I believe it is yes. I however had no idea it was until I googled then name just there however , haha. The show actually looks pretty good now I look at it , reminds me of a show I liked called ' Suits ' for some reason.

I knew it was the guy from White Collar. I do not watch the show--not sure why it never caught my attention--but the guy is def. hawt.

His character on White Collar is an art forger, thief, con man and such and he's very good at what he does. Awesome awesome show. Merl I hate to burst your bubble but the actor is very much gay. lol. You can still drool though, by all means.
