When away from her blades for a long enough time to purge the recent memories and emotions from the blade, she much like most females of her family is a bubbly, carefree individual, only caring about things a normal teen might care about on addition to getting better at her training with a deep secret cauldron of temper that has yet to boil over, yet threatens to every time the blades are used. Though she insists she is fine, her mental stability has declined steadily as she has used her weapons, often forced to relive periods of the creators lives on both sides of the story of both the rage of the black blade to the utter depression of the white. Though she denies she has had any affects because of it due to the blades allowing her for optimal fighting, she has taken up smoking and other self destructive habits such as drinking and starving herself and for short periods of time becoming anti social and distant. The times between this and her time actually happy leaves her feeling like a yo-yo, dizzy from the change in her emotions that brings her to frustration, ticking down the time bomb that is her temper before she snaps and really hurts someone.
Anya has a very happy childhood that would resemble that of a gypsy caravan yet more lavish with expensive campers and parties everywhere, though always tested by her stronger siblings for the iron backbone that is needed for one to be utterly free much like the rest of her family was. It was not surprising that she wanted another way of life then the one her family had settled into, she wanted stability especially after seeing the results of late night partying and hard liquor did to the body, especially one with a lethal temper. With a small girl as the target of her relatives aggressive seduction that left the woman shattered and broken, a bloody spot on the ground with no choice in the matter. Though her family covered it up from being known, to not only the authorities but with the higher knights of her family and surrounding roots, she still knew what had happened. Because of this one might think she learned a different fighting style then the traditional one of her blood and even going as far to running away from her family to the school at the first moment given.
This likely gave her the courage to take up the blades again and again as not to be possibly rejected from the school to be sent back with what was in her eyes a corrupted family, along with her deep suspicion of anyone with a known temper.
The Silverhood used to be a section of a larger family of counts and dukes, distant cousins to the more powerful royalty whom were driven from the land and scattered due to the instability of one of the rulers calling a witch hunt on their family, pushing them to the northern regions where they discovered the root they named after their family colors on the hoods of their cloaks. Though not as ancient as other families and their roots they are very renown for their temper, though rare to erupt are very dangerous and explosive, being the reason they were hunted in the first place because one of their members tempers snapped. Things got out of hand real fast, leaving carnage in his wake in the form of dead bodies.
The element for this family much like their movements and emotions in history is wind, never able nor content to stay in one place for long, always moving and changing yet very loyal and much like a pigeon, always returning to the roost of where they came from at some point in their lives.
A sword dancer is a mixture between a thief fighting style of speed and dexterity mixed with the delicacy and silence of a ninja, a desert style of fighting that requires a steady step and an even mind to pull off the difficulty of the moves that require flexibility honed from a very young age. Essentially the style of their fighting as the name implies resembles a violent dance using blades, not only distracting to the enemy at times with the long streamers and scarves tied to the weapons slipping through the air but deadly in it's precision and calculated movements.

Ying and Yang
Two blades, one of black and one of light. Two opposites creating two different blazes of fire. Much like it's ancient creators are Siamese twins, forever joined together through a magic chain binding the two blades together into one yet its own. The very magic of these blades involves much instability, highly dangerous without it's companion it is suspected, yet no one has dared to separate the two.
On the silver chain binding the two is the description,
"Blades wrought of terra corrupt, quelling purity yet defending it, something so chaotic not even they, the creators sharing one body could understand. Behold Chaos of an unholy creation yet the Beauty of a holy bonding."
The blades themselves are a work of art, ironic to her root's birthplace and the further curiosity to the style of her fighting, these blades come from the east, ancient blades that for centuries had been hidden deep in the temples of a distant country still of 3rd worldly in its operations, seen as an unholy merging yet at the same time holy in it's symbolism. One blade is made of sterling silver plated over strong steel, glowing a faint dim of white all on it's own from the magic planted within while it's mate is of the same build yet blackened in color and seems to suck in the light around it like a black hole, both swirling with intricate designs of their opposite colors on the hilt, where a large ring on the ends is connected by a thin chain. Lightweight and hardly noticeable, the the lightweight gold chain is surprisingly strong, holding up to multiple people pulling on it, allowing the magic between the two to flow and stabilize in finding an opposite to keep it's powers from overwhelming the user. As a symbol of her dedication, she has entwined the rings with strips of ribbon, each a different color for every reason she has to fight for the cause of the knights. She only has two, which are kept exclusively secret to herself.
The blades are able to light ablaze, the one of white metal burning a yellow flame while the other darker half burns a red flame. It has indeed been confirmed they are both fire affinity because of the white blades coloring it is often mistaken to be of a light element blade while the other is of dark for its color but it is not the case, otherwise the magic would be even more unstable and unsafe for a young knight as herself to wield.
Of course the blaze around the handles do not burn her, but the heat coming off the blades is hard for her to bear, thus only used when needed and is otherwise a emergency measure she uses only for show to intimidate of when she feels very frightened. Also there is something that all but a select few do not know, that the blades have been imbued with the very creators souls, giving her flashes of painful memories and the conflicting feelings of both the creators while using the blades.
The flashes are so strong it has already heavily affected her psychologically.
