Medieval fantasy and warfare

The story is set in the nation of Andora. Situated on the banks of the river Erinell, Andora is an ancient kingdom, ruled for the past two hundred years by the Elmond dynasty. All around the mighty nation of Andora, minor kingdoms have sprung up and gobbled back by history like mushrooms on a rainy day. Now, Andora is the only symbol of stability in a land ravaged by countless civil wars.

The Lord of Andora, His Highness King Erimen al'Elmond, has sought to unite the lands around his kingdom for decades. Every year, the borders of Andora expand a few miles further, bringing peace and order to scarred lands.

But a bigger danger than a splintered land looms in the darkening horizon to the north. There, from the Faloon Forest, whispers are beginning to rise - of a power more terrible than Death. 'Magic!' many say, but those voices are silenced by disbelieving laughter or embarrassed smiles. Whatever it is, it is quietly claiming land for its own. Animals are disappearing from the forest, trees stand stunted, and guttural screams can be heard deep in the restless nights...


This is the setting of the RP. It will be a medieval fantasy.

But wait! There is a catch!

You can only choose one of the characters from a list I will provide. Each character will have strengths and weakness. You will have to pick your role, and audition for it. Meaning, you will have to write a nice introductory post showcasing both your imagination and your understanding of the character.
