Personality: Katsuko was once known as an outgoing child growing up. The kind who can make friends with anyone. But as he grew older, constant failures combined with his desire to win have changed him. A bitter shell of whom everyone considered "Kat" walks in his stead. Anger is his primary emotion, and any previous regards to friendship have been either repressed or taken less importance. His focus is success, and anything and everything else will take second stage in circumstances where success can be met. He isn't exactly heartless, but he would put victory over his own life at this point.
History: Katsuko Moto was the only son to Jinkama Moto, and the inevitable heir to leadership of the small Moto clan. He was groomed to be a shinobi from a young age by loving parents, who prioritized Katsuko over his lineage. Despite his practically perfect childhood, the drama of life eventually reached him. After an event that criminalized his father and left four bodies at his doorstep, Katsuko was forever changed. He never knew the truth, if his father really was a murderer, but continued his shinobi training.
As a genin, Katsuko was determined to prove himself. He knew he wasn't the best in his class, and strove for improvement. Without the careful and caring watch of his father, his constant failures and setbacks far outnumbered his successes. By the Chuunin exams, Katsuko was already barely containing his emotions. It was his biggest chance to prove to himself that he was worth something. Despite the valiant attempt, Katsuko lost in the first set, nearly dying in the fight. It was at that point that Katsuko had snapped, after his biggest failure yet.
Though he kept his intentions secret, Katsuko strongly contemplated suicide, and even went so far as to prepare for such an event. He never continued with the plan, thankfully, but was instead persuaded out of it by a particularly important somebody. The young teenager eventually made a deal with this man, that in exchange for training, he wouldn't kill himself. During the conversation that the deal was made in, it was determined that Katsuko's current sensei wasn't necessarily a poor teacher, but wasn't good enough. The two disappeared in the night. All ties were essentially severed, and Katsuko's fate to his friends was unknown except that he was suddenly gone.
Two years have gone by, and Katsuko has benefited from his training greatly. Unsure of the world he left behind, he has determined it is time to return to Konoha and prove himself. Despite warnings from his sensei, Katsuko moved on with the plan, just without approval. Katsuko returned from his seclusion to find that many things had happened during his absence. People he once knew no longer walked this earth. Suddenly, he was forced to reintroduce himself to emotions he intended to no longer have. But, despite his internal struggles, Katsuko has returned to face what he once left behind.

It is no secret that the clan has a unique trait regarding their eyes, in the fact that they change color pending the mood of the possessor, like a mood ring of the eyes. On top of this, however, the bloodline allows the direct siphoning of chakra from a designated target. By looking into a target's eyes, the user can tap into their chakra flow, and from there can either take or give chakra, though the former is the most common case. The chakra must be taken slowly, or the risks will pile up. If it's drained too fast, the victim will probably notice, and if too much is absorbed too quickly, the chance of overloading on foreign chakra becomes extreme, and the worst case scenario of this event is death, though it is far more likely to cause passing out than death. This doujutsu also allows the user to see chakra, but only the chakra flow from their target and himself.

The chakra weakens and sort of pre-crumbles the ground, before the force from the strike propels it upward in the direction he aimed it. The spray of rocks can cause minor damage, especially if any sharp pieces strike vital areas such as the eyes. Mainly for a distraction. This technique can produce a concentrated spray to a virtual wall of debris, pending the surface, angle, and strength of the technique. Weakness: Easily blocked, and not particularly harmful in most circumstances.

Name of Technique: Steel Barrage Type of Jutsu: Taijutsu Rank: C Range: Close Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: A devastating combination of strikes by Katsuko that focus on the destructive force behind his steel knuckles. Once Katsuko has stunned or caught his opponent off guard momentarilly, he begins the combination by striking his opponent in the ribs with a punch with the steel knuckles. This is a guarantee to break the ribs, and quite possible lung puncturing. The rest of the combo is all but guaranteed, except against opponents who are particularly durable. A series of punches with the knuckles directed toward general body shots follow, also bringing the possibilty for internal damage or more broken bones with each punch. To finish up, Katsuko punches the opponent's kneecap, shattering it and typically bringing them down if they were still standing. While they are at a reduced height, Katsuko uses his other arm for a direct uppercut to the chin, which in itself should break the jawbone. Weakness: Though this technique weilds massive potential for damage to an opponent's body, it requires Katsuko to get in close. The sheer offense can be blocked in many situations, provided the victim is capable enough after already sustaining damage. The combo can be interrupted by a well timed parry.

Natsuki and his cat... (His name is mittens)
Personality: Natsuki is the calm and calculated sort, thinking before most actions. His time with the Anbu taught him that a ninja should always back up gut feeling with facts. He was also this tactful with his wit and had soon became known for his sarcasm.
History: Natsuki was always considered the head of his class or close to it during his time at the ninja academy. This kind of success followed him after he became a genin and as soon as he became a chuunin, he was selected to be a member of an ANBU unit.
Through out all of his training, Natsuki always had a hard time with jutsu with an elemental base, but was extremely proficient with jutsu that would be considered, elementally neutral, namely shadow. This gave him his nickname, Shadow man, which he wasn’t much a fan of. He also was able to use simple medical ninjutsu, which came more naturally than elemental jutsu.
Natsuki’s arm was lost on a night mission where his team was instructed to assassinate a group of high ranked rogue ninja in a cave. Of course all Anbu missions are black-listed however, these mission files require extremely high clearance to even look at. One of Natsuki’s teammates was put out of commission, not due to injury, but with a severe case of PTSD. Only the Raikage knows what actually happened that night. With his arm gone, Natsuki concluded he would not be fit to continue his work within Anbu and requested a transfer.

Personality: She is one cool yet hot-blooded personality. She is fierce, unforgiving, easily angered, easily annoyed, and most of all, has a fierce anger. Few people hate her however. Her temper is widely recognised along the Rain, and isn't often tried, as past experiences have told that that isn't the best of ideas. Description: A relatively long wooden "sword" lined with sharp Obsidian shards resembling shark teeth. The cutting force and sheer weight combined with good proficiency with the weapon granted the ability to decapitate even horses with a single swing. A side effect of striking atarget is that the obsidian teeth fragmentate leaving razor sharp edges inside the victim, causing great pain and more blood loss.

Personality: Cautious and trusting (almost to a fault) He has a few friends, but always felt just fine being alone as well (due to his unique upbringing). Akahono is eager to fit in and wants to repay the village that helped raise him and also wants to repay Kumogakure for his training.
History: Orphaned as an infant, and prone to catch fire. The villagers that found him raised him as best they could. He never grew attached to any one family; they seemed to just shuffle him around after he (accidentally) set their houses on fire. He never held any ill will towards the villagers, and was grateful for everything they did for him, but eventually they sent him away to Kumogakure because his ability was getting out of control. Once in Kumogakure, he received training at the academy and learned to control his abilities. However, when his emotions flare, he has a tendency to lose control and light himself and other things on fire by accident.

Jutsu Notes: Akahono excels at fire ninjutsu, he has a natural affinity for it. The other elements are more of a challenge to him. It takes extra concentration and practice to learn a ninjutsu from any other element than fire, and water techniques are almost completely lost to him. Akahono suffers in the area of genjutsu; he was able to learn just enough to graduate from the academy. He doesn’t really enjoy or understand a lot of genjutsu and will avoid it if possible. His taijutsu however is good. He finished in the top 5% of his class in taijutsu techniques, and has incorporated his affinity for fire jutsu into his taijutsu. His signature techniques are flaming strikes, where his hands (and feet) light on fire while he is fighting adding extra damage to his strikes and potentially setting his opponents on fire.
He will have enough chakra to use firestarter on his entire body for 15-25 minutes. It will last much longer (2+ hours) if he uses it just for his hands and feet. His body is very tolerant of the flames, however his resistance has not built up for the extreme temperatures, any extended period of super heat (blue or white flames) will burn him. He will need training to build up any more resistance.

Personality: Rhi is a broken soul, he is bitter and hurt on the inside, hes been orphaned twice. He has nobody left. He has no problem socializing but will not grow any attachments. He is honorable as a dog to his family and strives to gain more knowledge and power. That being said he is already a strong and smart guy. Hes better then you and he knows it.
History:The Blackwater Clan hail from many lands, seeing as how they are primarily a traveling group. Often orphaned kids or lost souls are taken in by the clan. Rhi was no exception, found alone, rescued, and named by the one known as Chief Blackwater-from the land of hidden mist. The clan soon became Rhi's family and he saw many lands and sights as a youngling, not all of which were as pleasant as the great Leaf. Rhi also saw and met many ninja, good and evil alike, but in the eyes of Rhi the numbered group of ninja in his clan were neither good nor evil, they were family.
Poverty was well known to Rhi and his clan, for this was not a wealthy merchant ship, but a creaky battle-worn warship. The tale of how this ship came into Chief Blackwaters possession was a through the three values Chief Blackwater lived by; knowledge, cunning, and power. The Chief used his knowledge to locate the perfect old warship, formerly named 'The Foul Serpent', an "unsinkable" ship with room to hold the essentials to live at sea for long enough times to be forgotten about. His cunningness got him into the well guarded ship yard that held the trophy ship, past the guards and into the Serpent. Power, the value most sought after by men, was used to avoid taking lives. Instead of fight his way out the wise Chief used the Kirigakure no Jutsu, hidden mist technique, to escape without capture or alerting the guard. That was the tale told to younglings, others tell a tale of madness mayhem and massacre. Needless to say the 'Foul Serpent' became home to the Chief and his already growing crew and was later named 'The Dark Jewel', a vessel harboring the outcasted and unwanted. Those on the near ancient 'Dark Jewel' that were old enough had to bring back food or small valuables while docked to earn their keep. It was unknown to young Rhi at the time what everyone else was tasked with doing on land but on the open water the Clan members aboard practiced the arts of each owns perspective trade. Rhi would watch and envy the ninja in the clan for they had the power that, to Rhi could protect his family. So he would watch when they practiced until one day Chief Blackwater approached young Rhi and had a short conversation the boy would never forget..
"Rhi, listen well lad. The Dark Jewel is your home aye and we are your family...and iv raised you since you were a wee baby, you are startin to get to the age where you have more responsibility an a trade. Now iv been seein you watching and listnin to the older lads while they practice, just know theres more to life then this", Chief gestured to everything around them and placed his giant hand on Rhi's small shoulder then looked into the pitch black eyes of the boy and continued, "and the life of a ninja is not a glorious one, its not often you meet ninja who live to see my old age. You could be anything from a cook to a merchant, but I'm sure those eyes aren't the eyes of no merchant, hahahaha. Just don't forget where you come from and don't let anyone hold you back, aye now go ponder what you want to be when you grow up"
Rhi often enjoyed the crows nest, away from the commotion and having the cool ocean breeze in his face was something that was his. Chief Blackwater was like a father to Rhi and those words were unlike any the Chief had ever spoken to him, sure the Chief was wise and powerful but it was a big ship they lived on with around 50 to 60 people and he had never had an actual conversation with him before. It was always business, this time Rhi felt like he belonged. Which only made him want to be able to protect his family. In order to protect the only family that he had known it was on that day Rhi decided he would one day become a powerful and wise leader, just like Chief Blackwater.
The next week was rough due to storming, there was no time to train, the 'Dark Jewel' was being manhandled by the waves, and even though the stories of this boat say its unsinkable, the Chief wants to make sure his prize is never lost. In order to make sure that happens there are around the clock repairs and restoration going on by atleast one person on board. But during a storm it takes half the crew to keep the old ship afloat. This storm was no different, below deck was a madhouse, people were running around plugging leaks and reinforcing beams, the medical ninja on board had his hands full with minor cases of seasickness an small sprains and strains. The only people who weren't below deck were Captain Manta, a few ninja with the skills to manipulate the water element, and of course Chief Blackwater. Out braving the storm, fighting It, in young Rhi's mind there was an epic battle between mother nature and her disciples. It seemed to have went on for weeks, till one day the seas calmed and the doors to the outside decks were opened. It was not a pretty sight to see, beams were broken, sail completely shredded, and Chief Blackwater, a giant man with a big burley beard blond hair and blue eyes, drained of all energy. Power had its limits.
While the Chief was recovering and taking it easy, and it was safe to resume normal functions around the ship, repairs and training resumed. However this time the young Rhi was front line waiting for a chance to speak with one of the practicing ninja. One of them, named Maga took notice and asked Rhi if he knew what chakra and jutsu were, Rhi had heard of both. Jutsu, or techniques, are the mystical arts a ninja will utilize in battle. To use a jutsu, the ninja will need to use his chakra. Chakra comes from two places. The body energy inherent in your trillions of cells and the mental & spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience. So Rhi nodded and Maga began testing the kid, teaching chakra control was no issue, in fact it seemed like Rhi was well off in the chakra department. After weeks of training Rhi in the basic jutsu art he took notice to Rhis potential and drive. Maga decided to take Rhi as his student and from then on Rhi had found his place. However when Rhi used water based jutsu the water was as dark as his eyes. Maga had never seen anyone like this, or this kind of chakra so he advised Chief Blackwater of the situation and the two agreed to go to the nearest mainland and find out just what talents lay in this boy. In due time they were headed to the Village hidden in the Rain where they would see what they could find out, they were scheduled to dock port in 3 days time.
Over time Rhi had learned what kind of people there were aboard, there were merchants thieves ninja assassins common people and of course anybody with enough coin to buy passage. But of all the people on the Jewel the ninja became his brothers, Natures Fury is what they secretly called themselves. He trained and socialized with them because he was finally one of them, of course he was the lowest skilled but he was just happy to belong. His family saved his life and he wanted to become strong enough to keep his family safe an save them if needed. One day he would protect his clan. Being the focal point of this journey brought the black eyed youth unusual attention. For protection Rhi was gifted two scrolls of power by an elderly man below deck. He was not told anything but when the time comes use them well, whatever that meant. Rhi spent the nights in the crows nest, meditating on his impending future.
With one day remaining on their journey Maga took notice of Rhi meditating in the crows nest and decided to go pay his student a visit, away from everything else. Climbing was an easy task and standing next to Rhi he saw the view and understood why Rhi would come meditate up here.
"You've gotta know your special if the whole journey is for you. You've got talent an I'm happy to be your sensei Rhi, you could make a difference one day. Ill always be there for you, just remember to think logically and always advance. When you stop advancing your skill you get old and slow. When we get to where were going the Chief and I will find a way to find out what secret talents are behind those eyes of yours. No matter what we find I will treat you no different." Maga turned to leave an before he leaped back down said " Goodnight Rhi Blackwater"

As the night continued the boat died down and the regular night watch resumed their duties and Rhi drifted off to sleep dreaming of glory and power. Little did he know Chief Blackwater was a marked man, on many accounts but one thing nobody saw coming came that night. Silent in the night the sentries dropped one by one, assassinated by members of a group that learned to harness, use, and become immune to the suns powerful power, the Sun's Brotherhood. Once they dispatched the guards on deck they made it below and began a silent massacre, tossing lightmass grenades into rooms as they passed (lightmass grenade- a grenade that once detonated instead of BOOM it unleashes the suns light and energy an scorches and disintegrates everything in the area, except the members of the brotherhood, who are immune.) Not one soul even knew they were there until Chief saw a flash of light from the hallway and decided to investigate,as soon as he saw what was happening he rushed up on the unsuspecting assassins and flashed his handseals and yelled loud enough to wake the inside ship "WATER PRISON JUTSU!" and trapped the immediate group but one detonated a lightmass grenade from inside the prison and the light shone through and in a flash of light Chief Blackwater was gone.
By that time the loud shout woke enough to the point that there was an attempt at open battle but the enemy was to deep into the boat, they continued until there was no one left but ash, there target was taken care of so just as mysteriously an suddenly as they arrived they were gone. With their departure came the arrival or the Sun itself, they rays warmed Rhis face once they hit it and woke Rhi out of his sleep to the worst day of his life. He noticed the eerie silence below, and heard not one voice so quickly he leaped down straight for the deck and when he hit the deck he saw the sentries bodies here and there.These were family to him, dead family, so naturally Rhi feared for his brothers, his sensai, the Chief, so he rushed to the doors that led to the lower decks and swung open the door only to be met with the smell of burnt death. The smell was repulsing, so much it made Rhi sick, but still he rushed in calling out names looking for anybody who might have made it, or hid for safety. All that he found was dozens of scorch marks and ash everywhere. His world came crashing down on him, he wandered back toward the upper deck and returned to his crows nest, curled up in a ball and cryed while the ship drifted in the direction it was headed.
At the docks where the Dark Jewel was supposed to arrive the lookouts watched for the boat, and once spotted it was observed that there was no crew manning the vessel, immediately assist crew were dispatched to guide the ghost ship in to dock.
Dock workers sent a messenger to go get the authorities and by the time they got there the boat was being docked. They all boarded to find the smell of death, until a youth dropped down in front of them, it was obvious the boy was a survivor of the Blackwater clan so they asked him over and over what he knew then decided they would send him on his way to complete his families quest and discover his potential, he owed them that..

Name: Mayu Akemi Nickname/Alias: Dansu Hakumei [Dancing Twilight] Kanojo akuma [She Devil] Gender: Female Age: 25 Age Appearance: 21 Sexuality:She's too focused on her duties to think about it.
Personality: Mayu is like a cracked vase, although she is beautiful to look at her, her blemishes are obvious. The pressure put on her by her parents from a young age left her with a superiority complex and turned her into a perfectionist, however her authority over her village is absolute, no one disobeys her and everyone respects her; at least to her face. Mayu is seen to be a very strict person, often criticizing the bad behavior and habits of those around her. This is typically enough to make anybody apologize, fearing they will invoke the wrath of Mayu or the "She Devil." If nothing else Mayu is also incredibly impatient, choosing to take up a "Punch first. Ask questions while punching" philosophy and dislikes it when people fail to answer her quickly. This coupled with the tragedies of her childhood, meant most of the children of Amegakure avoided her and this left her to be incredibly socially awkward. Mayu is rude, more often than socially acceptable and often chooses to let her fists do the talking for her, however her diplomatic approach is more firm. She is very patient and calm when it comes to diplomatic affairs, but she will back down to no one, regardless of whether or not they are bigger than her and will always see to it that her demands are met.
Mayu cares a lot for Amegakure, showing great pride to be a member and it's leader, and does her best to prove that despite it being a small village they hold some of the most powerful and dangerous shinobi ever known. Mayu will go to any length in order to better her village, regardless of how extreme the methods may be. Many have praised the young woman for being incredibly shrewd in terms of how she leads the village, ultimately Mayu would do anything to Amegakure and would make the ultimate sacrifice before allowing even a single hair on one of her villages head's to be harmed.
Despite her tough exterior, Mayu is constantly feeling pressured to achieve more and bring honor to her family name, her ultimate dream is to earn redemption in her fathers eyes after the events of our past. Mayu is noticeably effected whenever her past is brought it up, or any mention of her mother is made. Sometimes even enough to send her in a deadly rage, which is often preceded by a large amount of silence from the woman. It's also a widely know fact that Mayu cannot hold her liquor. While drunk, she acts very aggressive towards others, this is shown by her behavior towards her villagers and team mates. She also seems to have a problem recognizing people while being drunk

History: The Akemi family have been an important and prestigious family in Amegakure for as long records traced back, their influence and power within the village was always huge, so it came as no surprise when it was declared that their next family heir would become the leader of Amegakure, this heir was Mayu. From a young age Mayu was groomed and prepared to become the next village leader, everything that the Akemi family knew was passed onto the young lady, lessons ranging from diplomacy to poison and assassination the young heir was taught it all. However Mayu just wanted to be an ordinary girl and be allowed to go out and play with the other children of the village.
One day Mayu took matters into her own hands, deciding to run away from her responsibility, so during the night of a meeting about the war raging she fled. Do this day, Mayu still doesn't know how she got so far as a young woman, however she remembers the spot clearly. Mayu had somehow made it near war territory, it was to her surprise when she found some Konoha Genin's, one of which took her for an enemy and attacked her, her and the Genin clashed for quite a while before it became clear they were equals, as reinforcements arrived for the enemy, the battle between them drew to a close as the young boy went to help his comrades. The same young boy went on to become a legend, Zakito Hon: The Hokage of the leaf.
Mayu, no longer feeling safe, decided to return home and on her way back was found by her mother, the entire Akemi clan had been searching for the young heir fearing the worst during this time of war. On the way back to Amegakure, the two were jumped by enemy ninjas, although Mayu was easily defeated her mother fought with strength and conviction to protect her only child, she succeeded but at the cost of her life. Mayu was eventually found by other members of the clan, however her father has never forgiven her for her actions to this day, from that day onward Mayu made a promise on her mothers life to fulfill her duties and bring honor to her family. At the age of twenty she became village leader and inherited her mothers weapons: The Twin Discipline.

Description:The Twin Discipline are Mayu's pride and joy as well as her signature weapons, however they are more than just a pair of Kama's they work to convert ones inner energy to amplify the Blades abilities. The Right Kama takes ones peaceful inner energy and allows Mayu to siphon a very small amount of her opponents chakra and use it to heal her wounds over time with each strike.

Description:It's silk....that's red, it is often tied around Mayu's waist. While it appears to be normal silk, it serves two purposes. It is primarily a seal, which Mayu uses for storage for her poisons and prepared dishes for her Poison Cooking techniques. The Silk is also essential part of all three of Mayu's dances, which earned her the name "Dancing Twilight"
From a young age, Mayu was taught to use all the weaponry an Amegakure shinobi should be proficent in, one of these weapons was an Umbrella . Mayu often carries this umbrella around with her, but she doesn't actually mind the rain.

The water flies extremely quickly and is very power, enough to slice through steel and crush rock. Weakness: The technique can be avoided if shot from too far away. On top of that if there is no water in the area then the user must create their own, causing the jutsu to cost more chakra.

Name of Technique: Water Dragon Rampage Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu, Offensive Rank: S Range: All Nature Type: Suiton Handseals: 12 Description: After completing the required handseals Mayu brings forth two giant water dragons, which crash into her opponent with extreme force, causing a large area of water to be formed afterwards as a kind of explosion. The water pressure and speed is extremely heavy and fast, enough to severely cut or even crush an opponent. The force and speed of the Dragon's is also incredible and they have been shown to create large craters in the ground from impact Weakness: The jutsu costs an extremely large amount of chakra and costs even more if performed in an area with no water, leaving the user to generate their own. The Dragons can also cause collateral damage if any allies are near the impact area.

Name of Technique: Water Shell Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu, Defensive Rank: S Range: Self - small area around self enough room for a approx two more people. Nature Type: Suiton Handseals: 4 and Clapping of hands Description: The user encases them self in a bubble of water, once the bubble has enveloped the user, the water hardens into an almost ice like state. While it still keeps liquid properties, allowing things to float inside of it, it does not conduct electricity/lightning. From the outside, it is virtually impenetrable, making it an extremely strong defense against anything. The shell will remain either until the user disperses it or they no longer have enough chakra to maintain it. Weakness: While the jutsu doesn't cost an awful lot of chakra to start up, maintaining it for more than ten seconds is extremely taxing on the user. While in short burst a skill ninja may be able to use it it twice during a battle, maintaining around ten seconds and using it again is almost impossible.

Name: Bristles Species: Boar Age: Five Size: Large. Unique Traits: Bristles is covered in armor, it's a very well protected pig and can charge through large groups of enemies without coming to harm, meaning it's very hard to physically harm him. He also has a saddle on his back so Mayu can ride him with easy. Despite his size, Bristles is extremely quick and can often take Mayu places faster than she could go by herself, even with all of her speed. Being a boar, he is naturally quite heavy and strong. Jutsu:
Bristle is able to fire off a fairly weak Water Slice from it's mouth. It doesn't contain the power of one of Mayu's, but it is still strong enough to clear through obstacles. History: Mayu found Bristles when he was just a new born, during one of Amegakure's coldest winters, she felt pity on the small piglet and brought him home and offered him some shelter and food. Since then Bristles never left Mayu's side, it watched her train and wanted to be strong enough to protect her. So Bristles took off to the Tunnel of Boars and learned how to be a ninja boar. when Mayu learned how to summon, the two finalized a contract and he has stayed by her side ever since.

Brave and heartless is how Soru would come off. He's not afraid of anything. Not afraid of dying, and not afraid of failing, of course, the latter, he doesn't understand the meaning off. He's a winner and he has the attitude of one. He works hard, harder than most others would do in a lifetime in a single day. He pushes himself to and above his limits at whatever chance he gets, yet, he still stays as cryptic as possible. He's paranoid and with right to be so as he have made a few enemies, even if he has disposed of all his enemies, some still know off him not by name but by recognition of his skills, very many people are looking for revenge on the man who killed their friends or family.
Soru is in his way of teaching harsh and merciless. Failure isn't toleratable. He's sadistic and seems to really enjoy kicking sand in the faces of his students. He's aiming at making them resent him, for he knows that in their hate, they'll become stronger, they'll push harder, and they'll become the best damn Shinobi they could ever be because of how hard he'd be pushing them, breaking them into the shinobi life and to flush out any weaklings.
His mouth is foul, it always is. He's graphical in his way of talking and something of a pervert. He's talking about taboo subjects alot, be it everything from 'creative' ways of murdering someone, to sexual themes. He likes to keep himself a mystery, to not let people know anything about him, but simply let his actions speak for themselves.
History:
Born to the Deshuga family in the land of water. The Deshugas are park of the Noble of the Land Of Water. They are one of the oldest, richest and most influential families in the entire region. His mother was part of this family. His father? His father was a man from the land of fire, named Amirati Uchiha. A man who had been vilified from his own clan, because he had stood against some of his fellow Uchiha's on a mission where they had been ordered to destroy an entire village, to smoke out their target.
Because of this, he was banished from his home, and eventually found his way to Kirigakure. Where he met Mavi Deshuga, Soru's mother. The two of them loved each other, and after 4 years, Soru was born. He was born a strong and boy filled with potential. Much to Amirati's surprise, he possesed a lot of the traits of his own clan. He had a very typical "Ninja" chakra, despite his mother's clan being civilians. Ami took to teaching Soru the basics of Ninjutsu from that he was only a few years old. And everything but Fire-Jutsu got into the Young Boy. Ami figured that he simply wasn't meant to use Fire, at least not yet as Soru proved capable of Water Jutsu. He activated his Sharingan at it's first stage at the mere age of 8, however he kept the use of his bloodline a secret and only used it when others wouldn't see it, unless of course he'd be in a battle to the death with no spectators, where he'd go all out.
Soru's skills blossomed, and he quickly climbed the ranks. Becoming a chunnin at the age of 12. and just two years later he was already a jounin. At the age of 17 he was taken into the Kirigakure ANBU. A place that he took to his liking, where he began perfecting his Extreme Fist technique, becoming one of the most profound assassin's the village had, his skills matching those of the seven swordsmen, in terms if the use of silent killing and assassination, skills that earned him the opportunity to join the Swordsmen, but he declined, he liked using his hands and not hide behind a blade.
He continued to serve Kirigakure for another 3 years, during which he had been promoted to the rank of ANBU Captain, earning himself quite the reputation both with the Mizukage and all the other higher-ups in the village, but also worldwide he was known as an infamous assassin with skills and a style that no one had seen before. Such a thirst for blood that friends and foes might both fear him. His powers grew, and so did his skills. He picked up tricks after tricks, everything from jutsu to complicated tactical manouvers to the most effective ways to teach others his ways of fighting.
However, all was not well for the 20 year old Anbu Captain. His father was sick, a heart-disease that seemed to be terminal. It hit Soru hard when his father passed, but not as hard as when he found out he had been poisoned by a member of the Seven Swordsmen. Soru hunted down the swordsman, the user of the kubikiribōchō, an middle-aged man whom boasted great strength, a man being claimed to be unbeatable, a man who had never failed a contract, a man who had fought armies and emerged victories. He had been what had taken Soru's father from this world. The rage alone was enough to bring out the utmost fury of the halfbred Uchiha. His Sharingan activated and with it now getting it's full power, he defeated the Swordsman in just two strikes, one to break his arm, the second one to destroy his kidneys. As the man was dying, Soru used his genjutsu on him to force him to reveal why.
His father had been murdered on orders of the Mizukage, for reasons unknown. Soru went on a rampage, destroying the Kirigakure Kage villa, all documents of his existance and racking up a body count of his former fellow Anbu. He didn't go insane as he ambushed the Mizukage. But he found clarity. The Mizukage was already dead, not by Soru's hands. It didn't matter for the young man, his lust for revenge was already satiated. He left the village, leaving no trace of his existance behind, everyone that had really known him was dead by now. He had nothing. He could've gone back home and become a noble like his mother, but he didn't. He had a fake backstory forged for him, that painted him out to be a freelancing Assassin, now looking for more work.
He kept on killing and gathering information, till he stumbled upon Amegakure. He was let into joining their ranks, and with quick recognition of his power and intelligence he was let into the ranks of the Jounin. He has been a jounin for the past year, where he have burnt through student after student, either because they were too weak, or because he was too strict with their training routine.

Personality: Aiko is seemingly quite happy and nice, however, this is merely a front for what lies beneath, desire for power. Her lust for power is nigh limitless and will do everything and anything to increase her power. That is not to say she kicks puppies on the contrary she will go out of her way to help other, because most of the time this will garner her a different type of power. That said, she does help others and will sometimes do so even at personal cost, however this is rather rare for her. In true battles she tends to let go of her mask and her cold nature comes out into the open.
History: Aiko came from a civilian family with no ninja background whatsoever. Against her families strident objections Aiko joined the academy fascinated as she was by the possibility of performing such ‘cool’ techniques. Soon enough though she grew disillusioned as she realised how much of a disadvantage she was at. To her it seemed no matter how hard she tried she would always fall behind the clan born. One day she witnessed one of the clanborn, as she called them, almost beat to death a student who was years older than her. Her desire for a power like that grew and so she trained.
She trained whenever she could, but in this time she knew that power could be gained through other methods and as such she attempted to cultivate friendships with as many of the clanborns and other important academy students as possible.

Personality: Good...evil. Terms unsuitable to describe the man that is Eiji, this guy is quite the little enigma to those who choose to remain around him. Often described as insane, but similarly orderly and genius-like, Eiji has long been more than a bit of a mystery to the inhabitants of Amegakure. Deigned these things by his many peer's empirical evidence, Eiji doesn't care for anyone elses terminology in regards to much of anything, though he does use them despite this rejection of norms. Rather odd he is someone who follows his gut and sticks to his strict code which he simply refers to as 'The Rules'. Never explaining them en full, Eiji has been deemed to have made it up, but it does seem that there might be some method to his alleged insanity. Regardless he is a very observant and easily amused man. In fact on a regular basis he can be seen with a mischievous look in his eyes and some measure of a smirk on his face. Conversely it is essentially never that one sees him even mad, let alone angry or enraged. He actually seems to strongly abhor such traits in others. Regardless he is a damn good teacher despite his students seeming to come away from him with odd results. One is most certainly likely to come away from encounters with him at least mildly confused.

The Rules
Logic is important, but only if it makes sense to me.
Widely accepted and generalized concepts and idealogies are to be entirely rejected and reformatted to suit 'The Rules'.
Skill is to be condemned unless it is of either intensely focused superiority and varied inferiority, or the direct opposite.
Goals and dreams are above outside moral influence.
The mannerisms, morality, and prior status of any given individual mean next to nothing unless their circumstances conform to 'The Rules'.
When anything in a situation seems highly unlikely to be successful, do it anyways, after-all if it is so unlikely no one will expect it.
Above all else are admiration and terror. ANY action that gleans one or the other is more important than any previous priorities.
Rage and loathing are the lowest of things, any who taps into them is of lesser moral stature no matter the intensity.
Optimism is a shaky thing really, but is considered nearly neutral. Yet to use it too much or too little is inherently 'wrong'. Similarly pessimism should be taken on every so often.
Activities related to spreading confusion are highly appreciated as it can lead to the greatest states of terror and/or admiration.
Anything done in life is considered an achievement, even if it is not beneficial to the achiever.
Pain is just parts of life, nothing bad about 'em.
Murder is typically unacceptable, the reason is simple, if they are dead terror won't be inn their hearts, and neither will admiration.
While what others consider corruption is okay, any attempts to gain too much raw power must be punished. If a follower of the Rules does this they must punish themselves, if that fails the clan will.
Born to the Nazomeku clan, Eiji was raised by the ways of The Rule and crafted to become something the others of his clan did not think they could themselves. Eiji grew older, going through the steps of life, but never as any other had. He was only the 5th generation of his clan, and only in this generation had the Rules truly been followed to their fullest. He was the first to follow them correctly and in their completed form, he did so very well. As he grew and moved through the academy he took up playing with strings. Making cat's cradles and the like with them, running and waving them through the air, it was just for fun then. However as Eiji grew and began to understand the shinobi arts better and better he came to a conclusion, string wasn't just a play thing, it was a potential weapon as well.
He began sparring with his friends and his peers, a genin now, and found them difficult to wield, but the task occupied him. The practice was aplenty, but his fingers were nimble and he soon had his own set of skills. It was soon after that his sensei woke him up to his chakra nature: Earth. He liked it, it made him feel grounded, it reminded him of his duties, of The Rules in all their solidity and assurance of dominance and strength of will. Around came the exams, he did not excel right off and while he was skilled he barely managed the first portion of the exam, held in a system of canyons. They were told to find their way out and not to fall to whomever they fought. When on the ground they were safe, but when scaling the walls or traveling upwards they became each other's prey.
Only through his use of reinforcement on his threads and his deft clever mind did he survive that ordeal. Passing to the next exam, the final one, he was faced against a member of his own former team. Had he been any other it would have been traumatizing....
The kid would never be a nin again, and he'd hate Eiji with a passion, not only that but he had submitted to him, despite himself, and so Eiji became known as skilled --and maybe more than a bit insane. Regardless life continued on, for him at least, the boy he had fought --his former teammate at that-- disappeared soon after. Sadly, he was eventually sent on a mission to take down what could only be a missing nin harassing a civilian village for supplies. It turned out to be the boy, Ikajui, he still was bereft of an arm, after all there was no real way to replace it.
He didn't kill the boy though, he did redeem himself by barely injuring him. Ikajui had gained skill and so it was Eiji who ended up with more wounds, but in the end he triumphed and dragged his former friend back to Amegakure where he was tried and sent to prison. Following this his rank was soon raised and he continued to gain skill in notoriety. These days people ironically refer to him as 'Wireless' to allude to his strange personality and intriguing combat style. He is well known in the village and despite having been teaching teams for a good time, he is often sent on solo missions as well.

Extremely skilled in Chinjutsu(wire techniques) and adept at evasion. Eiji's chakra pool is of average size and his ability to utilize his sole earth affinity is rather masterful. He is adept at raw chakra control, as long as it is outside of the body. This provides a weakness as it means his chakra control in terms of inner regulation is only average meaning he can be a bit wasteful. While he is good at evasion, actual taijutsu more or less escapes him. He is skilled in the wielding of his various weaponry: kunai, shuriken,...etc etc. While he has no strict 'techniques' in Chinjutsu, he does have the odd habit of calling certain maneuvers names despite them not really being specified techniques.

Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu(Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique): Unmastered, but useable this technique is rather taxing for him meaning he cannot use it for more than around 3-5 seconds otherwise it will use around 1.5x the amount of chakra that it would normally take depending on the weight of the object. Not only that but it does not activate right away meaning it takes about 2 or so seconds to activate. While this sounds small it can be the difference between life and death in battle.
Name of Technique: Idō chijō no keijō(Shifting Earthly form). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu/Shape manipulation. Rank: D-B. Range: 20(60 feet) yards. Nature Type: Earth. Handseals: 3. Description: Preforming the three hand seals while quickly visualizing the results of this technique, the user can shift the appearance/form of the earth within a 20 yard hemisphere. This technique is strange in the way that it works as it can only apply 1 shift in form, but within the entire area if the user is able enough, at a time and thus makes it rather limited in nature as at least 5-10 seconds must pass before one can use it again. This technique works by sending off a 'blueprint' using the user's chakra, this 'blueprint' is in the form of an invisible pulse of chakra which thus effects the environment shifting it to the user's will with great speed and effectiveness, though this is variable depending on the skill of the user.
Weakness: Depending on the complexity or amount of earth being changed the amount of chakra taken increases or decreases. This jutsu can easily be noticed by even those without strong or specified chakra sensing and while they have no real way of knowing what changes the earth will make, they can at least prepare for the technique. The reason it can be noticed is that the pulse may be invisible, but it is still easily 'felt' by the natural 6th sense of shinobi. If a shinobi somehow does not have any 6th sense whatsoever then they will not sense this, otherwise it will be noticed.

Name of Technique: Sentō no jutsu(Spire technique). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: D-C. Range: Anywhere, as long as his chakra is present. Nature Type: Earth. Handseals: 1 seal, or one seal held. Description: By sending some of his chakra into the ground he can then create spikes from the earth. These spires range in size from that of a needle to the height of 6-8 feet as their maximum. If he wishes to create more than one spire at a time he holds the hand seal so as to create up to 12 spires in rapid succession. Following this he cannot create more spires for 5 seconds.
Weakness: The spires can only come from places where his chakra is located. Additionally, if he cannot see the spot where his chakra is going to create one, the accuracy decreases somewhat. The chakra takes time to reach the location he wishes to create a spire and the technique requires a measure of focus, usually by way of his eyes moving along the places he wants the spires to erupt. Usually his eyes can be noted flitting from place to place rapidly to determine the destinations of the chakra. Being familiar with his use of the technique will thus make it easy to dodge by this method.

Name of Technique: Doton: Hokyō(Earth Release: Reinforcement). Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Ninjutsu. Rank: A. Range: Contact. Nature Type: Earth. Handseals: 5. Description: Making contact with an object, the user can then imbue it with a set amount of earth chakra. As they preform the hand seals the jutsu activates, forcing the earth chakra to move outwards and interconnect making the object(s) more sturdy. With complete mastery the user can easily utilize this on not only small objects and brittle ones, but also to sharpen the object(s) as well by refining the edges and the like. Once active it stays active and takes no more chakra. Once the chakra is present the technique can be reactivated with only the ram hand seal, but it will be half as effective as the first activation. This technique has two forms of activation, the normal one allows the object to still be flexible if it is such a thing, the 2nd one hardens and stiffens it entirely making it unable to bend without possibly breaking. This however does not make the material brittle.
Weakness: Purely supplementary. If deactivated the chakra within the object will half disperse and half remain therein. The object gains earth's natural affinity weakness and strengths thus making it especially vulnerable to lightning. The 2nd activation type of this technique, while not making the material brittle, takes much more effort to deactivate, while not strictly a weakness, it is a notable flaw and if the user wishes to deactivate it will take around 3 seconds, rather than being more-or-less instant and it will also disperse all the chakra meaning more must be applied before the tech can again be activated.

Name of Technique: Jinsoku wakare(Rapid Separation). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: A. Range: Contact. Nature Type: N/A. Handseals: 2. Description: By executing the hand seals while in contact with an object, individual, or surface the user will focus chakra on the desired body part and thing making contact with them. They will, in an instant, create two layers of chakra with opposite polarity. When released from their body one polarity makes a surface of the thing they have made contact with, while the other remains on their body. The opposing polarities reject one another sending the user and/or thing hurtling away from one another rapidly, hence the name of the technique. The focus of this technique varies depending on the amount of chakra utilized, as does the speed of the separation.
Weakness: Can only be used on up to two limbs at once. Can only be used 3 times in succession after which the user must wait around 30 seconds for it to be available again. This technique expels chakra through usage and takes a very strong grasp of advanced external chakra control. Between each of the 3 uses, this technique requires around 2-3 seconds of minor recharge making it a move that is not instantly available upon landing. The air time does not count as it is usually 3 seconds AFTER they touch a new surface, this means there is a delay that can be exploited between 'bursts'.
Name of Technique: Fūjikome Kaihō(Containment release). Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu. Rank: B. Range: Contact. Nature Type: Earth. Handseals: 5. Description: By making contact with any form of the earth affinity, even metal, the user can make a hollow sphere of chakra of varying sizes and then condense it inwards causing the earth to do so as well until it forms a tight ball. This technique takes around 2-3 seconds to preform despite sounding lengthy. However, since the jutsu has no REAL upwards limit, if someone has enough chakra they can in theory thus crush an utterly massive amount of earth. However, the larger the amount of earth being effected the harder it is to condense.
Weakness: The condensed earth does in fact retain all of its mass and thus weight is not decreased by this technique. While some might consider the weight a strength due to crush or contact damage, it is also a weakness due to Eiji's current inability to fully master the Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu(Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique). As he does not have sufficient physical strength to lift ridiculous amounts of weight like a taijutsu expert might, he must be careful with his use of this tech lest he crush himself.

Name of Technique: Sōsa: Fuzai shinshutsu(Manipulation: Absent foray). Type of Jutsu: Shape manipulation Ninjutsu/Sensory Ninjutsu. Rank: A. Range: 20 yards. Nature Type: N/A. Handseals: 7. Description: By preforming 7 hand seals the user sends off an invisible pulse of chakra. This has no effect physically until fully activated. Unlike Idō chijō no keijō this technique instead expands the natural aura of the user, an aura which is otherwise useless more or less, allowing them to use their partially externalized chakra to manipulate their selected affinity with great ease but with a limited time frame. While the control of the individual's respective affinity is bolstered incredibly, the user's field of chakra will eventually disperse. This dispersal will usually take around 6-15 minutes depending on their respective amount of chakra and their ability to control said chakra externally. It should be noted that this jutsu also amplifies the range of the user's 6th sense thus allowing them to sense things or people moving through the field.
Weakness: Once the chakra fades it will be totally inaccessible thus leaving the user incredibly tired following the completion of the technique. Despite the sensory aspect of this technique, the user's reaction speed is not strengthened at all so high speed movement is still very effective depending on the individual.

This is a continuation of Bleach: Lament of Power, but people are always welcome, it is an A.U. Bleach Rp, all original characters. {Alternate Universe}
The basic premise is the following. The naruto world has been altered heavily by a mysterious force known as Qui Languidis. Konoha has been conquered, along with the Land of Fire and Sunagakure is in a deadlock with Qui Languidis. Their goal is to reclaim an ancient relic that is supposedly the origin of the Rikkudo sennin's power and knowledge. Thus the world has been thrust into a war and those who once inhabited Konoha now reside in Iwagakure, Kumogakure, and a lesser known --but just as important-- Hyougakure. Join us to see whom will claim to the world is more valid.
Personality: Kuni is a very active person, being known almost everywhere around town for what she does. Unfortunately, what she does is being annoying and trying to get attention any way she can, which includes painting walls and stealing.
She nearly always seeks attention to herself, and she tries to find new ways to get it. She does learn new things fairly quickly and if she has a good reason she will always stand up after falling, even if someone just broke her leg. She isn't the best when it comes to working as a team, but she does know how to distract people very well.
History: Kuni was born and raised by a single mother, because her father died 2 months prior to her birth. She was mainly raised by a nanny, as her mother needed to work hard in order to be able to give them the everyday things they needed. Even as a small child Kuni had a lot of energy, making her mom need to look for a new nanny every 2-3 months. When she turned 6 her mother decided to let her stay on her own for the first time, making her a pre-made dinner. She told her to go to sleep after she finished her dinner and shower, but she got back home, at around 1 am, she found half of the house as a one huge mess, and Kuni herself was sleeping, sitting in a chair next to an upside down table. Her mother made her clean up the house the next day, and eventually she started doing so everyday.
When Kuni started spending time alone in the house, she decided to start taking walks. When a lot of people ignored her when she asked them something, she decided to get their attention by force. She stole some paint and went to a grocery, where the shop keeper didn't help her because she was so young. She paint half of the outer wall with her name, and when the shop keeper came he found his store half painted with the name "Yoshikuni" all over. She started doing so for the next 3 years, becoming known around town as "The Menace". A lot of people offered to make her and her mother leave town, but one of the jounin said that it won't help, and that she would simply do it somewhere else. They decided to make her join the Ninja Academy, hoping she would learn some decipline there.
For the next three years she learned in the academy, becoming very good with the basic academy ninjutsu and she wanted to try to create a new way to gain attention using ninjutsu. Her favorite one was the Transformation jutsu, so she decided to use it in her own way. She created her own technique, the "Sexy Transformation Technique" (Or atleast thats what she thought). She used it to distract a lot of men, causing the women of the town to be outrageous, saying Kuni should be forbidden from using this technique ever again. While she stopped using it often, she still used it to get away with other things she did.
She did show good skills as a ninja, even when she still remained annoying like always. Because of her needing to be in the academy she lowered the number of disturbances around did she did, but she still created disturbances now and then. Her mother was blamed for her poor excuse of taking care of her, but Kuni defended her mother, saying she still took care of her, by giving her food and shelter and showing her love like that.

Weakness: Does not last long, the clone itself will vanish if hit strong enough with any kind of jutsu or weapon.
