"A monster? Do you terrorize small swedish hamlets going 'Rawr rawr'? If not, you aren't a monster. At the very least, you need to terrorize a hamlet, that's a requirement, says so in the How To Be A Monster book. Not sure what a hamlet is...I think it's a baby pig."
Jonas flitted around, dodging her question.
"Why am I here? Haven't you met a fox before? You gotta solve a riddle for any answers I give you."
The look Mia gave that sentence was priceless. He cracked a grin.
"More fun that way. Besides that, I'm boring. Tell you what though, if you answer five of my riddles, I'll tell you why I'm here. For every riddle, I'll even throw in a bonus answer to any other question you have. Sound fair?"
Another grin. This girl was fun. So far she was taking everything he did with good humor. Jonas felt it was time to see how well she could play.
"You'd be surprised at how strong we humans can be."
"And you'd be surprised at how weak you can be."

Mia smiled and wrote "Alright. I warn you though, I have the brain of three geniuses." She grinned, technically she wasn't wrong. She had a few bits and pieces of brain from a few dead geniuses, so figuring out a few riddles shouldn't be to hard.

She grinned and added "Come on, give me the first riddle." She seemed more than a little bit anxious. She wanted to know more about this guy.

Another coy grin as she took the bait. Jonas cleared his throat and stood in front of her.
"Everytime it is spoken, this is broken."
Jonas rolled the ball around his knuckles, enjoying how eagerly Mia took to the riddles. What an interesting girl. If his tails were out, they'd be positively wriggling with joy.
"Before you answer, you should know. If you guess wrong, you can't guess again until the next day."
"You'd be surprised at how strong we humans can be."
"And you'd be surprised at how weak you can be."

She grinned widely and wrote down "Silence. If you say it, then the silence is broken. That's to easy, especially for someone that can't talk." She patted him one the shoulder and then added "So, I can ask an extra question to..."

She thought for a good amount of time before finally asking "So, what is your home life like?" She smiled softly as she waited for an answer, adding "It's alright if you don't answer. I know everyone has some stuff they'd rather not talk about, so if it's to personal, I understand."

Jonas snapped his fingers, heaving a melodramatic sigh.
"Darn. You got the easiest one right! Hehehe. I'll honor my agreement. My home life is boring and about what you'd expect. No siblings, which unfortunately made it very easy to pinpoint all the problems back to me. Which was still obviously wrong, how could anyone suspect me, a fox demon, of mischief?"
At this point Jonahs bounced the ball one last time and pocketed it. He gave a grin to Mia.
"And your home life? Same applies to you, if you don't want to answer, don't."
"You'd be surprised at how strong we humans can be."
"And you'd be surprised at how weak you can be."

Mia gave a melancholy smile and wrote "Well, I don't remember my human life to well actually. Before I was a monster, I was a human, but I died horribly in a car accident. Long story short, I was reanimated, put back together, left home, and now I'm here." She sighed softly before slapping both her cheeks hard enough to create a noise and smiled, getting herself out of her funk.

She looked at him and wrote "Alright, next riddle." She waited for him to give her the riddle, excited for the challenge.

As the bus screeched to a halt, Leander looked up with an irritated expression, growling as he stood up. People were already aware of him due to the fact that he didn’t wear the green Yokai academy blazer, as well as the rest of the uniform. Instead, he wore a sombre black blazer embossed with the golden and red motif of a rearing griffin and lion holding a quartered shield, along with grey trousers and a black tie. It was the uniform of the Monasteriense Scholam, a similar school in Europe that catered to the needs of the monsters. He had despised his time there, and he was almost already despising his time here. People avoided him because of the scary look on his face, as well as the disturbing amber eyes set into his skull. He looked like he would kill anything that came within a 5 metre radius. Glaring forwards at empty air, he waited for everyone else to leave the bus, before standing up himself and starting towards the exit, his footsteps loud and resounding throughout the hollow interior of the bus.

When the driver told him where to go, Leander simply gave a grunt of acknowledgement, before starting towards the path through the dark woods. People parted before him like the Red sea before Moses. There was another reason for people avoiding him. He was carrying a FREAKING KATANA!!! The 24 inch blade was sheathed in a black steel scabbard, and he carried it leisurely in his left hand, the scabbard swinging to and fro along with his arm as he moved. He wasn’t really aware of this fact though, it had already essentially become a part of his body. That was an odd thing among Myrmidons. They always carried a weapon with them. Always. They tended to feel defenceless without them. Leander had bought the blade early in his stay in Japan, mesmerised by the sleekness of the design and the smoothness of the cuts. It was a much different feeling than most western blades. It was a little like the European Rapier, but for slashing instead of thrusting.

Moving up the path at an efficient, disciplined pace worthy of a soldier, Leander was just in time to see some idiot slam a rubber ball into their head, causing him to scoff as he strode past, not even bothering to offer assistance. This might have made him seem aloof, but in reality, his belief was that idiocy caused by your own hand was deserved. Nevertheless, he felt a twinge of worry that was swiftly crushed. And by swiftly, he meant within a matter of microseconds. Myrmidons cared not for their companions. Death in battle was the finest death one could earn. If he was to die, that would be the death that he would wish for.

Where other students carried packs or books or other academic tools, Leander had nothing but his blade which swung disconcertingly in his hand. It was honestly a miracle that it hadn’t fallen out of its sheathe yet. Where others stopped to stare and marvel at the architecture of the school, or the significance of it, or something else entirely, Leander simply passed through, a look that could only be described as ‘Pissed off’ on his face. That, for some reason, was his face of neutrality. His eyes were naturally narrowed into angry, snake-like slits, which the Myrmidon elder said helped them to intimidate their foes. Well it sure worked for Leander as he moved through the crowd, although the blade in his hand definitely helped.

Stopping in the middle of the school grounds, Leander’s eyes narrowed even further as he realised something. He had no idea where he was meant to go. He had barely even glanced at the introduction booklet that Styx gave him when he transferred him here against his will (damn him), and he was pretty sure that he had left it on the bus...probably on purpose. Groaning in annoyance, he looked around for any sign of direction, probably looking confused as a goldfish on land. This was the one thing he despised about the school. There was a set regime. That, and they didn’t allow fights to the death...at least not at the Scholam. He didn’t know what the rule was here, but he definitely hoped it was something different. Growling, he muttered under his breath. “Where the bloody hell am I...?” The people around him avoided him, both because of his expression, and the fact that he did not wear their uniform. No-one was really comfortable dealing with a foreigner.

Tenshi's moment of being impressed with the school was unexpectedly short-lived - not because of any shortcomings of the school, but rather because something else drew his attention away. "Yup, that's right! Names Mi, Mi Oak." he heard from his side, words apparently directed at himself. Tenshi hadn't even noticed that he had spoken his previous words and therefore was even more surprised at the sight and sound of the girl beside him, looking up at him - the white-haired girl that had just introduced herself as Mi Oak was shorter than him, he noticed. In fact, she was shorter than almost all of the students he could see. All in all, she seemed to be a bit younger than most but not at all fazed by that fact.

"Tenshi. I'm Tenshi Minari," the eponymous young man stated, albeit belatedly, his eyes held on Mi. Little did he know that, with the previous pause for thought and surprise and his otherwise already less than inviting presence, he gave off the impression as if he had taken a moment to analyse this new sight with his cold grey eyes - quite the opposite of it being a flustered suprise followed by a moment of wondering.

It was only after those thoughts in turn that Tenshi also realised that just flatly stating his name was not exactly much of an answer to work with and instead tried to think of something else to say, casting his gaze around as if to find some sort of inspiration for a topic at hand - yet even before he could find anything, his eyes fell upon a figure not clad in the usual school uniform. It wasn't the unlucky one with the rubber ball before - it was someone else. Someone carrying a bloody sword. Well, not literally bloody. Just figuratively. Or it might be bloody, though he couldn't see it through the sheath.

Tenshi shook his head ever so lightly to clear his thoughts of the sight - though for an outsider to his mind, it looked far more like he had taken a few moments to form an impression of the student at hand. The fact that he then shook his head in turn took on an almost dismissive nature as the bespectacled young man instead changed the object of his current interest to the white-haired girl at his side - for whom he still didn't have any further words, courtesy of the rather scary sight of the other student, instead having merely given his name and then fallen into what could almost be seen as an expectant silence and even casting his eyes onto another sight for a moment thereafter.

Nazra had been on the bus for some time. Being an American Youkai she has two choices. She could go to the european school or the japanese school. Both choices catered to the needs of demons like her. However at the same time her families name is well known in both areas. The family of crazies that often talked to themselves or had multiple personalities. The second was technically true... in a sense. It still didn't help things any that people thought her family was nutso. As long as her last name wasn't mentioned she was good. But she had a feeling that it wouldn't last long.

As the bus stopped and she was told where to go she double checked her bag that had her basic school supplies.Checked her hips making sure her knives were in place Though she had her fingernail blades, it still helped that she had two avenues to fight with if it came down to it. She made her way down and off the bus and up the path. Several people walked past her and one particularly caught her attention. A rather tall fellow from what she could see, her eyes went next to his sword. She honestly wasn't sure what to think of that. She couldn't say much herself being she was holding her own weapons. But still she felt the need to go over to the oddly clad boy and introduce herself. Wearing the green uniforms of the school she made her way to Leander and gave him a "Hello" giving him a friendly smiled. He seemed to be walking at a brisk pace forcing her to walk a bit fast "I'm Nazra, First year student here at Youkai Academy coming here from America." She smiled, her natural succubus charm emanating from the smile.

Mi was used to people not really expecting much of her, but she still had hoped that it would be different here. She looked at him and cocked her head to the side, her white hair all flopping with her head. "Not much of a talker, huh?" She said taking in a sigh and exhaling a few moments later. She didn't know what to make of the boy, he had a cold face. Cold stare, small glasses, and he seemed to always frown. But something seemed off about it, she could tell. He hadn't actually been mean to her yet so she decided that she would give him a shot. "So do you know anybody here? Made any friends yet?" She knew that she had yet to make any new friends and she thought the boy might be in the same boat. Hopefully he would be her first friend at the academy. Mi realized that her appearance might be throwing him off, she was relatively short, had very white hair and spoke very informally. She decided she might as well not keep her age a secret. "I'm thirteen, apparently I'm ready for the challenges here already, but I don't know. Mi spoke with a nervous tone, it wasn't on purpose, it was actually pretty nerve racking being here. She didn't think people would like or respect her, because of her small stature, young age and most of all, she was somewhat immature, she knew this. She just hope somebody would give her a chance, maybe this was him.
"Heroes don't exist, just a bunch of headstrong kids that wanna save the world."
    "It's always worked before."
