Naruto RPG: Rise of the New Generation

    Arc 1
    Rise of the New Generation!

It has been ten years since the First Shinobi World War has stopped. Four years of fighting. Four long years that seemed nothing more then endless bloodshed. Four years of sorrow, hate and misery.
Though that many claim that the World War has began because that the Hidden Villages wanted more power, some disagree. Some say that there is a more sinister and darker cause that made the fighting erupt between the five great nations. Though nobody can explain how or way, it still hapened.

In the war, nobody gained something. There was only loss. Even those who seemed to made a name for themselves, have know almost nothing more then the feeling of loss of a loved one or friends. For this generations knows that war doesn't give away.

    War only takes.

But the war has ended and now there is a now Generation coming. A new Generation that can learn from the mistakes of the previous one. They can show they can prevent a new World War or now know how to win it...

Only time can tell us if they can make the right decisions, if they can withstand the troubles that lay ahead.
That means it is your time to rise up and make a name for yourself!

Naruto RP: rise of the new generation

    Konohagakure, Hokages residence, 9 AM.

It was a nice day, as ever, in Konohagakure. The wind was playing around in the trees and the trees cheerfully danced along with it. The market was bustling with activity, ramen shops were thriving with this much people in the village. Children were playing in the streets pretending to be shinobi, while the jounins nearby watched them, smiling. The Will of Fire was strong, even in these times. The faces of the first and second, as well as the third Hokage were awe inspiring, looking out unto the sunset. Many thought they were looking out for enemies coming towards Konoha. However in the Hokages residence, Zakiro Hon, the third hokage, was looking at three of the villages jounin. Ushio Natsua, Sayomi Uchiha and Kanajiro Hanamoto were also present, having just arrived for their briefing.

The Third Hokage had a concerned look on his face. It was not often that this would happen to him. He paced back and forth behind his desk, sometimes stopping to look outside. This went on for several minutes before Kanajiro raised his fist and coughed in it. The Third looked at his direction and then proceeded. “Yes, right. You were here for the briefing.. I swore I had prepared something,” he said loudly, “.. something about your squads. New squads, oh yes that was it.” He went through his desk and then scratched his head. The three jounins could just see the laziness dripping off the man. Then, after several knocks and a loud “Enter!” a woman walked in. Ida Hon-Alvara. A beautiful woman, to say the least, and no doubt a strong kunoichi. She had several files in her hands, and handed them to the third Hokage. “Ah, perfect, thank you dear!” The lady bowed for the Hokage and waited besides the hokage, eyeing the jounins.

The Hokage continued as before, still as chaotic as always. “Ah, yes, these papers here are your teams. I trust you will take good care of these shinobi as they are the future of our village. Now if you'll excuse me.. I have to take a nap..” Having said this he took a look at Ida who looked back at him with an angry look. “I meant.. finish this huge pile of work.” An obviously fake smile was the finishing touch to this sentence. After all that he handed them the papers without even looking and went on to pretend to be working really hard.

The jounins walked outside and without saying a word, handed eachother the correct papers. As always each one of them got the papers the other was supposed to have, and vice versa. They all raised their hands at eachother but were looking more at the papers than the others while doing so. It was going to be a long ass day.

Kensuke looked at the gates of the village. He sighed. Within 1 minute he would arrive in Konohagakure, the village of the leaf, capital of the Land of Fire.

He slowly strolled forwards, his backpack filled with the few personal things he could take with him, and some basic camping equipment. Upon arriving at the gates, he was obliged to show his passport, which he had prepared, and admiettd to Konohagakure.

He sighed again. He was supposed to go to the Hokage now. Where was the Hokage's office? He gazed over the large village, and shook his shoulders. Somewhere in this blasted village.

He grumbled internally, without a trace on the outside as he found his way to the large spherical building where the leader of the village resided. He saw some children playing, it remembred him of what he was missing. Shukin, his best friend, and he used to be inseparable. He shook his head and sighed again.

With a sentiment as heavy as an anvil he walked into the building.

    Sayomi Uchiha

As Sayomi stepped outside of the Lazy Hokage's building, she handed the paper she held over to another of the jounin, taking the one which actually belonged to her with a rather annoyed sigh. "He never gives it correctly." She'd murmur to herself, rolling her eyes as she turned herself and started to walk off, tilting her head forward to look down at the paper. Basic information about her genin, it seems; and something interesting caught her eye. Her little brother, Amasu Uchiha, was in her squad! She was quite glad that the boy was on her team. Working as a jounin left little time to spend with him, and if he was in someone's else squad, they'd hardly have the opportunity to spend time together, but now that he was in her squad, she'd be able to spend time with her little brother while training him - as well as doing her job. Simply time saving.

Skipping over her brother's files, knowing most if not all of his abilities already, she proceeded to read the next one. Ryo Katsu, an orphan. That little detail hardly mattered to Sayomi, with the past wars, many children became orphans due to the war taking away their parents, she'd train him normally, as any other genin. Moving to the last paper, it was Katsuko Moto, of the Moto clan. Sayomi knew a jounin from the Moto clan, even if slightly; she wasn't sure of what exactly was their abilities, but they had a kekkei genkai based on their eyes.

Sayomi shrugged faintly, folding the papers and shoving them onto one of her satchels. She'd start to walk in direction of the Uchiha's clan area in Konoha, in order to 'fetch' her brother from... her house. Then she'd go after the other genin of her team. She had just decided to start with the one she knew exactly where he would be, which was either their house, or the Uchiha's training area.

    Rin Uzumaki

"You will be meeting your team today, Rin-chan! How do you feel about that?"

A woman, apparently in her late thirties, questioned a small girl who sat down at a rather nicely designed chair, matching extremely well with the table and overally with the rest of the simple yet pretty house. It was Rin's mother, asking her daughter about how she felt, as always. Rin nodded her head over a few times, smiling rather brightly as she began to speak out, her voice soft and gentle, and with hardly any stuttering as there was only one person around: her own mother. "I'm really excited, to be honest! A bit.. a-anxious too, and nervous. I'm not sure of what my team will be like, I hope they're nice people..." The words after the 'I hope' turned out in a degrading tone; she really did. If they were... bullies, or arrogant people who wouldn't take her seriously at all, it'd make spending time with them much harder and painful for Rin, something she'd hate to go through. The red-headed woman reached over and gave Rin's cheek a playful squeeze, setting down a plate of well baked bread, with some chocolate and hazelnut cream, reaaaally tasty! And really unfitting for a shinobi's breakfast. But right after, she placed down a plate with several different fruits that looked much more healthy than that. "Ooh, don't worry, love! I'm sure you and whoever is in your team will become good friends. It's always like that, even if it starts off bad, just give it time. You can't have a long lasting 'enemyship' with someone you'll spend more than two years with."

Rin's mother always sounded so right, like she knew everything. It made Rin comfortable with the idea and much more willing to meet her teammates. Though she was still hoping that they were nice from the start, since it'd make it easier. But still... There was one thing that was particulary bothering her; her lack of ability in fighting, what if she ended up becoming a weight to the team? She could hardly master the only useful technique she knew, and that was the sensor ability taught to her by her mother. When her mind took her back to it, she quickly looked over at her mother, asking; "Mother, could you please help me practice with that sensor ability? I r-really can't... seem to master it..." Once again, soft spoken words that sounded all too pleasant to ear, answered by a rather loud laughter followed by a cute snort(as far as cute goes for an elderly woman). "Don't worry too much about it, Rin-chan! I'm impressed that you managed to even learn it. It's a really powerful technique, even if it doesn't looks like such. Just give it time, start to use it constantly, like, always! You'll master it in no time."

And once again, the woman made Rin feel warmer inside, a bit less questioning about her own abilities. Hell, when she gave it thought, she was hoping that she'd need the skill level of a jounin simply to be accepted by her own team, what a pathethic thought! Relaxing her muscles slightly, she began to eat away her food, starting by the half of a neatly cutten apple, followed by a pear... And eventually she ate a good portion of all the food given to her, feeling full. A satisfied sigh escaped her as the girl pushed herself up and walked to her bathroom; spending mere minutes there in order to get her teeth brushed, then she went back to her room, spending a longer time gathering her gear. She was put in a squad today, and her sensei could arrive at any time... Thinking about it only made her feel nervous.

    Kanajiro Hanamoto

Kanajiro let a sigh escape his mouth, unwanted, but it did escape. “That man really needs to organize more.” He grinned and looked at the papers. Ushio Natsua. it said at the top of the paper. He handed him the papers and received his own from Sayomi. “Ah, thanks. Have fun.” He smiled at her and then waved at Ushio before walking off, reading one of the papers and then crumbling the papers to a ball and placing them in the pocket of his jacket. He then jumped off into the sky and proceeded to run towards the adress of the genin assigned to him. He hoped they were not such a pain in the ass.

With a final dash he landed in front of the door. He peeked at the papers and checked the address. “Should be here.. Rin Uzumaki.” The house may not have been a mansion, it sure was stylish. Even a man like Kanajiro could see that, and he was no architect. Anyone could see that just by looking at his own house; a simple cottage, clean on the inside but the outside needed some work. The inside was functional, but not pretty. His bed had been there for so long, if he moved it you could see the white where the bed used to be. Oh well. Atleast it begins to show that it was not some pretentious kid who thinks he or she is the total hokage of Konoha and will kill his own sensei with a simple attack or whatever. Now that would be amusing. He knocked on the door, waiting for an answer. A lady opened the door and looked at him for a few seconds before realising who he was.
She smiled at him and then yelled upstairs. "Rin, sweetie, your sensei is here!"

    Kaiku, Xinsai

    "Simple..."

They were all simple, like little animals crawling along in life, eating food and mating. Not disgusting really, just simple and in the way, and annoying. It made him smile, grin, and smirk at their idle folly. He didn't need them, he didn't want their so called friendship. Foolish and stupid and stupid and foolish. Annoying unadorned, boring little pests. Pests, like ants, that he could aim at with a mirror and harrass. Except...his mirror was his voice, and the sun was his voice being focused to damage their puny little egos. To screw with their little existence.

    Simple.

That was all he could think of as he walked to the training grounds. He almost wished that he didn't have to deal with teammates, they weren't his mates anyways. They were just people, children, like him...but not really. Maybe the jounin would at least be useful, maybe, only maybe....

    Zakiton Hon, The Third
Zakiton sighed and looked outside. It was such a nice sunny day! He thought. He wanted to take a walk, but Ida wouldn't let him. He turned around and was still in thoughts. He had made some plans, but he knew he had time plenty. He chuckled and thought back when he was a genin... Well, not that he changed much, but still.

He was starting to work and was quite busy. He was bored and decided he could take walk! Wasn't he the Hokage or what? Even if Ida would get mad, he had great excuse in his mind. He chuckled and stood up. With his hands on his back he started to walk to the door.

''hhhmmm, I also quite hungry.. Wonder what I will get for dinner.''

Kensuke stood before the door of the Hokage, a bit nervous after all! This man was supposed to be the strongest ninja in this enormous village for a reason! He raised his hand to knock on the door, when it swung open. He almost hit the Hokage, and jumped backwards, startled by his appearance.

"Well what are you doing here, planning to assassinate me?" The hokage said friendly.
"....Eh... I eh... I'm the exhange student..." He said, jumpy.

Ida stood at the door and looked at Zakiton with a glare. "Ill get the dinner, you have work to do" she said with her serious tone, sometimes it took more work to get the Hokage to do work than there was work to do. Her title was assistant but all that really entailed was making sure he did all the work he was meant to do and didn't get behind of anything. And at night, when they went home she was his wife, but at the office she was an A-rank Jounin with an exceptionally difficult job to do.

    Zakiton Hon, The Third
Zakiton sighed and looked with a annoyed glare at his wive.
''Bloody hell woman, I need fresh air, bloody fresh air...Well, let me first talk to this fine lad..Who comes from the Village of Talons, weren't ya? I heard some good things about you! Come, come...Sit down, are you hungry or do you want something to drink, cause my lovely dear Ida-chan will be so sweet to get us something,...Well, she would hit my head and will give you something to drink and to eat.''

He chukled and leaned back in his chair. He smiled polite, but that would be hard to see because of the mask Zakiton wore most of the time. There were only a very few people who had seen the lower part of Zakitons face. He was very shy when he showed it, wich was almost never.
