank-like beings that could operate on their own. As a result, Umar was given protein stimulants to encourage brain growth and development. He is able to learn things quicker than humans, but given his cynical, hateful attitude towards humans, most of what he learns is intended to harm or kill humans.

Fire Breathing - Inspired by 'Project Dragon', scientists modified the Drake cell to incorporate new features. One such feature was the ability to store hydrogen and use it to both assist in flight and breathe fire through its mouth.

Flight / Wings - See 'Fire Breathing'. Upper arms are wings, with hands forming on wrist of each wing.

Regeneration - Able to regenerate any body part in the span of either half a day or nearly a week, depending on the severity of the organ lost.

Super-Strength and Super-Durability - 'Project Dragon' raptors are bred to be stronger and resiliant enough to survive bullet damage.

History: As part of a cloning project to breed biological drones based off of the Dromaeosauridae family, Drake was the first successful clone to be bred to look and function exactly like a dragon. Due to the high costs of maintaining such a being, Drake was kept simply as a morale booster for the whole of 'Project Dragon'. When the 2012 incident occured, Drake flew away and managed to find himself in the city of London.

Legal Status: None; frightening features likely to initiate 'kill-on-sight' policies

Other: He holds humans in contempt for imprisoning him for so long in the growing vat. Uncomfortable but nonetheless calm in tight places, he becomes hyper-violent if faced with imprisonment, requiring tranquilizers - or a lot of space and time - to calm him.

Minor Physical Strength - Between his life as a mechanic, blacksmith, and vigilante, along with his father's genetics, Johnny has an impressive physical strength, capable of lifting up to 500lb.

Minor Durability - Johnny is able to resist both the small amounts of heat that he generates, as well as the strains of his physical strength.

Minor Pyrokinesis - Able to manipulate oxygen to give him stronger fires and pure metals in the shop; can use it to slightly intensify his heat torch and other flame-based ranged weapons to essentially turn them into a super-heated flamethrower, causing extensive burning damage.

Learned Skills - His experience with cars and metal, as well as his education in metallurgy and mechanics, has made him a genius with non-computerized mechanical equipment.

Equipment:

One single-handed grav-hammer he uses for both combat and forging. Shaped like a regular forging hammer, it's capable of severe damage and internal bleeding in humans with a single hit when activated, and is able to dent steel plates as thick as 1" without any assistance from Johnny's pyrokinesis.

A custom welder’s mask that is also used to protect his head in combat and hide his identity. It's painted black, and the visor is also black from the tint used to disguise the Welder's identity.

History: His father, Denzel, was a well-known metal forger and mechanic amongst the locals, able to build cars out of nothing in the span of a few weeks. Unknown to everyone else, however, was that this skill was primarily dependent on his pyrokinesis abilities and super-human strength, which no one – save one person - found out. When he married and had his first and only child, they moved the forge out of the city and into a nearby suburb, believing that the city life was not right for his family.

Early in Johnny's life, his mother died after her car was trapped on a railway crossing. This freak accident drove Johnny's father to depression and alcoholism. As time went on, he eventually became a womanizer, picking up chicks and drunkenly exposing them to Johnny. These were traits Johnny himself would eventually pick up later in life.

Johnny was constantly playing with Hammers as a young child, which convinced Johnny's father to teach him the basics of forgery and mechanics. He helped his father work in the shop, where he would help build, fix, and sometimes take apart anything made mostly of metal, from cars to advanced building machinery parts. It was in the shop that Johnny also discovered his father’s abilities, soon after discovering his own pyrokinesis ability by accident.

During Johnny's post-secondary years, when he applied himself to mechanics and metallurgy, his father had committed suicide after a particularly rough night of drinking. This forced Johnny to abandon his school and work back at the forge. He moved it back into the city, where his father once worked before.

One day, while walking around the city, he noticed a couple being attacked by a gang of thugs, and immediately grabbed the closest thing he could to defend them: a spare hammer lying near a construction site. He fought them off, but in the process killed two of the thugs and mentally scarred the couple. The courts tried to find him guilty of murder, but his lawyer convinced the jury that he was trying to protect the couple at any cost, and that they would have died without his intervention.

Nonetheless, after the court case, it left Johnny with a pessimistic view of the Justice system, and fuelled his pursuit for a vigilante life, which led to a spree of reckless murders across NY, catching the attention of the police and leading to a massive manhunt. However, after one such attack on a group of thugs in a random warehouse, his former lawyer, having tracked him down the whole time, reveal himself to Johnny as a member of the League of Masks. Upon watching his attempted pursuit of justice, the lawyer personally invite Johnny into the League, promising to help divert the police should he accept. Accepting the invitation, Johnny went back to his shop and built the Welder mask.

His life afterwards consisted of mercilessly butchering thugs and criminals, most often by night and always in isolated locations. Amongst criminal groups, his alter-ego was referred to as "The Mad Welder", due to the iconic welding mask he wore to protect his face and identity. His vigilante sprees and forging skills, while as of yet unnoticed by the media, gave him all the experience he needed for using the hammer as both a weapon and as a tool.

Under Johnny, the family business had evolved to become more focused on car mechanics and custom shop details, bringing in more money than was possible under his father’s management. He would eventually come into contact with one Tamerlane, who would provide him with a better-equipped hammer as well as more opportunities to operate as his alter ego.

Legal Status: Johnny is a registered citizen of the United States. His super strength was noted in courts, but no one as of yet knows of his pyrokinesis abilities, or of his recent vigilante sprees. He is also a member of the League of Masks; however, his membership has been questioned due to the rather ruthless way he executes thugs and criminals.

Other: Johnny’s mechanic shop – “The Goode Mechanic Shop” – serves as both his home and his hide-out. It's also where he stores his vehicle, "The Iron Steed", a war machine equipped with dual-mounted, chain-fed M16s with 45mm incendiary rounds, torches lined all across the bottom of the car for self-defense against anyone trying to break into or damage the car, and fully reinforced in half-inch steel plating and bullet-proof glass.

Speedy Regeneration to make her cuts water-tight as fast as possible. Unusually long and sharp fangs and claws. Unusually strong jaw muscles for biting. Streamlined and water camouflaged (Dark blue on the top, light blue on the bottom.) body. Able to understand and carry out orders if they're not too complex and can speak fairly simple sentences. (Not fully intelligent, though) She was intensively trained in water and boat based fighting, stealth, infiltration ,

She has minor vestigial fins on the tip of her tail and on her back but they're less than an inch high. She has webbed hands and feet.

Backstory:

Orphaned at an early age and forced out of his home, Nate Anders spent much of his life on the streets doing whatever he could to survive. Stealing, fighting, whatever he could to keep himself fed and watered. Often he'd spend the night in a derelict building, an alleyway or in the local park. Times could be harsh, sometimes Nate would have to fight his claim at a spot, sometimes losing, sometimes winning, until he began hanging around with a gang of graffiti artists who'd paint over billboards, subway trains and over high-profile locations, developing his parkour skills further in order to access these locations, even assuming the graf name 'Anon', on account of the goggle hoodie he wore to conceal his identity from the authorities. Meanwhile, the events surrounding his parents' deaths had always been mysterious, but things soon came to a head once Anon reached the onset of puberty. Gradually, he began to notice unusual phenomena that began to occur around him. Electrical appliances randomly switching off, lights suddenly fizzling out. Slowly, he began to realise that he was the cause of this anomalous activity, that he was a 'supernormal', one with electrokinetic abilities. These could have been linked to his parents' deaths, but he paid little attention to this, instead focussed on amusing himself and expressing his newfound powers.

He practised these abilities and also seemed to develop several more over time, perfecting them, and eventually chose to demonstrate them to his fellow graff artists, gaining further support and respect. Since this however, he has had numerous run-ins with the authorities that have led to officers suffering injuries due to electrical burns or broken bones, and just short of a dozen squad cars have been put out of action due to damage caused by his electrical abilities.

Backstory:

Born as an 'Anchor Baby' to two Illegal Immigrants from Mexico, Cesar grew up in Oakland amidst the Latino Gang Wars in a Sureno Neighbourhood, and from an early age he was heavily involved in the gang Los Mercenarios Sur Trece, earning his 'colours' at the age of thirteen. During this period he committed many crimes on the behalf of his gang, including Grand Theft Auto, assault and even becoming involved with shootings, making his first kill at the age of fourteen. He was often in and out of juvenile hall, and on one instance he was arrested and put on trial for the first degree murder of a rival gang member only to be acquitted due to lack of evidence. It might be noted that for someone of a young age, he was rather adept when it came to street brawling and he became somewhat of a 'Brawler King' amongst Oakland's streets.

However, it wasn't until the age of seventeen that Cesar learned of his abnormal abilities. Participating in the theft of a gang rival's car with his friends in revenge for an earlier insult, Cesar and his friends were ambushed by the gang rival and several of his followers, all of whom were armed with firearms. Cesar and his friends returned fire but were outnumbered, and were soon cut down and forced to flee. Chased down by the rival in his car, Cesar found himself at a dead end and was promptly shot seven times in the chest, collapsing against the wall whilst a pool of his own blood amassed. Yet, somehow he survived. Weak, but alive, and his wounds somehow sealing up. It soon became aparrent to Cesar over time that he posssessed abnormal abilities, and more of these 'incidents' occurred.

And this led to the DSE taking notice as police officers reported 'incidents' in which a 'Hispanic Male took two rounds to the chest and kept on going' or such, and he soon became listed as a wanted man on the DSE's records and promptly pursued by their agents. Forced to flee Oakland, he took a few of his belongings with him including his prized Chevrolet Impala 'Lowrider', and moved from place to place, eventually ending up in New York where he assumed a false identity and found himself laying low in a Brooklyn Apartment, often trying to entertain himself by tagging up graff murals like he had during his adolescent years, and through this he came across Nate, promptly befriending him and taking him under his wing. Nate began to refer to Cesar as 'Uncle Cesar', whilst those in Nate's writing crew often referred to him as 'Vato' due to his past. He also owns a Doberman Pinscher dog which he has promptly named 'Perro', and he is seldom seen without Perro when he's out driving his Chevrolet Impala.

History:
David was born in the United States in Detroit Michigan and spent his first eight years there, when he was 9 he and his parents moved to Canada for reasons he's still not sure of. At 11 David first began displaying his empathic talent though his regeneration was relatively unnoticed, He faced bullying for awhile before he began to use his empathy to broadcast his own feelings at his tormenters, largely frightening them off. When he reached highschool David joined the Wrestling and Rugby teams.

At 14 his healing ability became known after a severe accident on the Rugby field resulted in a member of the opposing team being wounded and breaking one of his arms and one of his legs, David approached and when he touched the hurt teenager his ability kicked in, David's want to help the other person transferred into his healing ability and he finally became aware of it, using his knowledge of the healing process of bones to help the other player after he realised his ability. The other boy's recovery time was considerably lessened by David. Immediately David was fast tracked for medical school with high expectations.

Sadly When David turned 17 after getting his license, a particularily large party ended in disaster. His parents came to pick an inebriated David and some of his friends up from the party and take them home, however when they got on the highway to get across town faster the car was blind-sided by a van fleeing from the police, David's family car was pushed over the rail of the raised highway 20 feet to the ground.

Everyone but David was killed in the accident, only Davids Regeneration prevented his own death from the serious trauma and burns suffered. David's left arm was almost severed by a piece of the door but his natural healing managed to stop it long enough for the wound to seal so he didn't die from blood loss. Sadly by then it was too late for the others in the car and David's healing ability proved too weak to save them. David continued on and graduated high-school with honours, he then went to college for two years for a practical nursing degree before joining the Navy. He spent 6 years in the Navy, aquiring a medal for conduct in a drug interdiction operation that turned into a fire-fight for his boarding party.

Now out of the military and still trying to figure out what to do with his life David turned to the DSE as his future, applying several times over a few years he was finally allowed in at the age of 25. He spent the next 11 months in training before Finally being given an assignment, once again dealing with a drug cartel due to his past experience. He was snuck into the cartel, almost exclusively super run, and gained rank quickly before the sting that rounded up most of the cartel's higher-ups occured.

It resulted in a relatively short shoot out as resisters were eliminated and the few who decided to go peacefully were escorted out, David's empathic ability helped in this, sending messages of helplessness and fear to the leaders to get them to give up. He was given a pat on the back and bonus before moving on to other operations.

Now he merely waits for his opportunity to prove his abilities in order to get promoted and maybe help more people.

History:
Marc was born and raised in the Netherlands. Since his birth he was extremely sensitive to sounds. He was diagnosed with super hearing at the age of 5. His superhearing wasn't developed enough to shut it down. He went the lightblood academy and discovered he was a ventrokinist. The first technique he mastered was to cancel out sound by creating soundwaves through pressure differences. This gave him rest from his super hearing until he mastered it enough to shut it down. It also was a good starting point for further sound inspired ventrokinistic abilities which became his signature moves. He graduated in physics and joined the ministry.

Group Name: Carrandax Corporation

Purpose: A somewhat specialized medical research and supply centre focusing on DNA splicing; the splicing of Super DNA which Carrandax holds exclusively so far. However its access to a factory means it can supply all kinds of weapons and vehicles and such as well, meaning it can supply almost anything. It works almost exclusively through the blackmarket and through those who have enough cash to afford their services.

Reputation: Solid, as they supply exactly what you want at a price, but suspicious, as they don't tend to ask many questions and interaction with the company itself is nearly always done by some sort of proxy. They aren't exactly widely advertised but generally people who know what they want and have the money to pay for it will find Carrandax, as their costs are very high considering the kind of market and the quality.

Foundation: Somewhere in the 1870s Carrandax started as a supplier for local hospitals, growing slower than most companies since its stock wasn't as easy to mass-produce, and their contractor-base was rather specific and narrow.

Group Size: Quite small, possessing only one branch, they have a vast laboratory building and a personal factory.

Group History: Carrandax has had a relatively quiet history with a few jarring leaps. It was originally a medical supply company until World War I when suddenly the super soldier goal became popular with the government.
Possessing adequate resources and equipment, Carrandax had opened up a new research and assistance sector for supernormal children. They performed regular check-ups on many of the new children and kept detailed records on blood work, growth and many other aspects of their development such as mental state. Their goal was to study the children and assist their growth as both a child and a possessor of super powers.
One thing led to another as their research built up and soon enough they had their own gene lab for supernormals, which was soon contracted by the government to be used for super soldiers when the second world war came around. The company ran many batches of clones and the then-cutting-edge transgenic human/animal hybrids. It was at this time that Valerie joined the company, proving to be an invaluable asset with her expansive knowledge and skill with genetics, and her other powers made her an ideal cloning candidate for a line of battlefield medics.
After the war the demand for clones and hybrids dropped dramatically until they were only producing a dozen clones a year, which was far from acceptable for Valerie who'd worked hard to get herself promoted through the company. So Valerie began hiring many of her retired clones to work for her department until the entire cloning sector was staffed by her clones.
The transition to black market medical services turned out to be rather easy for the company at this point, as their 'merchandise' was popular and they had already started to go under from lack of business due to the mass availability of medical equipment in those days. Cloning research was especially popular and as such it was easy for Valerie to ascend to the head of the company. Though once in charge, Valerie started firing more and more people while replacing them with clones of herself, effectively hijacking the entire organization.
Some of the newest clones at this point had bore the fruits of Valerie's obsessive research and held successfully grafted abilities -abilities the original didn't possess. This was an incredible breakthrough for her and spurred her onwards in her cloning research, leaving most of the other departments with only superficial resources in case they were useful. Eventually she became able to make custom versions with exactly the powers she desired and stripping away the original powers to make more tailored, sympathetic power sets. No one in the world, as far as she knew, had the ability to do this -as such she had entirely cornered an amazing market.
One of Valerie's notable purchases when she assumed command was a factory for other aspects of her plan that included weapons and such. The factory is unmarked and unremarkable, and the only entrance is via portal or high explosives. The company deals anything that'll bring in money at this point: selling customized clones, medical supplies, equipment, weapons and vehicles.

Group Location(s): Carrandax's laboratories is located somewhere near the center of New York, and the factory is somewhere over in the industrial district. These are kept entirely secret these days. Even customers don't know where they are located.

Legal Status: Legally the company was disbanded in the 60s. They've managed to cover their trails well enough and its habit of keeping its head down often means it doesn't get in the way of authority. The Valerie clones make sure not to be seen in great numbers so that no one gets suspicious.

History:
Valerie's history is a little awkward at best, seeing as she was a supernormal child growing up right in the thick of World War I where power was a commodity.
Her parents had been supernormals involved with the war effort; her mother was one of the most unbelievable medics and her father was a small mastermind who was in charge of making everything run infinitely smoother.

But it wasn't long after Valerie had been born that her parents had 'died in the Great War for the freedom of our great nation' and pretty much left her to grow up in some orphanage completely alone in the world.
Asides from being alone, the next biggest issue was that the orphanage wasn't built for supernormal children, so it was akin to trying to keep a small tornado in a box. This fact turning her into a bully-magnet didn't help much either, as she didn't have scary abilities, she was just weird.
It wasn't long after that did Valerie begin having very frequent visits to a certain Carrandax Corporation full of all kinds of tests and treatments.

Carrandax had wanted to help Valerie and her abilities flourish, but to Valerie, she saw a new side to this 'supernormal' thing and grew curious for answers.
Except curiosity slowly turned into an obsession as she grew older and went to school, always ending up pestering adults with questions and digging deep in any books she could find that might help. But she just kept coming up basically empty for all the digging, as it seemed the answers to her questions didn't exist yet, and it was driving her crazy.

College rolled around with a bit more success but ultimately nothing had changed about Valerie. The best thing that came out of college for Valerie, was catching the government's eye when months later the second world war began.
A supernormal with staggering grades in all things genetics, there was no way the government was going to pass that up, not when they were trying so hard to get more supernormal power into their war and genetics was the way.

After Carrandax had gotten a fully-equipped gene-lab running, Valerie had found herself yet again returning to that place when the government assigned her there to help with the cloning and transgenic processes.
Things had come a long way compared to when she had come to the Corporation as a child, and she finally saw some promising things in the company that she could use. But even though they had come this far already, Valerie still found a lot to be unimpressed with as they'd barely scratched the surface on this new concept and were already trying to employ it. Like a 30 page instruction manual and they were only interested in using the front cover.

Like many others, Valerie wasn't exempt from the supernormal cloning program, so eventually she too had clones running about in the war effort playing the part of medics or assistants. But there was a certain realization or idea from seeing clones of herself that kind of stuck with Valerie, as she saw in herself the makings of a method that would help find her answers.
Scientific process was all about keeping all variables but one the same, and what better way to decipher genetic theory than with her own clones?

After all the cloning and attempts to merge human DNA with animal DNA, Valerie's compiled theories eventually snowballed until she realized a larger picture, and from that a great many underlying patterns.
From those patterns Valerie actually managed to culture a clone of herself with an ability that wasn't hers.
But it was at that moment of her greatest triumph did the war end and the cloning fanaticism with it, slowing down to an agonizing pace in Valerie's opinion which was completely intolerable.

Hence Valerie set in motion a plan to get things moving again, first by calling all her clones back into the company where she started a steady takeover. She knew the only way she get the resources she needed is if she had dictator-like control over the company, which with her clones was actually a possibility.

The next few decades saw the rise of Valerie Kharn to the head of the company, the number of her clones growing substantially, and the subsequent removal of anyone that wasn't her clone which left the entire company under control of an army of clones.

After she'd achieved this master plan, she could finally pursue her long term plan with fiery zeal, which saw the generation of many clone experiments until Valerie found the key to Supernormal-DNA.

The years proceeding that discovery were then flooded with supernormal clones that were Valerie's experiments.

She's taken up residence with her clones in a high-rising hotel that she owns, though the hotel no longer possesses an entrance at all and has a stronger security system.

Purpose: This group is dedicated to the research, discovery, and upkeep of technology. Though they primarily work on military tech they have begun construction of a massive database of all technology.

Reputation: Generally the group is known for their ruthless pursuit of technology. Any and all methods are used by those tasked with recovering tech. As such they have made enemies of powerful companies and individuals.

Foundation: It isn't quite known when this group was founded as all records have apparently been purged. The elder members though have estimated that the Priesthood was formed sometime in the 1920's.

Group Size: Priesthood census' indicate a membership roll of about 350 members. Only about 50 or so of these members are actual operatives. The majority are private military forces who accompany operatives on jobs and can't be contracted separately.

Group History: This group was, by design, largely unknown till about the 1960's. Since their debut on the world stage they have continued their original task. They have been accused by some companies and nations of stealing technology or espionage. They are the main driving force behind the Russian/Soviet space programs. They've been working on an orbital dry dock: for constructing and repairing space craft.

Power/Skills/Training: Nasa has been heavily modified with cybernetics as part of his membership to the Priesthood. This has enhanced his reflexes, strength, and durability immensely though not on par with natural powers. Nasa's primary set of cerebral implants help with multitasking and adapting the brain to control new things, making him much more capable than the standard human. A secondary series of cerebral implants called the Cerebral-Techno Interface(CTI) act as a form of artificial Technopathy.
The Cerebral-Techno Interface system is a combination of Q-computer technology and input adapters used by the Priesthood as a form technopathy. By integrating a quantum computer into cerebral implants it becomes possible to link to a computer device via data ports (i.e. USB, RF connectors, modular connectors, etc). By using electrodes that channel the pulses from the brain to a quantum computer that then converts them into computer signals the CTI allows for the operative to act as a sort of A.I. system and hack a system to gain access to information or even direct manipulation of the programming data. There is a cruder way of forming a connection. It involves stripping the data cables of the target and splicing in wires from the CTI user. The method extremely sketchy and is only used as a last resort. The interface technology is quite new and has a number of faults. It is unstable and even at its best a degraded connection can cause the operative's conscious to become separated from the computation device, potentially causing trauma to their cognitive functions. The Cerebral-Techno Interface was first designed and prototyped by Priesthood Operative 048693.

Equipment: Nasa wears a powered armor that acts as a life support system when in hostile environments. His right arm, which is robotic, contains a multitude of micro-saws, drills, and a plasma cutter which can be revealed when needed and can be used as weapons. He wields an electro-blade(falcata) and a laser pistol as personal protection as he tends to travel without Priesthood guards. A microfusion reactor powers his armor while high-density batteries power his sword and pistol. After going to college and earning a Masters in Engineering he moved to Russia and settled in Magadan on the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk. There he built a reputation as a brilliant engineer and technician which attracted the attention of the Priesthood. He was approached multiple times by various organizations to join them though he rejected all of them. When members of the Priesthood approached him one evening Nasa welcomed them into his shop as fellow gear-heads. He was entranced by their stories of adventure and technology. Upon leaving the strangers left behind cryptic instructions on how to find them. Nasa was quick on the uptake selling his shop and boxing all his personal effects into private storage for later retrieval. For five years he trained with the Priesthood, excelling in everything even the combat training. When he finally graduated he was designated as a field operative. Generally this meant that he would have to travel with a squad of bodyguards. This he opted out of, his combat skills convincing his superiors of his ability to defend himself from harm.

Super-durability: Bulletproof skin (still hurts like a bitch and impact will damage underlying tissue), bones like titanium, internal organs are firmly secured and highly durable.

Super-metabolism: Requires various super-foods to prevent a 24/7 diet. Can store large amounts of energy chemically.

Unusual physiology: Has a high resistance to most poisons (alcohol being a fortunate exception) and is immune to most diseases. Repulsor Gauntlets: His babies, his pride and joy. Took him months to build (or rather, modify from a commercial set of portable repulsion focussers), and years to perfect. With these he can pull objects towards his hands (like a cup or a face), or send things flying by punching them (or by blasting them at short range). They're also quite handy for impromptu handholds.

The gauntlets are powered by modified high-density chemical batteries, of which he has a steady supply courtesy of the black market. Spare ones are kept in two bandoliers (which also contain a small assortment of smoke and flash grenades).

Blast Helmet: A full helmet of his own design; he built it after an incident in which he was knocked unconscious by a bullet to the forehead. It has the following features:

Perry was born into an average middle-class family as the second youngest child of five. He did well in school, where he was one of its most prominent bully hunters, earning him the ire of various teachers. These conflicts lead to a general dislike of authority and a bit of a rebellious streak. When his superhuman strength manifested in high school it was probably the best thing that ever happened to him, although this meant his usual rivals gained a few levels in competence as well; more often than not did he get his ass handed to him by others with more complex powers. He did become aware of his resistance to telepathy however, which he gleefully demonstrated to the overconfident asshole who tried to use it on him.

As the years progressed it readily became apparent he was no longer the top dog, which Perry and his ego didn't like. His idealism - while not crushed - was left jaded, and he began to care less about problems that weren't his. Eventually high school ended, and Perry was given a scholarship on condition that he joined the university's supernormal kickboxing team, which he not-so-humbly accepted. In the next two years he would develop a fascination for repulsor technology, which he was often found experimenting with. Not nearly often enough as far as he was concerned; he found the school environment to be restricting, and thus he dropped out after his second year despite passing with flying colours.

In order to continue tinkering, he would need money. A lot of money and fast. This need quickly landed him on the more morally ambiguous side of the law, where he began working as a freelancer. He didn't really like the line of work, but the pay was good. The whole ordeal was a bit of a virtuous cycle; he would do a job, earn money, use up said money in constructing gadgets, use said gadgets in the next job and so on ad infinitum. All in all, the prospect of doing this for the rest of his life was starting to grow on him.

It was on an otherwise unimportant escort mission where he first met Aradia, who just happened to be after the guy he had to protect. She succeeded at first, but Perry gave chase and eventually they reached an impasse, at which point Perry finally got a good look at the assailant and contracted a nasty case of love at first sight. The two managed to turn the situation into a lucrative arrangement for the both of them - behind the backs of both their contractors - and she introduced him to the NYSCN.

They soon became more than colleagues, and their relationship would last a good year before they respectfully parted ways.

Born into Nobility in Anglo-Saxon Britain as Saul Beorhtnoth, Luther went on to become a Knight and had prepared to fight for the Danes at Assandun. However, on the night before the battle Luther entered a tent being used for the interrogation of a captured enemy scout, and then proceeded to steal and don the captured scout's armour as a disguise, then slipped out of the camp with the scout's stolen horse, travelling several miles to the West before eventually discovering the location of the enemy camp. Approaching the camp, he was able to decieve the soldiers standing guard at the entrance by claiming that he had been taken prisoner by the Danes but had managed to escape in addition to gaining information on their camp. Believing his story, the guards allowed him to enter the camp, where he again used the same story to gain access the Commanders' Tent, where he fed the Commanders false information on the Danes, claiming their camp was a mile from it's actual position and that their soldiers were 'untrained, undisciplined peasants' who's numbers were rather underwhelming. He believed that this would lead to the enemy becoming overconfident and unprepared in addition to travelling in the wrong direction, allowing the Danes to catch them off-guard by flanking them. Luther slipped into the General's personal field tent as he slept, then proceeded to slit the General's throat with a dagger, leaving behind evidence which implicated several of the General's Knights in his murder, including the bloody dagger which he left beside one of the Knights as they slept.

Quickly departing from the camp, he rode back to the camp of the Danes where he informed his Commanders of his actions and where the enemy would be headed, earning him significant praise and the title of 'Man of the Hour' the following morning before the battle. When they rode forth, the Danes were able to flank the enemy, who were also in low morale due to the 'treachery' behind the General's murder and unprepared for such a powerful force. Luther fought well in the battle, and killed a good number of enemies before he found himself surrounded. Then, he managed to fight off a group of five lance wielding soldiers despite beginning to suffer from the effects of exhaustion, killing four of them before the final one lanced him in the abdomen, only to be viciously beheaded with a heavy strike from the mortally wounded Luther's blade, and the battle was soon won.

As he lay dying in a field tent following the battle, he was approached by 'Xerith', a mysterious individual posing as a surgeon. Xerith, impressed by Luther's actions after secretley following the noblemen the previous night, then hearing of his exploits in battle despite odds being unfavourable, offered to save Luther's life by turning him into a vampire, and Luther was quick to accept the offer. Almost imediately, Xerith leaned over the dying Noble and bit into his neck, feeding on him before walking away, leaving Luther to fall into unconsciousness. During the night, Luther awoke from his unconsciousness, his wounds healed and a strange thirst for blood upon him. Quickly exiting his tent, he soon began to slip into the other tents across the camp and brutally slaughtered the soldiers within them, viciously satiating his thirst by tearing into their necks and feeding on their blood. It was only after most of the camp's inhabitants were completely drained of blood that he was approached by Xerith, who was rather impressed at how the 'newborn' Luther had managed to wipe out most of the camp in order to satiate the thirst and the bloodlust he'd experienced due to the circumstances of the change.

Luther and Xerith formed a close bond, the former becoming the student whilst the latter was the teacher. Luther soon learned that Xerith was one of the Old Ones, Vampires who had lived for very long periods of time. He claimed to have been alive since the time of the Roman Empire and have laid eyes upon notable figures such as Jesus Christ, Galen, Muhammad and Saint Patrick. Travelling across Europe over the next century, Luther and Xerith began a spree of killings in which entire families would be slaughtered in order to satiate their thirst, gaining them significant notoriety amongst the vampire community. Xerith soon voiced his intent to amass a large sum of wealth and form an empire for vampires, with Luther at his side, as he had selected him to be his protégé as most of the Old Ones had.

This would not last however, as Xerith, whilst one of the Old Ones, was not exempt from death, and found himself ambushed and outnumbered by a large group of well prepared vampire hunters whilst Luther had been gathering up the valuables belonging to a wealthy household who's inhabitants the two had only recently fed upon. When Luther returned for his mentor, he found only a decapitated body with several crossbow bolts embedded within it, whilst the hunters had departed with their grisly trophy. Furious and yet grieving over Xerith's murder, he swore to exact retribution upon the hunters, succeeding after spending two decades tracking each and every last man down, severing the head of each of the hunters and leaving it outside their homes as a warning to those who dared to incur his wrath. Yet Xerith's head was lost. Alone, Luther mourned the loss of his closest friend and returned to Britain, where he assumed the name of 'Dyne Argosax' and quickly made his way through the ranks of the nobility until he attained the rank of 'Lord', gaining his own household and a number of servants whilst the people under his rule grew to respect yet fear him. Often when he rode out on horseback and peasants that looked upon him with anything but respect were brutally flayed, anchoring his common nickname 'Dyne the Merciless'. A few decades later and he moved on, changing personas several times so as not to cause suspicion and reveal himself as a vampire. Several times he was a Knight, a Merchant and on one occasion became a Baron, eventually leaving Britain once again to embark upon the Crusades and visit the Middle East, hoping to bring back valuable treasures and 'recruit' some new vampires in order to help spread the disease across the region.

Early on in the 15th Century, Luther found himself trapped within a French Monastery by a group of Monks, who proceeded to subject him to a variety of tortures in order to 'cleanse' him of his 'sins', his regeneration only prolonging his suffering. Eventually after several months, one of the monks approached him and asked if he would repent his sins, only for Luther to tear out his throat and use the body as a shield against the crossbow wielding Knights who guarded the exit. This left him with a general fear of the cross, as it often reminded him of the tortorous ordeal. Over the next two centuries, he began to amass more wealth and also infected numerous people with his 'old' strain of the disease and stated that he would call upon them when the time came, intent on forming his own 'empire' of sorts to continue Xerith's original plans. Asia was a place where he spent a considerable amount of time, and he also visited Japan in secret so that he could spread the disease to the isolated counry and on a lesser note, he also took interest in the Samurai, who he respected and admired.

Then, in the later half of the 17th century he decided to travel to the New World, intend on cementing his place there whilst the opportunity existed. Departing on a ship with many others, he remained within the lower decks
alongside a few of his 'recruits' he deemed to have proven themselves worthy enough to join him. Having arrived at the Province of New York, he soon had a manor constructed using his vast wealth and funds and assumed the identity of 'Lord William Luther', the first name inspired by William Shakespeare who's plays Luther had enjoyed watching. Whilst retaining the surname of Luther, he would change his first name every few decades or so in order to avoid being outed as a vampire, though he continued to spread the disease by having his 'agents' infect others. Fortunately his manor survived the Revolutionary War and he retained most of his estate by 'defecting' to the Revolutionaries as the British lost control over New York. Soon, he started up a shipping business which eventually developed into an international company known as 'Xerith Industries'.

By the twentieth century, Luther had begun to take an even more active role in the 'politics' of the vampire underworld, using his position on the council as a method of keeping the younger vampires in line out of both respect and fear. His view on humanity had also begun to change as he lived through the entirety of two World Wars and the many lives lost in both, finding himself to be disgusted with yet pitiful of humanity to the point that he'd sent in a few of his agents into concentration and prisoner of war camps to try and free the prisoners or put them out of their misery through a quick, painless death. And as vampires gained more attention in the public's eye in the wake of both World Wars, he did what he could to cover up any incidents which would result in damaging the reputation of the vampire species, often planting evidence at crime scenes, bribing or 'replacing' coroners with his own agents and submitting false reports to the media which would divert the blame towards other individuals and groups.

And by the beginning of the 21st Century, Luther had become convinced that if allowed to continue, Humans would bring about their own destruction and with it, the rest of the species upon the planet. He believed that whilst Humans didn't need or deserve to be destroyed, they needed to be controlled and kept in line for their own good, to protect them from themselves and others. As per usual, he changed his first name to 'Albert' in 2001 in order to keep up the facade of being human, and since then he's been maintaining the same identity.

Purpose:

Publically, they're involved in various fields. For example, they have their own brand of Laptop and Desktop PCs, alongside electronical equipment and hardware such as TVs and Satphones. They also research and manufacture medication such as painkillers, anti-biotics, contraceptive pills and so on.
In secret, they also have their own PMC group made up of varying individuals who recieve high levels of payment that suitably matches their level of professionality and skill. They also have a covert 'clean-up' division which focusses on covering up public incidents involving vampires that would only worsen the species' reputation. This includes the removal or tampering of evidence present at crime scenes, bribery or 'replacement' of officials such as coroners or police officers and so on.

Reputation:

World domination, doomsday devices, genetically created viruses which turn people into obedient drones, just your general evil corporate stuff. Still not as bad as EA, though.

A generally decent reputation, no outlying issues aside from the occasional accusation of varying daliances such as sexual harrassment, unfair dismissal and so on. It's well known to most people, particularly if you live or have spent some time in the US or the UK.

Group Backstory:

Founded in 1791 as Luther Shipping Co, the small shipping company soon began to prosper as it gained more trade and business, allowing it to open offices in other cities across the East Coast of the US and eventually, on the coast of London and Ireland, and by the beginning of the 20th Century it had expanded into other areas and had been renamed 'Xerith Industries' at the request of one 'Doctor Michaelangelo Luther'. Xerith Industries had three main divisions: Phameceutics, Computing and Electronics.

Power/Skills/Training: Being designed as a sabotage unit on the battlefield, Epsilon has been modified with the ability to camoflauge himself. Being fifth of this particular subject he has been enhanced with venomous qualities in the throat and jaws, meaning that he is able to spit out a toxic substance or inject it through a vicious bite. Pumped with special stimulants to increase activity to the brain; Epsilon is capable of understanding and carrying out commands with ease. Due to his increased intelligence, he can form together short sentences or words and has an average understanding of the written human language, thanks to the lessons taken in the subject.

Due to Project Dragon's commands on his design; he has been gifted with super-stamina and durability, which help to keep both the hunger at bay and increase the amount of hits he can take. This is further enhanced by his regenerative prowess, which had been added to his physical pool during previous test runs of older models.

Three feather-like appendages are connected to his brow, which can be raised and lowered depending on Epsilon's mood and level of concentration. There are of a very deep crimson, which can appear almost dark brown in certain lights.

His skin colour is of a varying shade of green, which is much darker on the top and much lighter on the bottom.

Date of Birth: 2001 - Cloned cell survives and begins multiplying into multi-cellular organism termed "Epsilon"

Race/Gender: Cloned Raptor/ Male

History: As part of a cloning program to recreate and build the Dromaeosauridae family for war, Epsilon was fifth in the series of this particular warrior design. He and four others were tested to ensure how well they could cope under fire-power and varying other battle conditions. When the scientists were satisfied with the tests; Epsilon and two other of the five subjects were specified to take part in the second phase of the project. However due to the downfall of Project Dragon in 2012, projects such as this were freed and managed to escape from their confines.
