Grimm kept on sprinting through the forest heading towards the canyon first, one of the most peaceful places on this planet. Coral heard the sounds of exploding dirt not far from here, "Grimm you hear that?" she asked him telepathically. He responded, "Yes but I can also feel a massive force moving through the ground, sounds and feels like its coming from the plains." "Then go there NOW!" She didn't know what the force was, could have been humans, a normal species, or even a created, what ever it was she was determined to find out what it was, for it could lead her to Razetek. After some time of Grimm sprinting to the plains, more dirt exploding and a loud shriek could be heard, by then she knew it wasn't humans who made that sound. They were about to arrive at the edge of the plains when they heard loud explosions that they were not familiar with, and the loud screams of what sounded like death. Grimm and Coral emerged out of the forest and on to the plains, in the distance they saw what looked like a giant worm, there were faded figures near the corpse, in the distance were what seemed to be boxes made of a form of rock, she took in consideration that those were humans creations and they were the ones that destroyed the worm. "Grimm, you need to get there now...NOW GRIMM NOW!!!" He took off at top speed shaking the ground with every step and was at the corpse in no time, the closer they got Coral realized the the two figures were Razetek and a human, they seemed to be making conversation. Grimm slid to a stop taking cover behind the giant worm's corpse, hiding from the humans creations, Coral hopped off landing near Razetek, "Razetek we need to leave NOW! They are humans and they destroyed an innocent creature, they're destroying OUR PLANET, I am ordered to get you to safety and I request your cooperation or I will have to use force. I do not trust them and neither should you, we have to go NOW!"

Shaye breathed a sigh of relief as she left the Elders home, she was so nervous that a knot had formed in her stomach. She watched her mentor leave on her Oxtin and then turned and whistled a melody, a birds melody, high and sweet. The small blue blur that leapt from tree to tree was the only sign that her whistle had made any effect on the forest.
Shiver leapt from the trees and Shaye caught him in mid leap and hugged his small catlike body, "Took you long enough!" she laughed as she placed him on her shoulders and started at a jog through the forest. Shiver replied with a few clicks and whistles that she had learnt meant he was excited. The clearing they had run too was just large enough to fit Mana and Shaye whistled loudly and waited, she had been eager to ride Mana all day and when he came into sight she grinned. He gracefully landed in the clearing and squawked at her in greeting. He lifted his wing so Shaye could put on his saddle and when she leapt into it he paused before beating his large wings.

Two days. Two long, hot, wet, miserable days out here. Gunnery Sergeant Gray and his team have been standing by patiently, watching. The marines were silent and well disciplined, the only sounds made were short status updates to the desk jockies back at the base. Each marine was restless despite their unwavering discipline. They knew their enemy, the so called guardians... But their enemy did not know them. Reputation proceeds and the guardians is an impressive one indeed. Gray flashed a hint of a smile for he and his team shall forever engrave the name 'marine' into the nightmares of the enemy.

"Movement" reported Evans, the teams sniper. "Eight hundred meters and closing fast"
    "Direction?"
"This way, I've got a clear shot"
"Stand by" Gray ordered, observing through a set of optical enhancers. With the click of a button, the device switched to the infrared spectrum. Two more tangos. With his left hand he keyed his comm headset. 'Victor two three, spook actual. Spook has eyes on three enemy personnel closing in from the west. Permission to engage.' He whispered.
'Roger spook actual, can you confirm hostility?'
Gray scowled. Confirm hostility my ass, he thought. Look pretty hostile to me with all those blades and crap.. 'roger victor two three that is affirmative, targets appear hostile'
'Solid copy spook, you are clear to engage.'
A devious grin now showed on gunnys face and he patted Evans on the shoulder. "Range, five hundred meters. Take em out sergeant."

Evans did not respond verbally. There was no need. He merely sighted in on his first Target, the closest one, and exhaled. At the pause between the next breath, he pulled the trigger slowly. There was no report from his XM39 .50 calibur rifle, advanced suppression technology made sure of that. Recoil hit his shoulder as the armor piercing incinerary round exited the barrel and rocketed towards its intended target. Evans saw the targets head pop through his scope in a puff of gore. The fabled pink mist. The comrades of the fallen warrior stopped in their tracks and went back to back, frantically seeking their foe. Evans exhaled and took a second shot, straight through the chest of the two remaining targets.

"And that's a wrap gents" Gray slowly rose to a knee, letting the optics hang by their strap and taking up his MA5B assault rifle. He whistled and his team assembled on him, facing outboard and keeping watch. 'Sparrow three, spook actual. Mission complete and ready for extraction'
'Roger spook, stand by for dust off'

Gunny lowered himself into the foliage for more cover, going prone. His team did the same and not a sound was made as they waited patiently for the bird that would bring them back to base. Minutes passed and the steady beat of chopper blades and thrusters could be heard closing in.

(A bit choppy, on my phone T.T at Disney lol so sorry for the delay)
The eagle born to those who pledged their lives in sacred honor, was smiled upon by god and freed from chains and iron collar. He is held aloft on unity and by history reveared for preserving peace through strength his wings now reach across 200 years. But for each of those and one year more, god has smiled upon the corps. From the barbary coast to the eastern sand, by sword, by gun, or by bare hand. So its been and shall be weighed though many are born, few are made. Faithful always they shall remain, dogs to loose when war is waged.

Ryssa fell to her knees as she heard an explosion far in the distance, even though it was very far away it still brought back memories of pain. She remembered those sounds right before the humans barged through the forest and killed her parents. She let out an almost inhuman wail and curled up into the fetal position. To anyone walking past who hadn't heard the wail she was just a scared little girl huddled on the floor trying to find a little love and safety. She slowly got up, her chin resting on her chest and started to shuffle away from the pain which followed her everywhere. She found the foxes den and crawled into it hoping to find some warmth. The mother and the cubs were already there and she curled up with them and fell into a restless sleep.

"I started funding this group to take down the created. According to my research they're a result of us arriving here. We've already damaged your world enough and while changing people's destructive nature may take time, this is something we can solve quickly." The woman said with her hand still on the boy's shoulder.

"You are right, you have caused too much damage. But this are creatures of this world you are killing, and it is my duty to protect them!" He pulled the girl's hand from his shoulder. "They may be wild in their actions, but that is because they are lost. Their aggression can be cured. On the other hand... It is best you leave at once."

The woman was about to argue when another guardian came shouting over the worm's carcass. "Razetek we need to leave NOW! They are humans and they destroyed an innocent creature, they're destroying OUR PLANET, I am ordered to get you to safety and I request your cooperation or I will have to use force. I do not trust them and neither should you, we have to go NOW!"

The boy climbed over the worm glaring back at the woman, "Let's go." He said in a low tone directed towards the guardian rider.

Phrixus sighed once again and stood, letting his gaze linger on the horizon for a few more moments before beginning to turn around. He stopped short, though, as the tell all signs of approaching humans began to vivaciously appear not to far from his position. Down below, trees began to fall, but not randomly. They were in a straight, thick line. Phrixus looked beyond them to try to see where they were headed, and saw a clearing with a large mass thrashing violently around in its vicinity. Crouching and looking closer, he could tell it was a leviathan, or something like it, by its lack of legs.

Phrixus scampered down the tree's spindly limbs and landed light next to Ixcantilous, then hauled himself onto the reptile's back. With a small shout that only slightly resembled a voice command, the lizard immediately began to slither rapidly down most of the trees remaining limbs. Grabbing hold of the reptile's frill, he tucked on it firmly to give the reptile direction, and they quickly shot off into the thicker canopy towards the clearing. Ixcantilous move incredibly fast for his large stature, but what was most impressive was the nimble way the lizard climbed through the offending tree limbs, turning every which way, sometimes upside down. Phrixus crouched low on his back to keep from getting pulled off.

They made good time in their run, seeing as how they were closer than the humans to the clearing. Superior technology meant the humans got there first, though, so as he made it to the edge of the clearing, Phrixus instructed his mount to circle around. He waiting until the corpse of the giant worm obstructed his view of the humans, then instructed Ixcantilous to dash forward. When the got to the corpse of the worm, Ixcantilous scaled its body, and they moved forward to the meeting of the species instantly.

Razetek was there, conversing with the humans it seemed, and that unnerved Phrixus. Why would he do anything like that? Confused, and slightly paranoid and irritated, he stopped just out of sight from the humans, but where Razetek could still see him. He stopped and peered curiously at him for a moment, but was then distracted by the incoming Oxtin and his rumbling charge. Another rider came into view, shouting almost incoherently towards Razetek, then came to a halting topped and almost started to drag the boy away. Phrixus manged to hear the last of Razetek's and the human's conversation, and his brow furrowed in agitation at Razetek's brash refusal of cooperation.

A bit annoyed and, slightly, angry towards the youngest guardian in the clearing, Phrixus directed Ixcantilous to launch himself violently in the direction of the human woman, but not close enough to cause alarm. Just enough to let them think that maybe they didn't overpower the group as much as they originally thought, and that maybe there were other forces around and aware of their current intrusion. That was most likely not true, of course, but there was no harm in trying some mental warfare.

Phrixus sat tensely on Ixcantilous's back and glared at the human woman before turning around and slowly following the depart Razetek, but, internally, he doubted the Watcher's decision to let this opportunity to cause a civil coup between the humans slip by without any other thought.

Coral didn't care so much about the humans conversation with Razetek but over heard her last words to him. 'Lets go,' said Razetek while climbing over the the worms dead corpse toward the oxtin. "Good, I cant stand to look at these humans any more," she had Grimm kneel down and pick up both her and Razetek, while doing so another rider jumped into the scene, she recognized the face, "Phrixus! What are doing here?" She looked back at the humans machines and climbed on top of the oxtin's shoulder while Razetek was held carefully in it's hands to keep him safe, "Never mind now, tell me on our way back," she put her hand on the side of Grimm's head, in telepathy, "Take us back home, I'm tired of seeing humans." Grimm made a small snort sound and started running back into the forest toward the sacred tree and away from the dead worm and its murderers.

Shaye closed her eyes as Mana soared high above the trees, she loved the feeling of the effortless gliding, using the wind to lift them higher till they could not tell one tree from another. Shiver clicked and whistled in her ear and she whistled in return, her eyes half closed.
She knew she should come down soon and she slowly asked Mana to descend toward the Sacred Tree once more. He cawed loudly as they reached just above the trees, with large slow beat of his strong wings they lowered down to the clearing in the forest.
Shaye gracefully leapt off his back and landed steadily on the ground, she opened her satchel and pulled out a carefully preserved fish. Mana clicked his beak as he eyed the fish and she laughed as he hoped from foot to foot, throwing it into the air he lunged a caught it in his mouth.
Shaye gentle scratched his feathers on his chest, the way he loved to be scratched.

Delphi had been travelling for a while. As a gatherer she normally would stay closer to the settlements, but she decided to do some travelling for once. It wasn't really safe to be travelling alone though, what with the war and all, but she took the risk. With her she had a handmade basket and a back-pack looking case as well that carried extra clothes. A small white cat with jade green eyes walked beside her. It had been following her for days now, Delphi even gave it a name, Aspros. She looked around the forest starting to lose herself in thought. Where would you even end up? You had no actual destination...well actually maybe she was lost? Delphi didn't seem to mind being lost, it just meant she'd end up in a new place! Well if she ended up wandering towards one of the human locations then she'd be in for it alright, but luckily you've avoided it for a while.
Delphi's train of thought was broken when the sound of gunshots could be heard not too far from her location. Aspros was frightened by the shots and ended up scurrying away, but eventually came back to her after calming down. Gunshots? Could the humans be hunting? Or worse, did they kill more of her kind?! You had enough with seeing the bodies of animals and guardians, but you seemed to find them once every few days. Nevertheless, Delphi ran towards the direction from where the gunshots were heard and found the bodies of three dead warriors. When she did arrive on of those machines of transportation appeared and seemed to be coming closer to the area. Was it here to pick up humans? What should you do?! You can't just leave the bodies of three guardians out in the open. You should give them a proper burial like you've been doing with the rest!
Delphi started digging out a decent sized whole for each body, even Aspros the cat was trying to dig too. She just continued to dig, trying to ignore the machine coming towards them.

Your name is Eufemia De Luca and you are on your own little scientific journey.
Eufemia had been one of the scientists that arrived her weeks ago, but she was given permission to travel and do research on her own. She was given the option to be accompanied by soldiers, but she refused. Having soldiers around would lead to violence and maybe even death and Eufemia refused for either of those things to happen. Plus if she had soldiers around how would she able to get on the good side of the natives?
Eufemia had been out on her own for a week or two now. She studied the carcasses of dead animals as well as studying bones that were left behind, sometimes trying to sketch out what an animal they may have been from. There was also the option of killing animals just for the benefit of research, but Eufemia didn't believe in such a method and only studied animals that were already dead to begin with. Eufemia also collected plant samples, specifically herbs, keeping them in a special bag given to her for that purpose. Of course Eufemia couldn't collect a lot of samples, so instead she would sketch the plants and wrote down all the information she gathered about it. For some plants, she would take a piece of it and tape it down next to the drawing.
Currently Eufemia was located a couple miles from Refora, sketching the flowering plants she had just found.

"Call me Raz." He said quietly as they rode off from the humans. "My friends call me Raz." That last part was a lie. He never had friends. He had people who brought him gifts and thanked him for what he had accomplished but he had never had a friend. He had only just joined up with the two riders and he already wanted to be alone. It's not that he didn't like his own kind, but he preferred the company of animals. They made him feel at peace much like he did for them.

"There is no need to doubt me rider." He directed his statement to the guardian on their lizard mount. "I am well aware of human nature and though it is possible to cause a dispute between themselves it would be far more hazardous to our well being than a war with us." He knew what he said would not make since, for how could a civil war between the humans be worse than directly attacking guardians. "They do not see us as a threat, not a true one at least. But they do see eachother as one and they will use their arsenal to its full capabilities to wipe a threat out. We do no want to see their full arsenal unleashed into the world. We as a race have only discovered the act of war since the arrival of the humans. They have waged war with themselves since their very creation. Don't forget that our creator was once human and her race had been around for a long time before she created us. They are far more experianced than us, they know how to win. They will show no mercy."
