Name: Jacob Rivers

Appearance: Has blue eyes, brown hair, lean and toned, about 5'8"
History: Raised by the Tully's, as soon as he turned sixteen, he decided to take the black since he felt he wasn't wanted in Riverrun.
Personality: Stubborn, fiercely loyal to his friends, friendly, honest.
Skills: Taught by the Tully's maester and master-at-arms, he is skilled at swords and the bow. He is also very intelligent and can read and write. He also has some knowledge of herbology and healing.

THE IN CHARACTER

Name:Zeraph (no sirname, or more like he dosn't want anyone to know)
Age(16 or up):he appears to be twenty-ish
Personality: when he isn't working on something he's chatty, friendly and warm, however if he's got a job to do he's as cold as the ice of the wall.
Appearance(Picture is optional): however he wares gray mail armour with plates on his sholders and elbows, his legs are just plated on the front.

History: he turned up one day with a sack full of tools and weapons, set up just outside the edge and for three nights his fordge glowed, on the fourth day he walked forth with his armour and a odd looking blade and crossbow, asking to pass the wall, he returned with the heads of four wildlings, no one ever questioned why he joined, nor who let him join, though all are glad.

Skills:
He is a weapon smith, however he fights better than he makes them, and he makes some dam good weapons. his most famous is a clockwork crossbow
he has one of these with him at all times, as well as four more 'drums' as he calls them. he also smiths blades and such, his blade looks;

Meh, the "Scope" part is pushing it but approved. So is the clock work....

clockwork is just springs, gears and cleaver thinking. also they have telescopes don't they? who say's that some smart ass hasn't taken a small one, stuck it to a crossbow (remember a good crossbow can shoot out of human sight) and said 'shoot that pompos looking git on the fancy horse over there' to his best bowman. and remember, he needs all the equipment and time to make these, so they take quite a dam while.

Never said there wasn't scopes. Its just that generally they were reserved for Maesters. But yeah, sounds good.
