Perhaps there's an icey pass at the border between the northwest midlands and the northeastern darklands? Perhaps that's where Skyfall peak is, giving room for our characters to have met in the past?

What's skyfall peak?

But that sounds like a fair idea. But while I think new relationships are more interesting it's your call. I mention my parents doing crusades so they pushed the land up to the pass, meaning the capitol of my duchy would be in truth to the north.

If need be Garrett can take a command position. He's been fighting for the last twenty years and has seen plenty of combat and war so he'd have a good bit of experience to draw from... up to you bus.

It could also be good story wise for him trying to continue hiding his metal portions from the others. If he's the command leader he has more reason to distance himself somewhat from the others?

When I was making my CS, I had intended Vorsir to hail from a tribe to the northeast - Somewhere along the border of Icefall and the Human Realm from the looks of it. Over time his people caught up with the times and started donning plate armor and integrating into more civilized society.

It's sufficient, thanks hobo. A few minor tweaks, if you don't mind, that triangle cut into the west doesn't make sense lore-wise since the west should be pushing the elven and human forces back on the southern front, it would be better if it was more like
