There is a world in the multiverse where crime is running rapid like the plague. To help reduced the crime the native of the land introduced a Internationale Criminal pursuit organization know as the Sweepers. These sweeper assist the police by helping them track down criminals and bring them to justice.

The biggest and riches city in the world is the city of Xlba. Xlba is surrounded by a City wall guardian by soldiers to keep intruders from getting in and criminals from getting out. Cause of his high and strict security Other the authorities can get in and out without a lengthy search.

Places of interested

City Hall: In the center of the city is the City Hall where the City Councilors vote the cities behalf.

The Sweepers headquarters: The base of organizations where the members could either hang out or pick up jobs.

The city's Beach: There a ocean south of the city where the citizens can Swim.

Heavens Arena: One of the biggest attractions in the City walls where the fighters can have a clean and legal fight.

Who may end up on this list: Lost or run away kid,teenagers,or pets.
The reward: 50 for pets and 100 for kids. Plus the bonuses promise by the owners/parents.
Actions that are to be taken: The person or pet is to be taken to the hospital/vet instantly before turning them in. If the person dies in your care or before you can find him then there death is to be investigated before the counselor decide if you should get the full,half,or none of the reward,through rather you still get the bonus is up to the owner/parents.

Who may end up on this list:Those who have yet to commit a serious crime through may still be considered dangerous.
The Reward: 100-500 dollars
Actions that are to be taken: Turn these suspects into the police alive, If this person dies during the pursuit or in your care then the reward will for turning them in will be cut by 50%

The Sweepers:A organization of bounty hunter created by the ancient ones to help clean up there land. Once a person join there will become third class Sweepers. Every six month there will be a exam to see who will get promotional to second class,And every year will will be a harder test to see who will be promotional to First class. Until Class ones Sweepers can only do Higher rank Bounties by partnering up with Class two or three Sweepers.

Personality: Ever since learning about the truth about his brother's, Itachi Uchiha, true intentions and has a hate for those who caused this for Itachi and his lost clan. It seems that his hatred is what leads him in a meaning in life. He has no concern for anyone except for those who are on the same book as him or from his clan.
Abilities: For now, he has Itachi's eyes implanted into him, giving him the "Eternal" Mangekyo Sharingan. He is able to use the Amaterasu and the Susano'o, and also the Tsukuyomi, but doesn't ever use it for some reason. He is also has mastery over the Chidori and it's variants as well as Fire ninjutsu. He also has a fully developed Sharingan.
Weapons: Sasuke has a katana that has the Uchiha clan symbol engraved on the hilt.
Other: Madara Uchiha was able to convince Sasuke that Xlba city was another location that involved with the cause of the Uchiha clan massacre by saying to him that Itachi has went there for advice if he should do this to his clan.

He is over confident about his abilities as a sword "prodigy"; although he can actually live it to his claims. Leon's one actual weakness (besides death) is motion sickness, as he easily gets dizzy. He is seen as "rude" and tends to tick people off, often causing arguments, and sometimes, battles. He is hot - headed, and sometimes has tantrums when "things don't go his way".

Personality:

Despite as appearing a "killer" due to local witnesses and stories, Slenderman is more of a joker than anything. He is mischievous and tends to "pull pranks" on people. Slenderman seems to have an unknown liking to children, usually presenting himself to them as "pleasant and friendly", while he can be rather cruel to adults. He has a certain choosing for each of his targets, but never says why. While holding a dark energy around him, Slenderman will tend to pull jokes on the people he might actually consider "friends", although he usually ends up killing them on accident. He is rather lonely due to that. The people he would choose to stalk, he usually tends to torment them only due to energy and not because he wants to. Slenderman is also somewhat a sadistic killer when it comes down to it...

Abilities:

• Professional Creeping Abilities: Slenderman has the ability to "cloak" himself into darkness for as long as he may choose so that he may "stalk" or follow his prey. However, he is still detectable by other Human senses besides sight. He is able to reveal himself to his prey if he chooses to, and will reappear out of the darkness if attacked / attacks.
  
  
• Invisibility: You know, sort of a copy off of the last ability? This is a strange ability that Slenderman can use while it is not dark out on people. However, adult humans, along with select people, can see him. Although children for some reason, can not.
  
  
• Tentacle Wrap: Slenderman, similar to that of a spider, has multiple "arms" or "tentacles". He can use these arms to capture, constrict, and attack his prey if they attempt to attack him. His arms can also manifest into one "single arm". He can shoot pistols, but has horrible aim.
  
  
• X-Ray Vision...or something: Slenderman has no face, yet he has the ability to see people. It is unknown how this is actually possible, logically having no eyes, but he can see people, most likely through outlines and energy...(?). Seriously, we have no effin' clue how this is possible.
  
  
• "Vanishing Act": This ability goes hand and hand with Slenderman's "Professional Creeping Ability", Slenderman can reappear and disappear as he chooses in no less than a flash second. He can use to scare the living Hell out of his victims and make them scream and cry in mercy. Yay!
  
  
• "Create-a-Limb!": Slenderman has the ability to manifest extra limbs, similar to that of his arm, creating limbs that appear as tentacles in his back. He uses this to climb ceilings and walls so that way stalking is like, a bazillion times easier.On the bright side, he can be a useful spy...

Personality: Taiki is a nice guy who tends to help out anyone who he thinks needs it, his philosophy being "I can't turn my back on them." Sometimes he tends to go overboard with this, exerting himself to the point of passing out. He's also used to quick thinking in tense situations, having a habit of flicking his goggles when he gets an idea.
Abilities: On his own Taiki has no abilities to speak of, however he tends to make use of his red Xros Loader to store the Digimon in Xros Heart, and can activate a DigiXros, combining several Digimon together, mostly his main partner, the Digimon King Shoutmon. He can also super-evolve Shoutmon into the more powerful OmegaShoutmon.

Other: Taiki joined the Sweepers after the defeat of Quartzmon, feeling the need to help out with Xiba City's crime problem, seeing as the criminals there weren't exactly normal.
