"You sure?" I asked looking at him. "Because you sound mad." I took a step next to him and put a hand on his shoulder. "YOu can tell me. We're friends, right?" As Axel walked away, I had to jog a little to keep up, since he was taller then me. "I mean, you probbaly saved my life. And the lives of every ocean shifter. If I hadn't met you, I'd get myself committed and be experimented on there. I owe you big time and... I don't like it when people are sad." That was partly Ariel talking. Her voice went up a few octaves to show that before Alea took control back. "And... I think she doesn't want to see you mad or sad too." I chuckled.

Fiona meanwhile had stopped talking to Nightfin. Not because she didn't like the shark after all, but because they ran out of things to talk about. Instead, they just relaxed together, Fiona petting and stroking Nightfin's avatar while she did her best not to move since that might hurt the human. Fiona took a good look at what species the shark was as well.

Axel leaned on the porch looking out over the waters. He sighed to himself in his mind when he heard himself being referred to as only a friend. He thought he was something more than that. But he was just thinking in a wishful way. Was it Alea or Ariel who said that he was a friend? Whilst Axel had romantic feelings for Alea, Ariel was more like a little sister to him. But it was no use asking, as Daniel had already staked his claim on Alea.

"I'm not sad or mad anymore. Just feeling a bit tired" said Axel not looking at Alea. He didn't want her to see his discontented face. Axel didn't want Alea to feel sad nor have her being puld around by himself and Daniel, so he would have to return to the ship soon. Axel's heart hurted insidee as he said what he didn't want to say. "Alea... I have to head back with Fiona to her scientist ship to help her out. I'll hand over the care of this island to you and Daniel. You guys can use it as a sanctuary" said Axel reluctantly.

"Heh, I'll take you up on that offer" said Daniel straight away as he had been following them the whole time. Daniel was quite territorial and didn't want Axel get anywhere near his Alea.

OOC: aahh ok. just clarifying.

I looked between the two men and took Axel's hand. "Be safe, okay? I don't want the man responsible for saving mylife to suddenly vanish or arrive on aon autopsy table. I still have to pay you back." I smiled and went back to Daniel, sensing her territoriality. "You don't have to be like that, you know. Axel's been really nice to me. He really did save my life. Please be a little nice to him. For me. I don't really care about this whole shark vs dolphin thing. I just want to have fun in the ocean." I smiled. "And you," I said looking to Axel. "Better cheer up before you get abducted or something again. We can all have a nice swim, right?" I asked.

Fiona yawned as she woke from her rest, feeling really comfortable. Wiping the sleep out of her eyes, she tried to find out what her new body had in store for her.

"Yeah, we can all go for a swim. It's safe here anyways" said Axel still a bit saddened that Alea chose Daniel ove him. Oh wells. Axel stepped back inside and knocked on Fiona's door. "You seem to better now. Is there anything I can get for you? We're going for a swim if you're up for it" said Axel.

Daniel sort of shrugged, not too happy that Axel was hanging around. He didn't admit it, but Axel was better looking and he didn't want Alea to be stolen from him. At least Axel said he would hand over everything to him for the island, so that was cool. Daniel would have asked Alea if she liked Axel, although he didn't want to know the answer. That and Alea might throw him in the water or something.

I smiled. "See? We're all friends here. And a swim, huh? Sure! I'd love to." I smiled. "Let's go!" I began to shed my outer clothes, soongoing down to my underwear. Grinning, I posed sexually for the two males. "Like what you see, boys?" I laughed and dove into the water, slowly trying to shift into my anthro form. It was a little slow to get going, but soon i felt the familiar tingle that indicated that the change was comming and swam off happily.

Fiona yawned and heard Axel arrive. "Oh. Well, I suppose so. I have to get used to this new body and mind I have. Let's go." She said slowly walking out. Her balence was still a little off and she almost blundered into some walls, but soon she got the hang of it. "My equilibrium seems to be thrown out of whack... As that normal?" She asked before entering the water. Now what...? She didn't know how to change forms.

Both Axel and Daniel were astounded when they saw Alea show off her body to them. Axel was happy whilst Daniel was hungry. Maybe Axel could get a chance later on to get closer to her and express his feelings about her. He glanced to where Daniel was and noticed that Daniel looked like he was going to murder him. Man, if only Daniel wasn't here. Axel would have to find a way...

But Daniel was already ahead of him. Daniel changed into his merman form and dived in after Alea, swimming up to her, although he didn't say anything. Was Alea really intent on having two guys at once? Because Daniel couldn't accept that.

Axel was about to jump in after Daniel as well when he realised that Fiona was still on the shore. He went to her side and helped her to the water. "To change forms, just picture yourself in that form and take that position in the water. for example, if you kick your legs like a mermaid would, then you would change into your mermaid form"

I turned in the water and saw the boys getting into their merforms. Shrugging, I put my legs together and slapped my tail aginst the sides og my legs. Soon, I began to feel the changes happen again, wincing as I lost my legs agian, but soon a powerful tail formed to replace the legs. My face was once again a dolphin's and I smiled, swimming off into deeper water, periodically coming up for air while I waited. For some slight added fun, I also shifted some more, focusing on my human torso, but still keeping my dolphin tail. As close to a genuine mermaid as I could. I always did think mermaids were cute.

Fiona meanwhile nodded and entered the water, stripping down nervously. There were two males here as well as another woman. she walked in until she was treading water then began to let the changes take her. She fely Nightfin emerge slowly as she directed the changes, making her look almost like a predatory version of Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Her nails had lengthened into claws and her teeth had grown some as well, giving the appearence of fangs in this form. She tried to speak, but it came out in a rush of bubbles since she was underwater... How did Nightfin commiunicate? It couldn't be a form of sign language... could it?

Daniel saw Alea change into her mermaid form and admired it from afar. He had never seen her mermaid form and this was interesting to him. And her figure attracted him even more. Daniel swam after Alea at a fast speed "Heheh, I'm going to catch your tail!" teased Daniel as he gave chase. He also did this so that Axel would be left behind. Damn that bastard. Alea was going to be his and his only! Daniel swam at full speed, leaving a flurry of bubbles behind him as his the scales of his blue tail glistened in the sunlight.

(OOC: This would be what Daniel's merman tail would look like. What colour are Alea and Fiona's tails?)

Axel turned towards Fiona... or was this Nightfin? He couldn't really tell. But what he could see was her having a bit of difficulty communicating. He slowly swam up to her and placed his hands on both sides of her head. Then he gently rested his head on hers. "Just think about what you are trying to say and it should be telepathic. Your mouth movements would match up as well. Not all your thoughts will be transmitted - only the ones you want others to hear" explained Axel. It was only now that he realised that Fiona's chest was exposed. He looked her chest for a moment...

OOC: dolphin tail for Alea. Bull shark for Fiona. I didn't think that they'd have special colours... lol that would make them too easy to distinguish between the local wildlife. Or is this a rule you wanna make for mer forms? the shape is that of the animal but the colours can be nuts?

I grinned. "You chase a lot of tail, don't ya?" I said and darted off as I went underwater. The bubbles blinded me a little, but soon I rebounded and swam around. I watched as he lept out of the water with his blue tail, then tilted my head a little wondering how he had gotten that. He looked like a regular dolphin when he swam and bit me. I would have been able to spot him instantly. I looked at my own tail.

Fiona meanwhile nodded. "Like this?" She spoke and heard the words in her head as well. "Ahh! Oh my... That's... interesting. Minor telepathic abilities to overcome for the communication barrier... They have it too?" She asked hearing the dolphins. She smiled. "What's the range of this like?" She asked and then noticed Axel's gaze. "Oh!" She yelled and put her arms over her chest to cover them. "Umm... I didn't notice that?" She said, slightly embarassed. "Is there something we can use to cover that up? Or do we shifters just... well... flaunt it?"
