Personality: Vivian is not a joiner. She never applies herself totally to anyone thing. This is why she is boyfriend-less at the moment. He last one dumped her because he felt like she was unwilling to commit to him. She likes to be outside a lot of the time. Which is why she chose to be a photographer. She can take photos of nature and what not and there is no 9 to 5 schedule that she must follow.

Vivian is also a friendly person. She likes to talk to anyone and everyone if they listen to her. She isn't much for repeated actions, but she can always be found at the bar on Saturday night drinking with her girlfriends.

Family: Her family is of Russian decent, but she has never been to the Motherland. Her mother is 100% Russian and committed to the old ways. Her father is American and doesn't have strong feelings on religion. Rather he does whatever it is his wife, Yvette, tells him to do. Vivian in the oldest child of two. She has a younger brother, Walter, who is six years younger than she is. Because of the age difference they never had anything in common.

Deity: Mokosh. Vivian is one of the few followers left of Mokosh, since most now either worship the Virgin Mary or Godess/Gods. She isn't terribly active in her worship. Rather because she is a psychic, but not Wiccan, she calls upon Mokosh, as her female ancestors did. Vivian feels that if she hadn't been born into her family undoubtedly she would follow either the Christian God or the Wicca pantheon. Despite her unwillingness to commit to Mokosh spiritually, she follows the prescribed worship properly and always gives the proper offering (like throwing hemp into the water and giving her offerings on Friday).

Skills: Vivian is a self-professed psychic. She claims she can sometimes see into the future and gets bad feelings when something bad is going to happen. She is good at reading tarot cards for parties. She is also very skilled at reading people.

Physical Description of Kara's Mermaid Form: Kara from head to fin is over eight feet long. She has pale skin. Where her human torso connects to her fish tail her skin darkens to a deep red color. Mermaids come in all colors, like fish, and Kara is rather plain looking. She has pure black eyes, with no white in them, like most merpeople and her hair is a long red. Usually she keeps it braided. She has gills on her neck and below her shoulder blades on her back.

Physical Description of Kara's Human Form: Kara was a mermaid right up until the Wizard who was going to eat her cursed her. After the curse Kara stands at 5'6". She is still pale, but lacks her fish tail. Her eyes, instead of being just black, look like normal human eyes. She lacks gills so she breathes air, instead of water.

Personality: Kara is people shy. She doesn't have any experience with humans, so it is very hard on her. She wants to be liked. She is a sweet girl most of the time. However if you make her angry she can be scary. She likes to sing, which is why her people call her Singer. Her voice is said to be one of the ten most beautiful voices in the deep sea. She has been depressed ever since she became a human because her voice is always hoarse sounding and she cannot sing any longer.

Family: Kara's parents were eaten by sharks. She was raised by her people. She loves them all and they love her. She is engaged to a merman.

Skills: Kara has a beautiful singing voice as a mermaid. She is also physically fit from living underwater.

Physical Description: Bruce is six foot two. He weighs 210 pounds. He has blue eyes and black hair. He is very masculine looking. He has a few scars on his body. Some are major from his first few years as Batman. Most are minor. He doesn't have too many newer scars because he is improving as a superhero.

Personality: Bruce first of all is a paranoid man. It comes with the territory. He is also very secretive. The only person he trusts is his man servant, Alfred. He loves his ward, Richard Grayson, and would do anything for the little boy. Including letting him fly with him and be a flashy, snarky, sidekick.
Bruce is slow to trust anyone and quick to take responsibility. He has a hard time juggling his two different lives and sometimes he loses track of what is truly important. However Bruce will never cross 'justice'. If it is against his code of justice, he won't do it, even if it might cost someone their life. Which is why he is always pushing himself so he can save everyone.
After he watched his parents get killed in front of him as a little boy, he has a strict no guns policy. He will not use guns, nor will he allow another to use a gun in his presence. He also has been known to act less kindly to people who use guns. (The exception is cops.)

She usually dresses like a man. She wears trousers and a loose fitting shirt. When dressing to impress she adds a corset to her ensemble.

Personality: Lady M is serious. She rarely laughs or even smiles. She takes pride in her job. She is one of the few women who are bounty hunters. She is also known as the best, even better than the men. She likes to watch the sunrise. Where ever she is she will stop and watch for a few moments. She's cranky in the mornings and at night. She loves her sleep and if she doesn't get enough she becomes a little trigger happy. She has a black and white view of the world. Good is Good, Bad is Bad.

Family: Born as Stephanie Alexander, she had a relatively normal childhood in the country. She was a the middle child in a family of seven. Mother, Father, two older brothers, her, a younger brother and sister who were twins. Growing up she engaged in her fair share of squables with her siblings. They were all close which made it that much harder when they all died, but her youngest brother. She took her little brother and moved into the nearest city. She got a job as a bounty hunter and changed her name to Lady Mechanika, though most people just call her Lady M.

Weapons: A rifle that can be used as a sniper and a pistol.

Skills: Lady M is skilled in hand to hand combat. She favors martial arts over other fighting styles. She is a keen shooter. She is fairly handy with throwing knives. However she cannot handle a blade if it over a few inches long, other than using it like a club.

He has black hair and black eyes. He has the typical pale complexion that everyone in the compound has. He's toned but not well muscled because the City doesn't encourage it.

Personality: Peter is quite vocal. He's friendly and outgoing. However, most people don't look at him twice. He likes to take things apart and put them back together again. He spends a lot of time hanging out with his friends or on his computer. He doesn't believe blindly like most of the residents. He isn't sure that if you go outside the city walls that you'll die of the Sleeping Death.

Family: The Ryans are a family of four. Peter's mother, Kristin. Peter's Father, James. Peter's younger sister, Wendy. He loves his little sister and looks after her while his parents are out working.

Skills: Peter is good with technology. He is good with puzzles and figuring people out.

He just finds it easier to have a one nightstand to a relationship. He likes sports, mainly winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. He's always active and doing something. He cannot sit still for any length of time. He is also a little bit of a kleptomaniac. He likes shinny things and has a rather bad habit of taking them without asking. He tends to be a pessimist. ("Expect the worst and you'll never be disappointed, only pleasantly surprised.") Because of this he always looks at all sides before he does anything.

Family: Van was born by his human mother. His father was the Roman God Mercury. His mother died in childbirth and he grew up with his grandparents. They didn't give him any special education in regard to his father, since they never knew him. He got into his fair share of trouble as a teen, mainly B&E with his friends. He has never been formally charged with a crime. His life was normal until Mercury dropped back in and told him he was needed to stop Ragnarok.

Physical Description: Mokosh has long red hair. She has pale skin and a clear complexion. She's usually wearing some makeup. She's of average height, reaching five foot five. Her eyes are green.

Personality: Mokosh is usually kind and compassionate. She very friendly and most people instantly like her, even if they think she's rather odd. She gives to those who need it most. She's a little promiscuous. She enjoys mundane things that are not common in the modern age, such as sewing. She hates airplanes with a passion.
She used to be often found in the countryside that has a body of water, be it a river or a lake. Nowadays she's hanging out in Paris, eating or having a good time when she isn't working. She tends to be a little out of there in her habits, like her head is always in the clouds. She says weird things a lot. She's fond of good food. She likes being outdoors and despises paperwork.

Pantheon: Slavic

History: Once one of the most respected and honored Goddesses of the Slavic pantheon, she has been replaced. First with Christian Saint, like St. Mary. Finally Artemis has become favored over Mokosh, with the rise of feminism, and she has been losing power ever since. She's now made a pact with Athena to take down Artemis in order to regain followers.

Powers: She is a goddess of water, home, earth, and female occupations such as spinning, weaving and fate. She also protects lambs and sheep. She is most notable for giving women power to cast spells and not sometimes see the future. She is the most powerful during the festival of Mokosh. (Occurs on a friday during the last week of October or November 1st.)

Skills: Mokosh is a sorceress. Her skills are best with water. She can see into the future and perceive people's fate.

She's an overachiever, but it is a necessary trait to survive in her line of work. She likes to make new friends, but cannot. She doesn't often get angry, but when she does, she gets scary angry. He secretly wants his parents to accept him even though he'll never admit to it. He's bi and likes his men manly and girls girly. He's a self proffered switch.

Family: Blane is an only child. He was raised by a succession of nannies until he was old enough to take care of himself. After that was pretty much left alone. He learned how to do most things for himself. His father is a famous architect and his mother is a world famous actress. They don't spend much time at home.
After he graduated high school at seventeen he took off and travelled around the world for a year. When he came back he enrolled himself in college.

Skills: Blane is good at insulting people with his abrasive personality. He is a skilled artist. He also excels at turning food into lumps of poison when he cooks.
