A pudgy woman wobbled onto a very large stage, her bright blue hair standing out vividly against her pale skin. Her smile, framed with dark green lips, seemed to darken the atmosphere rather than brighten it. The sharp clapping of her seven-inch heels didn't help the mood of the ceremony one bit. In front of her, and to the microphones right, twenty-four large bowls stood, unaware of their importance.
As she came to the microphone, the people of the Capitol cheered with great enthusiasm, excited for the games to finally begin again. Not that the Capitol was boring, oh no. Though, if it was, it would be a crime to even think of it that way.
"Welcome to the 36th Annual Hunger Games!" squealed a voice that seemed too high-pitched for a body that round and short. "As you all know, we are trying out a new system for The Reaping! Oh, I am so excited. For all of you people at home, if you are chosen to take part in the Games, a pair of Capitol escorts will see to it that you arrive on the train and to the Capitol safely!" Seima Goesi couldn't help but giggle softly at the last statement.
A tall, thin man appeared behind Seima at the moment, holding another small bowl where she would place the chosen tributes names. Flexing her fingers, the woman reached into the first bowl for the name of a female from District One. Her smile broadened as she unfolded the small piece of parchment. "Sima Ling!" The crowd erupted into the cheers. This process took place until all twenty-four tributes were called.
Welcome to the Hunger Games OOC! Below you can find all of the Tributes, there are four for each of you! Whenever you think/write up a personality for each of your characters, post them here or PM them to me and I will update your character! This will also be where you will discuss strategies and whatnot and remember to keep your character's Stats in mind! When I post the IC, I will be acting as more of a referee than anything, until I lay a trap of somekind. When you are in a conflict with another player and I am not online, send me a message and I will roll to see if you or the other survive. But enough of that for now! Here are the Tributes!
Dock Lunette; 17; Male Led: 79|Int: 44|Sta: 9|Str: 100|Cha: 97 Dock is a decent leader, although he does have trouble taking charge of larger groups. He's definitely not the smartest person, but somehow he manages to get by this. He is painfully lazy, and he doesn't have much endurance, but Dock can seriously pack a punch, and is probably the strongest out of the entire group of tributes. He is also a fairly good charmer, being very social with an attractive attitude. This seemingly pleasant demeanor aids him in getting what he wants.
He and Tulle are notable in the Games as being siblings, although the matter has been hushed, due to the legal matters involved. All that has been divulged is that both of their parents have been executed.
Sima Ling; 15; Female Led: 56|Int: 66|Sta: 21|Str: 100|Cha: 51 She is a tomboy with incredible strength and has a few close friends. She loves to play sports with the boys, but she is not able to play long due to her asthma. She is generally nice, but many people take advantage of that.
Paris Rheon; 16; Male Led: 45|Int: 44|Sta: 1|Str: 97|Cha: 3 Paris has always been the hard worker, and somewhat serious. He prefers to keep to himself but if something peaks his interest, its obvious. Flirtatious Paris is around girls, he's just a natural charmer and uses it to get what he wants at times. Around other males though, Paris can be a little standoffish but there won't be any problems unless others test his patience. Paris is rather short tempered and doesn't deal with a lot. He's not afraid to speak his mind or to use physical assault.
Ana; 16; Female Led: 50|Int: 69|Sta: 48|Str: 91|Cha: 80 Ana prefers to let others take charge, but will take over if the situation requires it. She has above average intelligence, but one can't say she's a genius. She is incredibly charismatic, and devious. It is wise to be wary of her motives.
Sima Yi; 17; Male Led: 81|Int: 79|Sta: 93|Str: 87|Cha: 31 A boy who seems to have everything going for him with the excption for his willingness to get along with people. He is known to be a loner and can fend for himself in most situations. Egotistical and prideful, it turns people away.
Dessa Lee; 15; Female Led: 46|Int: 71|Sta: 68|Str: 52|Cha: 30
Dessa is a fairly average girl with average, and sometimes below average, traits. She definitely can't lead other people very well, and she's got average strength. She's the slightest bit softspoken. There's nothing very important about her; she's painfully normal.
Nick; 16; Male Led: 32|Int: 68|Sta: 14|Str: 64|Cha: 55 Nick is completely lily livered when it comes to leading people. He's smarter than some, dumber then others, and his people's skills are barely above par.
Alexis Lurale; 16; Female Led: 19|Int: 81|Sta: 13|Str: 28|Cha: 15 Alexis is extremely smart, always excelling in school and a being a wire-head in the community. Alexis has a knack for playing with circuitry and she is quiet skilled at it. Not only is she smart she is sneaky, she wasn't given the circuits and wires but rather she took them. Alexis could steal a safe from a bank given the time and the tools. Aswell as being a sneak and smart she is very distant. Alexis has never been the one to be a people person, always wanting to be alone and to herself. She is a shy person, always sneaking around by herself and knowing how to do it.
Mark; 18; Male Led: 54|Int: 8|Sta: 46|Str: 13|Cha: 18 A delinquent that has nothing going on for him. He was put in as the first choice.
Tulle Lunette; 16; Female Led: 84|Int: 75|Sta: 42|Str: 80|Cha: 37
Tulle is fairly smart, something not always associated with blonde girls. She's strong for a girl, too, although, like Dock, she isn't able to maintain her energy for a long time. Tulle's a great leader, although she isn't exactly the best at making friends with total strangers.

Jayme Alcuin; 17; Male Led: 41|Int: 59|Sta: 38|Str: 94|Cha: 1 Jayme, the strong kid who works to provide for his family. With a father who is addicted to morphling Jayme had to step up early and work. Being a kid no one really trusted him with much responsibility so they put him in charge of carrying heavy things, such as vehicle parts, back and forth. Jayme isn't much of a leader, he chooses to follow instead. Even though he is more of a follower this doesn't mean he trusts too many people. Jayme wants to be in a group with no ties.
Sage Calia; 14; Female Led: 59|Int: 30|Sta: 14|Str: 36|Cha: 22 The forest dweller also known as Sage. The forest is where she resides alone, either sleeping in a tree or throwing axes at it. Sage prefers to be lonesome, people have never been her favorite. A greedy girl Sage is, always wanting more than she can have. Sage can be quiet the "bitch" if you upset her, this is probably why she doesn't like other people because they don't like her. Sage isn't much too prepared for the Hunger Games.
Ryan Miller; 17; Male Led: 62|Int: 36|Sta: 37|Str: 33|Cha: 45 Ryan is a calm, somewhat sociable person who dislikes conflicts. He generally prefers to find an easier way to solve a problem before trying anything, but often lacks the patience to find the best solutions. Ryan is ok working with other people, but hardly the kind of person with a commanding presence.
Charlotte Juniper "Charlie" Hellwood; 18; Female Led: 49|Int: 61|Sta: 78|Str: 68|Cha: 7 Charlie is quiet and calm, which will help her in most situations. She not exactly the strongest person around, but she can run a fairly good distance before getting tired. She occasionally skipped school to work at the textile factory near her house, which is why she more street-smart than book-smart.
William Beau Mirchoff; 17; Male Led: 51|Int: 30|Sta: 66|Str: 8|Cha: 67 Beau is a very talkative type of person; often the troublemaker as well. His favorite type of language to use has to be sarcasm, and he uses it any chance he gets. But mostly, Beau is known as the night owl. Being such a person is what makes him so troublesome, since he causes disruption out of boredom during the dark skies and can be rather cranky when he has his studies to work on in the morning, causing him to disobey. But otherwise, it's not hard for him to grow friends and be persuasive... Although Beau is usually a little thoughtless.
Peyton Annabelle List; 15; Female Led: 2|Int: 65|Sta: 66|Str: 87|Cha: 64 Peyton has always been warmhearted, strong, and fulfilled. She's naturally very social able and with such a bubbly personality and bright smile, most people like her. The girl couldn't even hurt a fly, although if she tried she'd most likely come out successful. There a lot of inner strength that the young female possess, most of her accomplishments possessed with well thought-out strategies rather than direct confrontation. Peyton has a lot of common sense, and although she doesn’t actually study any of it, she can tell the difference between the berries you can eat and the ones that’ll end your life. Although Peyton has a lot of these nice qualities, she’s not very good at leading. She’s better at taking orders than giving, and since she likes to be praised and feel appreciated, she rather have it that way. She can be a bit of a pushover as well. Otherwise, Peyton's very focused on details, even on the most minor things. She'd never leave a project left unfinished or let anything fail. As determined as she is, she’d go to lengths to reach an achievement, no matter how risky.
Jacob Smith; 13; Male Led: 91|Int: 3|Sta: 10|Str: 16|Cha: 21 Jacob is a take charge person, the kind of person who demands things and expects them to get done, and it usually does. He often holds himself aloof in situations, and when confronted individually, without anyone to back him up, he begins to lose confidence.
Amy Tekker; 14; Female Led: 59|Int: 9|Sta: 54|Str: 75|Cha: 35 Amy is blunt, and prefers to get things done quickly. She is very direct and impatient, and will get frustrated if nothing can be done immediately. Amy almost always occupies herself with some sort of action, even if simply tapping her foot.
Ludwin Jardine; 15; Male Led: 100|Int: 72|Sta: 10|Str: 22|Cha: 53 A people person, a smooth talker, a natural leader, Ludwin. Ludwin has always been able to haggle in the market, getting his family meat for every day. He was never the working boy, more of a gambler for money. Ludwin is usually calm, collected, and likes to think about what he is going to say and do before he does it. In hopes Ludwin will be a sponsor collector.
Alice; 15; Female Led: 83|Int: 96|Sta: 35|Str: 69|Cha: 16 Alice is the one you need to take over when it comes to discions. She might not have great people skills, but that's over lookable with her extreme intelligence and leadership.
Tyler Alexander; 18; Male Led: 56|Int: 4|Sta: 82|Str: 70|Cha: 12 Tyler is a bit of a recluse, preferring to stay away from others. He is very patient, though in waiting he often misses the right time to act.
Camila Bravo; 13; Female Led: 45|Int: 7|Sta: 15|Str: 89|Cha: 78 To start off, Camila is a very persuasive person and fast to come up with words. In any argument, she’s recognized to come out right even if she was in the wrong. She has a way of manipulating situations, and that innocent face of her helps a lot with that. Camila can be somewhat demanding as well; but she won’t start a yelling war if she doesn’t get what she’d asked for. Many don’t think she’s much of a force to be reckoned with, and she uses that to her advantage in any situation, like a bet. Camila isn’t very observant though and she doesn’t think ahead of consequences she may receive for doing a specific action. She’s very quick on her feet because of her small frame and naturally lashes out if someone were to try to frighten her.
Anthony; 17; Male Led: 48|Int: 76|Sta: 64|Str: 1|Cha: 15 Anthony isn't good at much of anything. it will take pure luck to keep him alive. He isn't good with others, can't lead enough to be helpfull, and his only saving grace is his above average intelligence

Or, if you would like, I could set something up here in the OOC as stages and I can roll for different things such as camoflauge, knot tying, etc. Or I can combine the two.

Underscore, you reminded me of something else as well. I am going to make a thread once biographies/personalities are up. This thread will have various stations. You all will roleplay through them, using NPCs as you wish for the station managers. After that I want to test your skills and serve you scores based on those skills. To do that, I will PM you and you will show off your skills with each character to me. This session will be private and you don't need to be long-winded with your post. The end of the Stations thread will be me giving you your scores. Once that ends, I will post the ACTUAL game thread, complete with a map and then you all can do as you please and kill who you wish.
