    I think a list of who is holding the IC, without any real goog reason, up is a great idea.
    Would also be great that the characters of those persons could be puppet without any consequences, who is doing that.

    Because there isn't much action in the other nations, save it for Kirigakure and Konoha.

    It's said that Junko controls three elements which is OKAY for a guy his age. But five? He has such powerful techs and I'm not even sure how he managed to get that strong. Plus the dojutsu is just a pain in the ass. Any guy curious enough to fall for the weird eye trick will get owned horribly. Even if there's a drawback, all he's gotta do is get closer to Alzheimer's and simply throw some explosive Kunai unless his brain is that rotten. But of course, there's also the barrier, as if there isn't enough resistance.

    All I have to say is that five elements is a bit excessive (And I didn't start reviewing them) and an ocular jutsu that isn't the Rinnegan (Which is unavailable) added to that pile is just EH. I suggest you take off that Godforsaken barrier and reduce the elements. Of course you can add defensive elemental techs if you cut on the elements. The Dojutsu, we'll see after you do some changes.
