Xalin nodded, "Yes, I own a house on the mountain side of the town, on the verge of the forest. Very secluded."

Shocker nodded and pointed toward Crimson, "Crim and I live in our own apartment not too far from here."

"Yeah problem is getting there." Mally said to herself.
"I suggest going to the apartment first and then tonight you can go to the house because of Mardi Gras." She mused.

Xalin raised an eyebrow, "What was that?"

"She has wings. Not exactly everyday wear. But tonights Mardi Gras. Half the town will be dressed up. Albeit in a slightly different way but you'll fit in enough." Mally told him.

Mora blushed a little and nodded. "Makes sense," she said, looking at the two other angels a whole away.

Crimson nodded, "That's why the Dark Angel, Vladamir, couldn't really harm me or Shocker." She faced toward the others and sighed softly, "I wonder what their talking about? It's taking them a long time."

"I know... Crimson, this may be an odd question. But... why did you call out Xalin's name when you were attacked? Why not a different warrior?" she asked quietly. Mora's eyes searched her face for a reaction.

Crimson froze at Mora's question then she could feel her cheeks turn red, "Because I knew Shocker was with me, but we wouldn't be enough, so... so we needed Xalin... and I knew he was there..." She pulled her hood around her more to try and hide her obvious blush.

Mora chuckled. She nudged the girl gently. "Got a bit of a crush, eh?" she said, her eyes gleaming with amusement. She glanced at Xalin. "I don't blame ya."
