The City of a Thousend Red Lights takes place in Marlinara 2063. The City of a Thousend Red Lights, Was a idea i got not to long ago, but what the basics is, several People are a secret organisation called the OSAF.
The OSAF are on a hunt for '' Mysterius '' killers all around the city of Marlinara. ( totaly made up ) The Rest of the people are these Mysterius killers, or allso known as G.H.A.S.T.

G.H.A.S.T. is a criminal Tripple - A organisation filled with top of the notch Assasins, These assasin will kill key civilians for a bounty that they are told in person with there contracter, They work in secret ways and useses secret techniques. The G.H.A.S.T. is all about high firepower and stealth.

the OSAF is all about Hightechnology with a damn powerful punch to it, normal since the OSAF is elite organisation and pritty damn powerful there will be a limit to how many OSAF troopers there will be, you can make one of each if you do it fast, The G.H.A.S.T. will have unlimited seats untill i say otherwise.

If a member of OSAF dies then there will be a open seat to the OSAF and the quickes to get that seat will be the replacment.
