Today might be a really crappy New Years Eve for me. I have now the worst migraine in the history of migraines. My head is pounding so bad I want to puke. Grah.

Normally I would say this'll feel better later as it's still 11 hours until midnight but I've had headaches like this before. This is likely to last all day and into tomorrow and so far there's been nothing discovered that can help. About the only thing that helps I've noticed is my getting angry. lol.

The kids were being complete pests a few minutes ago and during the time I was irritated and taking care of what they were complaining about my head didn't hurt at all. Second I calmed down though it came back with a vengeance.

*sighs*

And I've had CAT Scans done, there's no discernable physical reason but I've had headaches nearly every day of my life for as long as I can remember. The migraines like this are only a few times a month though luckily, otherwise I'd never be able to get anything done at all.

Think I'm gonna try to do some writing, occasionally the focusing on something else lets me forget how much pain I'm in.

Poor Pockets...*hugs* Get better and don't push too hard.

That sucks Pockets. Have you looked into dietary causes for your headaches? Lots of random undiagnosed symptoms can be related to odd food allergies. I hope you feel better soon and find a solution.

As a side note, I saw some fire spinners tonight, something I've long adored and played at minimally. But one of the dancers who was spinning twin Poi could have been a stand in for Melanie, skinny brown dreads, golden skin, broad, hips, rounded belly. She was tattooed too, though not the sun. It made me have a bit of a geek squee to see "my character" spinning fire around in RL.
