Ok, here's where we get more detail!

Pretty simple, 1 world, 4 races, 4 kingdoms. Obviously one for each Kingdom, but you aren't restricted to that Kingdom. (I'd probably be a good idea to start there, though) For each of those 4 Races you have 4 classes/strengths. Obviously you're character can have skills outside of the class they choose, but their main skill will be their class. So let's begin. The name of the world is Kelrae ( thanks Kierenus!)

Milderal- Human Kingdom
Atrributes: Humans, we know what they look like, More muscled than elven.
Classes
Warrior- Specilize in Close Up Weapons (sword, axe, mace, etc.)
Wizard- Specilzes in one element of magic (fire, water, shadow, etc.)
Ranger- Specilize in archery (Faster and more accurate than elven archers)
Theif- Specilizes in pickpokecting and using knives or daggers.

Faeron- Elven Kingdom
Atrributes: Like humans in figure yet taller and pointed ears. Also have leaner body figure.
Classes
Magician- Specilize in fighting magic (closeup magic fighting)
Mystic- Specilizes in nature magic (slightly more powerful than wizard)
Archer- Specilizes in magic archery (more powerful but less accurate than human rangers)
Assasin- Specilizes in shadow magic and assassinations.

Demaser- Anima Kingdom
Atrributes: Look like humans but can transform body parts or full body to one animal.
Classes
Brute- Full and Partial transformation (powerful attacks)
Rouge- Full and Partial transformation (sneaky and less powerful attacks)
Witchdoctor- Partial transformation and voodoo magic (People control)
Splice-Partial transformation (fast and less powerful attacks

Grithor- Spirit Kingdom
Attributes: Look like humans except they can transform to be an elemental. (A water elemental might be a human shaped blob of water.)
Classes
Empath- Can take elements from things around them (Can absorb 1 element at a time)
Conjuror- Can summon elemental subjects to fight. (Amount of subjects depends on power level)
Elemental- Can transform into element (when in this form, they are more powerful)
Priest- Have the element of healing or blessing (Can heal or give people safeguards.)

This is the things I have though of, but it is in no way perfected at all, message me if you have any suggestions or questions.

Character Name: Long Hao (Pronounced: Loong How)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Race: Spirit
Class: Empath

Appearance: 5'5, with short spiky white hair, moist brown eyes, and a somewhat flattened nose. Rather slender, with a rather young 15 year old look and build. Lean muscle, athletic and flexible.

Personality: Do to his younger look and physic, Long is often mistaken for younger, and even sometimes for a girl when approached from behind. This has given him an angry complex, and he tends to deal with these situations a little harshly. When not mistaken for either, a very quiet and observant spirit with a calculating look in his eye and a plan laid out in his mind. Thats not to say his plans always work, and he has ended up in trouble for more than a few. Is a very concealed person with strangers and more open with friends. Is not ashamed of his nudity when his clothes go missing for what ever reason.

Power Limitations: Has a chameleon effect when having absorbed an element. Does not go full elemental but takes on attributes to the element collected, can use this to blend in with the landscape. He can only concentrate this effect on him self, items/objects and other people he can not conceal. This includes his clothes. The chameleon effect can take place while he is clothes, but his clothes do not change with him. When concealed, he has an immunity to what he is hiding with in. Say he hides in water, he can breath and will not drown, fire he will not be burned. Anything he takes with him, say his clothes, in water will get wet and weigh him down, in fire they will burn right off. Can also slightly manipulate the element collected, this is easier to do when not concentrating on the chameleon effect, but is still learning and is very poor at this skill.

History:

Other: Is moderately skilled with mixing herbs, potions, and other concoctions naturally, as in he does not use any magic when doing so. This goes with cooking as well.

@Misplaced4Chaos: I think it would be ok as long as it's a weakness, not a strength. I don't want to get too much into cross-breeding, so in rare occasions I think it would be ok. Yet those half characters would be shunned by each race for their opposite half. Make sense? Plus I don't want someone going "I have the powers of an anima AND a Spirit!!! I am the most powerful blahblah blah blah blah..." Do you see how that could be annoying? I'm thinking it would be ok as long as you have a dominant side. ie an elven person who doesn't have pointed ears, but has the power of an elf. or a dominant spirit who has pointed ears but only the power of a spirit. Make sense?

@Misplaced4Chaos: Yep! As long as you specify which race is dominant, epscially since race is used to determine classes.

Race: Elven
Class: Assassin
Appearence:
Personality: Cocky yet serious. He acts for the good of others and not for persnal gain, yet resents those he helps for their inability to support themselves.
Power Limitations: Can walk through shadows, basically teleport through dark shadows, the more distance, the more strain. Can sometimes also fire blasts of shadows.
History: Discovered his shadow teleportation power when he was twelve, he was then hired by a postal service to deliver mail within the city. Soon after that he was discovered by the EAB (Elven Assassins Bureau) and trained in their art. The Bureau was recently shut down by the King, but he still recieves missions from time to time. Mostly though, he wanders around the world, looking for fun.
Other: He has 2 dirks that he got from the Burea that he learned to stash in his shadow, so that he can draw them from his shadow at any time. He is also unavle to swim and afraid of water.

Race: Half-elf (dominant)/ Half-human
Class: Magician
Appearence: A pale skinned looking half-elf with brown short hair, blue eyes, he's 5'11 and has quite a bit of muscle, he has a scar on his right cheek, he always wears a green hooded cloak over his brown tunic and brown pants, his shoes are green.
Personality: He try's to keep to himself but has a strong sence of justice so it's hard to not help those in need.
Power Limitations: He can manipulate the arcane to create a magical beast of pure energy that envelops him and has its own set of arms with longer reach than Ruavain. He can't fully use it yet only in partial for will this work and if he over exerts himself the raw energy will begin to eat away at his flesh. This has only happened once before which is why he wears his hood.
History: He was raised in the country because both humans and elves veiw him as an abomination which is why he keeps to himself.
Other: He's a proficient swordsman, and has keen senses.
