A world of possibilities
The Storming of the IRHP
In the depths of Void lies the personal Dimension of Scion and Derek, The Masters of Reality. The city was created with the sole purpose of becoming a bridge between the many different realities that they have traveled to over the years. This city acts as a halfway point for people to stop at before traveling to the many different worlds connected to it. The city is a reflection of its nature being as random and diverse as the people that come to it. The city has 6 main sections each consisting of a main theme and several sub themes in between, the themes are: To the West the Forrest sector, to the East the Water sector, to the North the City sector, to the South the Future sector, in the air above the city is the Sky sector, and under the city is the Underground sector. Each sector is separated by several miles that house the sub sectors, which often consist of random structures or architecture that didn't fit the theme of any of the main sectors. In the very center of the city towering above everything is a giant lava lamp that provides a gentle glow to the whole city day or night. Surrounding the city is a very thin but tall green wall that marks the boarder of the city and the world outside. At each Cardinal direction is a massive archway leading into the city. These archways are the magic gates that allow people to travel to the city from the connected dimensions. Anyone who travels to the city has a special key that allows them to create a doorway to the city. Once you arrive in the city at one of the Archways, you can explore the city and meet people of the many different beings from other worlds, and even travel with them back to them. You can also request to travel to a world without invitation, but is recommended that you socialize.
Brief description of the different sectors:
Forrest Sector:
As the name suggests the Forrest sector is a massive Forrest, with one immense mother tree at the center that is connected to all the trees in the Forrest. In this sector are many building and architecture that reflect both fantasy and modern elements with houses, tree houses, trees that are houses. They are the kind of works that were probably inspired by elves, and many other kinds of structures on par with Howls Moving Castle in appearance. The Mother tree in the center of the Forrest towers over the rest of the Forrest and has a mostly hollow inside that hosts a great library containing me older style books of studies and stories. There is also living wild life in the Forrest that makes the forest their home.
Water Sector:
The Water sector is a part of the city completely submerged in water, but without being underground. The entire section of the city is covered in a massive water bubble that holds together with seemingly no glass or field to keep it there. The inside of the bubble is theme with classic under water styles from the city of Atlantis to Andrew Ryan's Rapture. The water is indeed in habited by several different types of fish, but the most peculiar thing is you don't need to be a fish to breathe the water. Water having a very high amount of oxygen present is breathable by most creatures that need air.
The City Sector:
The City sector is a classic city with sky scrapers, and the most neutral in terms of modern feel. The city is like any major city you would find in America, but with certain exceptions like a large midnight district as well as a recreation of Hollywood. The movies seemed to have inspired this city which is about as practical as movie logic in functionality with things exploding easily for dramatic effect, and then somehow being perfectly fine the next moment. The city is a wonder for those who have never seen them and a comfort for those who have lived with them.
The Future Sector:
This sector is themed in the image of technology being on par with magic sort of feel. Houses that float, flying cars, and robots are just some of the things you will see. There is things that could be inspired by Futurama in terms of weirdness to the grand cities of star trek. There is also the housing of a massive computer network with a huge archive of technologies both new and ancient in design.
The Sky Sector:
In the skies above the city is one of the bigger sectors. Inspirations like the kingdom of the Greek gods, and the castle in the sky would come to mind at the sight of this sector with the clouds being study enough to walk on, and comfortable enough to sleep the day away on. This sector is biased towards flying creatures and has few connecting points with the exception of the rainbow bridge made out of hard light. The Clouds drift around the city in a circular pattern so as not to completely block out the sun in one section or another. There is also a hard to find candy cloud made of cotton candy and with a life size ginger bread house.
The Underground Sector:
Under the city is a city that would make even the Dwarfs smile at the intricately carved architecture and pretty gem flowers. Unlike the Sky city the underground changes theme under the sectors to more closely match them, but still maintain the underground society feel. The Underground sector was meant more for the people who can’t put up with the sun. The underground is connected to the surface through many access points both obvious and hidden. The most commonly used being what one would describe as the entrance to a subway. In the very center of the City under the giant lava lamp is a crystal that uses the light from the lamp to create many beautiful colors and lights that match the beauty of the Northern Lights.

Empty Armor
His conciousness sped through the endless night of the Void, searching, combing the stars for the one who was lost. The Dream Weaver himself had come to search the higher and lower dimensions for the Wish Granter, a celestial woman of phenomenal importance to the universe. And to him. She was his partner throughout the endless aeons of his pursuit of the craft, the art and science of rearranging the universe in accordance with the wishes of the All Maker, and their children scattered through the many realities.
Blue and red shifted around his being as stars flickered in and out of his thoughtspace. Time meant nothing here, not when he held fast to his bubble of dominion as he soujourned through nothingness. He was no manipulator of this world of shadows, this antithesis to the both the light and the darkness. No, he was a manipulator of realities, of shape, of form, of energy- it was a trivial matter to create a small pocket dimension and pilot it between larger universes. His small dot of light weaved back and forth, hungry for the energy signature that would mean the end of his search.
Something primal echoed within him. Roared, screamed. It was almost human in this respect, but not quite. This was not emotion, this was instinct. Totally driven by the ultimate law, much in the way that stars live and die. It was slow, almost stagnant, but inexolerable. He would find her soon, no mistake. No matter what. The Dream Weaver and the Wish Granter were eternally linked, it was only a matter of time. The thrum hesitated, stuttered- a matter of time meant nothing this being. He had to find her, to restore what once was. To restore the balance.

A world of possibilities
The daily life of the city was very chaotic with the many different people from other worlds reacting with each other in the massive city. Anything from ninjas hopping across buildings to giant robots stomping down the roads, could be seen through out the city. Birds and flying machines of all sorts can be scene in the sky sector, as well as people just chilling on the clouds. There weren't any major events going on in the city at this time, so it was a bit more peaceful then usual. Scion was on the very top of the Colossal Lava lamp in the center of the city. Looking down at the many activities of his people and enjoying the view of the world. He didn't like to spend much time in the IRHP, but he recently made a friend in need of a place to stay. He didn't want to leave her all alone in his city. Not that she would be alone, but he didn't want to leave her unattended around some of the stranger people. Right now she was out visiting with some people he thought could help her. He starts to think back to when he first met her. He was traveling when he stumbled upon her or she stumbled upon him. He was visiting a more neutral world where things of a supernatural nature would not usually work. He was just visiting and was in an open area when something caught his attention.
(Alright writing inspiration kicked in and I've written up my post, but right now I was deciding where we might meet Wish Granter. I thought perhaps a neutral world would be an interesting meeting point. I was vague about world since I don't know what you've seen, so feel free to pick out a world. I was thinking an Anime or a game world on the realistic side.)
