Forbidden Mate*

[Blazed]

Realin stayed close to Raisu as she walked through her village. She wasn't sure where he was taking her all she knew was this place was far from the same. Even if she hadn't looked up yet. she could tell the place was a mess. It smelled of death and rioting things. She could hear the crying from the humans and the haunting laughter and joy of the wolfs. She had a feeling that she was missing something.

Like someone she loved was still there, but she still keep her head down. There was no way she could take looking around just yet. She was still far to afraid and stressed. If she were to look now she would run. No question about it. But a question she did have "Wh-where are we going?" She asked in a soft, quiet voice.

Raisu walked without a word for awhile, ignoring her question for the moment. Moving through the village, seeing the members of his pack. Most were busy fixing up thier new homes. This is what his pack did. They went to village to village, 'evicting' the humans of the area and taking it over. Once they grew board of the area though, they would simply move on.

Some wolves though, were.... training.. their new slaves, woman and children. There were a few men left, but they had been beaten severly, to the point they could hardly walk.

Finally though, Raisu and Realin began to leave the large grouping, moving to small house on the edge of the village. Their were a few wolves here and there, but most preferd to stay with the rest of the pack. Finally, they stoped at a small looking cottage. "This is where we're staying," he told her. He had already claimed the house before the raid on the castle had even began.

As they walked, Raisu did not answer her question. She didn't like that and she even after a few minutes looked up at him. He was looking around them and that's when Realin saw two men. They were alive, but just barely. So she looked down quickly and felt a shiver run down her spin. She knew they were human, but she didn't know why they were still live. She would never know, for she would never ask. It was all too horrifying to her.

For the rest of the walk she looked down and picked at her finger nails. Only when Raisu stopped did she slowly look up to him. She listened to wait he had to say and slowly looked over at the small house. She took in a deep breath as she knew that home. She knew the people that had once lived in it. But she didn't say anything but just nodded her head and waited for him to walk ahead of her.

Looking down at the woman, Raisu smiled softly, hopeing to cheer her up at least some. He hadn't meant for any of this to happen, he certainly never would have expected himself to go this far to comfort a human. But he fealt the need to, more then anything beacuse of what he had done to her. He had killed her father, slew him right before her. In truth, he never enjoyed raids on new villages, he was more then content to leave the humans be and leave within the wilds.

But what's done, was done.

Putting a hand on the woman's shoulder, he nodged her gently, guiding her inside. He noticed a wolf stairing at them, so he put on an act of useing more force then he actually was. "Get in NOW!!" He growled, seeing he wolf grin slightly from the corner of his eye as the two entered the home alone.

Did he really just smile at me? Realin thought to herself feeling a small smile pulling at the corners of her lips. She didn't know why a smile from him made her so weak, she just had to smile back. Even after everything. Even as she stood there in her own dead village. Then as his hand touched her shoulder she felt a shock run through her body. It wasn't a bad thing at all, it made her smile grew a little more.

She moved in a nice way towards the house, only when Raisu growled at her, she couldn't help but jump a little and quickly walk into the house. She didn't think once of the other wolfs she just thought it was part of his mood swings. . . . Well that's what she thought it was anyways.

Once Realin was in the house, she moved away from Raisu. Backing away from him she keep her eyes on him, that little fear running through her. For once she felt like a doll that was going to break soon. Even with that she couldn't help but yell in her soft voice. "Wh-what was that! Can you no keep me feeling fine for one moment! I'm going to go crazy with your mood swings!" She yelled at him feeling that fear twist with that anger within her heart. After all she had yet to think much of the death of her family, she simply had acted as if they had when away for a little. Even if deep down inside she knew they would not come for her.

Walking in behind her, still growling emptily, he calmed down the moment he closed to door behind him. For a moment, he didn't move, mearly sighed until she yelled at him with a soft voice. He was surprised but the force in it, even if her voice was still low. Turning around to face her, the expression on his face was soft, and slightly apoligectic. "Sorry about that." he said honestly, he hadn't meant to scare her, though the more it seemed real, the better. "I can't let anyone know about how im....." he paused, trying to think of what he could use to describe what it was he was doing. "Protecting you." he finally decided.

"If they found out, they'd come in here and either kill you themselves, or force you as another's slave." Letting out another sigh, he leaned against the door looking at the ground. He wasn't sure what he was doing or why he even cared to protect her. She was weak and helpless. With how he was brought up, that should be the reason for her death, not why she deserved to live. The thought confused him greatly, like a conflict between his heart and soul.

Listen to Raisu, Realin nodded lightly, her blond bangs bouncing in her face. She understood a little as to way he put on this act and for some reason she believed him. She wasn't sure why as a human she was believing a werewolf, but a female she felt it was right to believe this male. It was almost as if her mind was fine with almost everything that was happening, but her body screamed run. She was more then a little confused with everything, but she knew it would pass at some point.

After thinking about all of this she sighed ever so lightly and said "Wh-what do slave do? Nothing really bad? Right?" She said in her low soft voice. She was feeling rather shy again. She was alone in a house with a werewolf. It didn't help her knowing that there were many other werewolfs close by. But that's not the only reason why she was asking this. She was hoping to get her mind away from the oncoming night. Only too soon with the sun move below the earth.

Watching her for a moment, he breath a sigh as he looked away. "A slave will do anything their master tells them, no matter what it is." he said straghtforward, there was no sense in lying to her, not at this point. "That's why most wolves don't keep slaves for very long, they ask request that force the slaves into very painful situations. Most don't live past a week." He said.

Still leaning against the door he watched her, wondering what was going through her head at the moment, and wondering even more what he was even doing. She is a slave, he should be treating her like one, forceing her to do what he commanded. But.. he couldn't. For some reason he didn't even like the thought of harming this woman. He knew if he truely had to he would, but the guilt would follow him to the depths of hell.

Hearing what Raisu had to say, Realin felt the shock and horror run over her face. She was right and she didn't like it at all. She could only now play along with Raisu little slave acted and hope that no one would find out of them. For her thoughts of being a slave to another would be awful and she had a gut feeling it would be that werewolf from the young lord's home that would take her.

Sighing she let herself look down as she laced her hands together in front of her. "Alright, I understand. I'll play along and try not to let the others know about you being kind hearted to me. I'm thank you for that and from now on I'll try my best not to freak out." She said in a small voice well she looked at her feet. Well she was looking down she was moving her feet as a child would if their mother was scold them from misbehaving.

Finally moving away from the door, Raisu walked over to her. His expression was soft, alomst caring even. "Im sorry for all of this, you don't need to worry though." he assured her. "Im not as cruel hearted as my kin, I won't force you to do anything. To them, you'll be my slave, but I won't force you to do anything while its just us, I swear," he said looking right at her. His word was his life, and he would never break it for any reason. She wasn't a slave to him. To his pack, she was, but to him, she was just some woman he couldn't help but feel the need to protect. And he still didn't understand why it was he had that need in the first place.
