Sounds cool, I detect a bit of magic, knighthood, and archery style. I am also trying to get better at Rping so, if you're willing to let me join I would love to. I also like criticism.
For as long as written history can recall, the Empire of Asgariath has been waging total war against the nations of Asgar. Hundreds of thousands of legions marched against Asgariath's enemies, until nothing but ruin lay in their wake. Asgariath became the empire of conquest, the dominant power in the world.
Just 20 years ago was supposed to be the final year of Asgariath's war on Asgar. Every city, stronghold, and village flew the red flag with a black, winged, sword. Only the citadel of Mashar remained free from Asgariathan influence.
But taking one citadel was nothing compared to taking the millions Asgariath had taken in the past... many legions were sent to quell what was seen as a 'minor rebellion'. After six bloody defeats, the assaulting legions finally managed to take the city. Even as the city's central keep was being battered down by catapults and rams, the attack subsided in a sudden manner. Every Asgariathan in the world vanished. Nobody knows to where, why, or how... but it was done.
The men of Mashar, now the capital of the massive Aciasan Empire, stated it was one of their archmages. He was recorded as killed in the attack, but it was said that he released some sort of magic banishing everybody who believed themselves to be Asgariathan, forever.
Asgariath's former slaves formed many nations, including Acias. War was quick to break out across the planet, and even Acias was threatened by orcs and barbarians. In response to this threat, Acias began recruiting huge amounts of elite soldiers and mages in the Western War Academy, at Ancor.
As war threatens to engulf Acias, more and more students are pressed into mercenary duty for Acias's many legions. The legions promise glory and power, both of which are easy to come by and have great benefits in Acias.
The 8th Shock Legion has returned to Ancor to hire student mercenaries and march north to confront an orc threat. The path is not an easy one, and many are sure to die before the end.
After the orc campaigns, the legionnaires and mercenaries are promised power and land.
But as students prepare for the northwards march, the disappearance of Asgariath is still shrouded... but nothing can remain in twilight forever. Nor can Asgariath.
I am Interested also.

Glad to see that people are interested.
I have the OOC written up but am waiting for a couple more people to state their interest before I post it. That way, we will avoid any unnecessary waste of time waiting for late joiners to catch up.
interested
Bow down before the might of the Dwarves!
I'm interested!
What makes him questionable?
interested.... As a rather short mage if I can.
So....If I was a necromancer before...Is this an improvement?
My challenge to myself from now on. I will accompany every IC post with a picture I draw, regardless of how bad it is. I may not be able to put one up if the potato I call my broadband acts up however.
