In the meantime, I need some ideas for a Rogue Ninja from the Sand village; I was thinking of maybe making a Puppet Master of sorts, but that's kinda copying THE Puppet Master.
Anyone got any other ideas for original Jutsu~? Nothing Taijutsu, we have too many swordsmen and fighters already.

If you want the character to come from Suna, you could consider using the Shakuton (Scorch) Element?
Actually, we don't have many Genjutsu characters. That could be interesting as well.
Gatarui is Genjutsu. Sort of. He's got his poison Kekkei Genkai, and a few Genjutsu techniques, but I guess I could make a more Genjutsu-driven character.
But, the Scorch Release looks cool.
I could make up a few things to go with it, and maybe make some Genjutsu, too.
A water user from the sand village. Similar to the scorch release, he uses some sort of S-ranked water jutsu to pull the water out of his opponents. as of illusions, work on the heat-ripple effect of deserts, he might have some sort of haze that can make sure hits into near misses as he warps light around him via water vapor.

I was also thinking of having him be the host of Shukaku; he wouldn't be rogue at the start, he'd go rogue at some point during the RP.

Do y'all think it's OP if my Sand-Ninja can extract the water in his opponent's out of their blood, and that he can also do this to the air, or the sand? So that he'd be able to survive in the desert for long periods of time without bringing water.
If you do, I'll just use Scorch Release, and Knight's mirage idea; as well as a few other ideas.
Like I said, he was going to be the holder of Shukaku; so can he have known your characters, Connorth, Lunaxy?
