I was thinking of it in the shape of a translucent matter that exists everywhere, and he just kinda grabs it when it's in his range and cuts things up with it. I'm still leaning a bit towards Void, I feel like the usual idea of void is more suitable for darkness, and that void should essentially be "nothingness," maybe because I program.
It would be for people that are long gone from an area. Surely those trails don't last forever. Idunno, just a suggestion. Tricia seems like the "seer" type, so I was just trying to expound on that. I'll try to think of something a bit "dreamier", though.Originally Posted by Baylie
Yeah, I hear "void" I think of like, black holes and erasing things from existence. It's not especially flashy but maybe your power would be just "Wind"? It pretty much fits, now that I think about it.

Special Attacks:
1. Distortion: Similar to warp in mass effect, he projects a gravitational distortion that begins to rip apart what gets close to it. Of course this is problematic…. because it’s not exactly selective, Distortion rips apart everything, People, buildings, anything is fair game.
2. Manipulation: Andrew can manipulate the pull of gravitational forces on objects or himself. This way he has some form of telekinesis, however it’s not very precise. It’s more of “making an object fall in a direction.” The rule of thumb is, the bigger the manipulation the bigger the pull, however the bigger the pull…the more likely everything else is going to get pulled that way. Still it doesn’t have to be some complex method of manipulation. It’s simpler if you make your enemies hit the ground at a fast enough velocity. And as a bonus it’s nice when you can jump 30 feet when you decrease your gravity.
3. Implosion: Implosion is a wide area attack and powerful. Step 1, create a massive distortion. Step 2, Let whatever begin to funnel into the distortion, keep compression and g’s increasing. Step 3. Release distortion and let everything go rocketing away, usually the shockwave is enough; still hyper accelerated shrapnel is a very effective weapon.
4. Crusher: Andrew’s most powerful move is to racket up the g’s to max everywhere around him. If you can move well good for you! If you can’t, that’s because your body is trying desperately to fight the bone crushing force now bearing down on you. The test dummies were reduced to a fine past, though as soon as they were, Andrew passed out from the sheer stress of maintaining the field at such a level.
Back Story: Andrew came from a big family, the 4th out of 7 kids, surprisingly enough everything was on the up and up, parents had good jobs, there was a clear hierarchy of siblings and besides the usual chaos, everyone got along. Everything was normal until Andrew hit age 10. The situation, his younger sister and he, are walking back from the bus stop after a day at school. A common bully appears demanding lunch money from his 8 year old sister. Andrew with a wave of his hand sends him flying into a tree trunk. The bully is rushed to the hospital, and the Blackstones are visited by a representative from a psychic academy. “We know your son doesn’t know how he did it, and I can see by the look on his face he’s sad he did it. However we’re offering the chance to make sure your son doesn’t do it again…we offer services you can’t even dream of. We’re offering training.” The decision was made and with a tearful farewell Andrew was gone the next day.
Personality: Andrew is a fairly accommodating person, raised in a big family, however he does like his privacy, he’s had it ever since he joined the academy. It’s fairly hard to make him angry, do it, and the usually careful attitude about his “wrecking ball of an ability” goes off. Also he has a tendency to blast whatever music he plays.
Other: Andrew is in better shape than most as he constantly is living at a higher G than everyone else, he can lift more, punch harder, and run farther when he brings his gravity down to 1 G.

Okay now that thats over with Im about done with the IC and ill have it up shortly. Out of what I've seen I like alot of your ideas and most of them are okay. Cant what to get in our first fight XD....Oh what...I dont have mine up yet! XP

Element: Metal (which include all types from steel to gold, but the harder the element the harder it is to control.)
Special Attacks:
Juggernaut: Metal is formed around Rays body looking like a suit of armor, the stronger the metal the stronger the sheild.
Infinite Armory: Loosely put if there is a weapon that Ray knows he can form it out of any metal available. (Usually combat weapons like swords and axes.)
Hells Needles: Forms needles and shoots them at the enemy, the more he trains the more needles he can make.
Hot Box: Forming a metal box intrapping his enemies Rays rubs the metal on a molecular level cassing friction to heat it up turning the box into an oven inside. (Uses alot of energy so its a one shot move during a fight.)
Back Story: Ray had an idea at a young age that he was different, even if it was only moving his small copper toy soldiers, but soon he was able to mix and mold different kinds of metals like they were putty.
One day while he was playing around with some chrome ball bearing he found one day a bunch of kids saw him and strated to pick on him for being different, punching an kicking him, but suddenly as he felt the pain and anger grow inside the bearings began to rattle and shake, soon they exploded into needles, hurting the other kids severely and sending both them and him to the hospital.
When he woke up the next day there was a man in in a lab coat sitting by his bed, with an invitation to be in the Psychic Academy. After that he came to live and train at the Academy and had been there for 8 years and even began to train new admits to the school.
So if you have been at the academy for more than a year then you will know Ray pretty well, but only as a teacher.
And about done with the CS so hang in there guy, work is coming down hard on me XP
