- Introduction -

Welcome to AotG or Aces of the ground. AotG is a Panzer based RP where you controll your APC or Tank. You are a Captain of a unique Tank or APC from the Hound battalion, You where shipped here from America to fight of the China's invaders from Europe. Currently located in a supply base near the outer reaches of Germany. Re-arming against the not so distant enemy, currently having a known stronghold in france.

- Information -

Tank
Tanks can be of any current or known to be in the future Tank. They can be upgraded and armed in the fashion like a flagship. Unique to its captain. You can Customise the Tank with almost anything that isnt to futuristic. as an example im going to do this:
An Leopard 2 a6 customised with a Railgun and supports for added accuracy.
That customisation is supported through this one isn't:
An M1A3 Equipped with Heavy duty Laser and a twin Anti Laser system.

It is the not to distant future, there are no Lasors.. There maybe Anti missile ones but no real lasers that can burn your face of. That is the basics of the tank. im going to announce other information after the two vehicles.

APC
An APC, or Armored Personal Carrier. For starters those who command these will be the ones who get infantry into the battlefield, medics and wounded as well as pilots with wrecked Tanks out of the battlefield as well. Your not going to have alot of firepower thanks to the fact that you can carry infantry, though your going to be fast and accurate. You're going to be the one Pilots are going to depend on. You can ofcourse customise your APC with anything, but nothing to futuristic.

An accepted example:
An M2a2 bradley with Twin Tow emplacements as well as a smaller main cannon for added accuracy.
Not accepted example:
An BMP 2 with Twin railguns as well as two added gun holes for the infantry to Fire out of. As Well as two gatling turrets.

It is the not to distant future, there are no Railgun mounted vehicle who cannot suffer from extreme recoil after firing the Railgun, aswell as two? at what is supposed to be a fast vehicle.
That is the Basics of the APC. Im going to announce other information after this one.

Basic infromation
Your tank nor APC is unstoppable you cannot be one shot but you cannot take a high explosive artillery shell straight on top of your tank either without major damage. I picked out the APC because it would probably be disabled if that happened. Keep the rules of physics and logic realistic, you cannot one-shot anything without a railgun, Railguns are basically Artillerize Tanks which are not mobile and must be deployed to fire, but has a massive amount of firepower, but isnt to good at attacking moving targets.

The basics of the three classes of Armor for the tanks

A Light Tank
A Light Tank has greatly increased speed and agility for the cost of armament.

A Medium Tank
A Medium Tank has improved speed and agility but the cost of some armament.

A Heavy Tank
A Heavy Tank has Massive firepower as well as armament at the cost of speed and agility.

The Basics of the two Classes of APC.

LAPC
An LAPC, or basically lighter armored Has Greatly increased Manoverability and speed for the cost of Armorement.

HAPC
An HAPC, or basically Heavily armored Has greatly increased armament and firepower at the cost of speed and agility.

- The GMs word is final, end of story.
- if you fight over somthing in the OOC you will be removed.
- If you have read these put your favorit color in your CS.
- No godmodding. ( forcing an action on someone else. )
- Pretty much all the rules.

Damn, why hasn't this been done before? I'd be a tread-head if I was in the military. I love reading about armored warfare. I'll work on a CS too.

What happens if people chose the same tank, but have different class weights in their CS? How can the same tank have two different classes? Unless it's some cooky modified version, maybe.
