"No," Elena chuckled. "It is not my unique gift." She took Ebony's hand and ran it under some cold water. Pulling out the white box labeled with a red cross, she picked out her tools. Some gauze, medicine, and bandages. "This may sting a little," Elena warned. First, she applied some of the medicine to Ebony's hand and dabbed it with the gauze. The blood and dirt were starting to clear away, and all that remained were some nasty cuts. Elena turned Ebony's small hand in her own. "This doesn't look too bad now that we've cleaned it up," she smiles at her. Picking up the bandages next, she wraps them snugly, making sure they're not too tight though, around Ebony's hand. After she's done, Elena cuts the bandage and secures it with some medicinal tape. Admiring her handy-work, Elena starts on Ebony's other hand.
Other girls walk into the bathroom through this slow process, and they whisper. Elena can't help but get sucked into their minds, temporarily losing grip of reality, and losing grip of Ebony's fragile hand. She forces herself to snap out of it and focus. Soon, the other hand is all wrapped up. "Well, not bad if I do say so myself." She tried her best not to make the bandages bulky, and so that Ebony would still be able to use her hands fully. From a distance, it might of seemed like Ebony was only wearing white gloves. Perhaps she would start a fashion trend.
"Have you had breakfast yet? I am quite famished," she says to Ebony. "Would you like to accompany me to the dining area?"
