Akari let a small smile pull at the corner of her mouth "I'm sure this will become my new home in no time." she said with confidence. She giggled when she wrinkled her nose. "Mistakes happen. It's nice to meet you Lucille. Try not to be so shy. Others must feel the same way, I know I do." She said sheepishly admitting her feelings. "If you don't mind me asking, what are your powers?"

Dean groaned again as the alarm went for the second time. He moved his arm to slam it before remebering he had gotten into the bath. He pulled out the plug as he got out and went to get dressed.

Out of his window he could see more peope now, not loads, but more than before. a few had gathered by the fountain. Pulling on some clothes he checked below the window and around before dropping out.

With a small thud he landed on the ground, his body momentarily deforming before snapping back to normal. Dean smiled. He was getting better. Smiling he headed towards the food hall.

He was passing the fountain when he noticed a girl clutching a wet looking teddy. Feeling kind he headed towards her.

"Would you like some help drying that?"

Skie looked up at the other boy heading towards her. She nodded her head vigorously and smiled. "Please do. I kinda blasted him into the fountain on accident." She said while sighing. "You know someone with wind talent? Or you are the one with wind talent? Or you can take me to a dryer?" She asked.
She was really eager to fix chubbers. He was her companion. She squeezed some more water out and onto the ground, but he was still damp.
"Chubbers is still damp." She muttered.

Dean smiled taking 'Chubbers' as she had called it.

"I'm not wind. I'm magma which should do the trick."

Dean didn't need to increase his heat much. His natural temperature was hot as it was and he didn't want to destroy Chubbers. Steam rose of Chubbers as he dried, rising into the air in tendrils. Finished he past Chubbers back to the girl.

"There you go, all dry. So what's your name?"

Skie smiled as she took chubbers back. He was dry!
"Thanks!" She exclaimed hugging chubbers. "Glas you didn't burn him to death." She joked and looked at him. "Neat power. I'm Skie." She said, holding out her hand. "I'm fifteen. Who are you?" She asked him. She just had to know the name of chubbers savior! She knew she was being a bit dramatic, but that was how she was. She loved being dramatic.

Elena smiled and took Ebony's hand. She did not prefer nicknames, though she has met many people who prefer to be called something other than their real name. It became too confusing for Elena, so she calls everyone by their first, formal name. Looping her arm through Ebony's, Elena smiled at her offer. "Of course, find me any time and I'll teach you about bandages," she told Ebony sweetly. Elena wondered why the girl hadn't thought of teaching herself earlier considering her strange habits. Ebony did not know of Elena's special powers yet so Elena had to carry out conversations normally. She has had much practice not accidentally blurting out something she's learned from delving into a person's memories. It had been quite disastrous at first when her control wasn't as stable, and Elena still struggles with it some times.

"Let's go," Elena says to Ebony, and begins heading off towards the dining area.

Dean held out his hand to shake Skie's, it felt small in his palm.

"I'm Dean but you can call me M. I've just turned 16."
Dean said. He looked her up and down trying to guess what power she had. He didn't know why he bothered, it was near impossible. Who would guess he was made of magma?

"I'm off to get breakfast, would you like to come with me and explain what you can do?"

Skie saw how big his hand was compared to hers. She jest shrugged it off. Her hands were pretty small compared to others. She nodded and smiled.
"Yeah, sure. But dont expect anything like magma or fire related." She said laughing.

"Im not good with fire. If i just have a lighter, give me five minutes and the whole academy will be on fire." She said. She was always disaster prone, and was clumsy. Never graceful like her mom.
They headed to go get breakfast.
Then she realized the boy that first talked to her at the fountain.

"See you later!" She called to him, before walking again.

Lucille frowns as the girls tells her not to be so shy. Lucille couldn't simply not be shy... She shrugged and began to type, sighing as she hit backspace a few times, trying to remember how it was spelled. The tilts her head, looking at the screen with her tongue out for a moment. Finally she hits enter and the electronic voice speaks. "I can shapeshift into anything I want. And when I am nervous or upset, sometimes I turn invisible." She smiled, happy she spelled the word right.

Akari's eyes sparkled with excitement when Lucille told her what her powers were. "That's cool! I bet being an animal can be exciting." she said with a little giggle before continuing "I have the ability to absorb physical damage done to any living thing as well as increase the abilities within someone by singing." she said with a cute smile. "Where you came from, did you have any friends?" she asked curiously. She wanted to know as much about people like her so that she would feel less lonely.
