Personality: Chris used to be a pretty happy kid. When he younger, before the outbreak, he was always happy and smiling. But that was a long time ago. He doesn't find much to be happy about anymore. He's a survivor. He does what he has to to keep living in this new world. He suffers from guilt a lot of the time. He couldn't save his family when their cat got infected and he had to leave them or else he would have died too. It made him a quiet person who is hesitant to get close to others. He just doesn't want to lose anyone else. He's a bit of an inner optimist. He hopes for the best. However he is very cynical even to himself. Every time he tries to see the silver lining, he berates himself.

Family: Chris was born to two loving parents before the outbreak. When he was eight reports of a prototype drug infection swept across the world. Soon there was mass panic in the streets when animal began to mutate. His kitten, Muffins was a victim on the drug, Toxin X. She bit his mother, who infected his father when Chris was only eleven. They both died shortly after sending him to his grandparents. He never made it and ended up living on his own in the desert for the past twelve years.

Weapons: A rifle and an array of knives.

Skills: Tracking animals. Quick reflexes and a keen eye.

Physical Description: Sasha is 5'5" without shoes. She has long brown hair that reaches down to her waist. She's pale because she spends lots of time indoors. She has browns eyes. She has burns on her arms from working with molten metal when get careless. Most of the scars arn't noticable unless you're up close.

Personality: Sasha is kind of the city oddball. She doesn't wear the current fashion for women. She's not interested in boys and she'd rather spend time with her machines. She's allowed to do basically whatever she wants because of her skill in making clockwork dolls for the royal family. However she has no friends because of her singlemindess to her work. Sasha just doesn't want to hang out with other people because they arn't interesting. She likes to solve puzzles and if she gets bored, she tends to move on. Which makes making friends difficult at best. She isn't sure how she earned the nickname Twitch.

Family: Sasha was the youngest of four children. Her two eldest brothers are soldier's in the Queen's army. They followed in their father's fott steps even though it was serving in the army that got him killed. Sasha's mother died of a wasting sickness soon after they learned of her father's death. Her eldest sister got married to a Lord in another city and rarely visits.

Skills: Sasha is the best doll maker west of the Flat Sea. She was personally hired by the Queen to make the dolls for the royal family. Sasha is also good at puzzles and making things out of random scraps of metal.

Physical Description: Ipos is a demon who looks like a human. He is about 5'10". He is slender in build. He has a good set of muscles on him. His eyes are silver. His hair could be called black, but it likes to change color in the sun. Often it ranges from black to a wheat color. Ipos has a long scar running across the small of his back, as if someone had once tried to cut him in half from behind.
However is Ipos gets really mad and losses it, he does sprout horns from the side of his head, just above his ears. This enables him to use a greater power than normal, but it is more tiring.

Demon Form Physical Description: Ipos does have a demon form. It's similar to his natural form. However the horns are there, he has scaled wings, a tail and tribal looking tattoos. He can take other forms to intimidate. One of his more popular forms is to have the head of a lion on his body with taloned feet and a tail. Sometimes he appears as a vulture, but not often. He rather prefers looking normal, but is willing to pull out the stops, but only for a while because he's vain.

Personality: Ipos is arrogant. He's a demon lord and he knows it. He likes people to follow his every order. If they don't, he has no problems flaying their everliving souls, be it a human soul or a lesser demon one. He is also vain, as stated above. He likes looking handsome. He's also fond of handsome looking men.

History: Ipos is an old demon. He did old demon things like fighting wars, killing people, trickery, all that good demon stuff.

Weapons: Magic. His body....

Skills: Moderate clairvoyance. He can see the past reasonably well and the future only occasionally. He's a skilled magic user and tacticien. He likes to think ahead, or 'see' ahead. He's not half bad at physical combat either.

Physical Description: Ivan is tall and skinny like most cat shifters. He is tan from living in a desert city and spending time outside. He has black hair that is less common in his tribe. He has the traditional green eyes. He is scared on his arms from attacks from the other members of his tribe. His hands are calloused from digging and excavating.

Personality: Ivan is a loner by force. He doesn't talk to anyone in his tribe because of what he is. He tries to keep himself happy, but it is hard to do when everyone hates what you are. He spends most of his time alone in the ruins because they have interested him since he had been little. He's very intelligent. Everything he knows is self taught. He is also paranoid. He is always watching his back and not letting anyone close. After all, it's not paranoia if someone is really out to kill you.

Family: Ivan is the youngest child of five. He was born last only because his mother killed herself after she discovered Ivan was incomplete. His father threw him out right after this. Ivan was only four. An older woman took pity on him and raised him in secret until he was old enough to defend himself. After that she too ignored him. Since then he has been on his own for his survival.

Weapons: Two long knives.

Skills: Agility, paranoia, and luck. Ivan is quick, thanks to his heritage. He can't always match a Shifter for speed, but he has gotten extremely skilled at reading moves and defending himself from large cats. He also has his paranoia to help protect him from getting into bad situations.
Reading ancient writing. It's a must have skill for anyone researching the ruins.
Night vision. Like any self respecting cat, Ivan can see well in the dark.

Physical Description: Carl is of an average build and height. He has brown hair and eyes. He's fairly muscular and tan.

Personality: Carl is a one track person. He can't really multitask. He thinks of only one thing at a time. He enjoys playing games and looking at pretty things. He likes the company of other people. He always tries to make sure those other people are getting along and mediates when they come into conflict. He rarely gets angry, but when he does, he stays angry for a while.
Carl is pretty accepting of other people's views. If they don't harm anyone, he won't be bothered much by them.

Family: His mother was a drunk and his father ran off while he was in middle school. They both became zombies. After that he ran away to find somewhere that didn't have zombies. He still hasn't found anywhere like that, but he hasn't given up.

Weapons: Shotgun. Machete.

Skills: Carl is good at parkour. It's helpful to get away from zombies. He's also decently fast with his running. Most of the time he's good at not being seen.

Physical Description: Quinn is 5'6". She has long blonde hair. She has green eyes which turn blue when she is using her powers. She has pale skin, even though she tries to tan. Being so pale makes her sad. She wishes she could be taner like everyone else she knows. She is skinny and flat.

Costume: Quinn wears a domino mask that only covers her eyes. She wears a special armor suit that is skin tights. But she covers it with regular pants and a t-shirt that has her superhero name on it with a circle around it. She wears combat boots with steel toes, not high heels like a lot of women superheroes. She typically wears her hair in a braid when she's in costume.

Personality: Quinn is talkative. She likes to hear herself talk. Most of the time she has nothing important to say. Due to her talkative nature most people think her simple. But she's not. She likes to play on computers. She's good at research and finding things via the computer. She likes video games in her spare time. She often plays with her 'minion' Evelyn. She is competitive in almost everything. She's always trying to one up the competition. However she can put that aside when TARGUS sends her out on missions that require her to work with others.

History: Quinn is an only child. She was raised by her grandparents after her mother passed in childbirth. Her father was never in the picture. Her grandparents never knew who he was. Quinn used to make up elaborate stories about him being a superhero and off saving the world, which was why he could never come home. However she always suspected it was because he was a deadbeat and alcoholic.
Quinn was an 'A' student in middle school. She was a whiz at research. This lead to her being friends with the nerds: Abram, Mark, Seth and Fred. They used to talk about superheroes and their powers. In High school Quinn was still an 'A' student but she also joined track and field. She spent less time with her nerdy friends in exchange for more time running. Despite that, she didn't neglect her friends. She did gain more friends from the more popular crowd, but she always prefered her nerdy friends.
When she first started manifesting her powers at the age of sixteen, she turned to her nerdy friends. They helped her establish basic control of her telekinesis. When she had this control she went to her Grandparents. Quinn pushed them to let her join TARGUS. They reluctantly let her go when she turned seventeen and joined of her own volition. She still uses the name that her friends gave her all those years ago in the closet of the science room where she learned to use her powers.
To this day she keeps in close contact with her high school friends and her grandparents. They are all proud of her.

Weapons: None she carries with her. She can turn anything not bolted down into a weapon or shield. As long as it is not too big.

Powers: Quinn has telekinesis. She can affect objects with her mind. Her type of telekinesis isn't the flashy kind. She can levitate things, but only if there are other objects within three feet. The science of her powers is that she can manipulate an object's electromagnetic field rather than the object itself. It makes her powers easier and harder to use at the same time.

Skills: Parkor. She is agile enough that she can chase most people through the urban setting. Web surfing. Or mad research skills.

Costume: She wears body armor that is colored brown. She doesn't bother with a mask, she wears goggles, also brown. She has a large metal hammer to complete her outfit.

Personality: Evelyn is a quiet child. She doesn't talk much. She is slightly anti-social. She finds it hard to talk to new people, or in a group of people. She is very focused. She picks up things very quickly. She likes to learn new things. Like Quinn she is also very competitive. However if she loses, she's liable to sulk and be moody. She doesn't like video games but they're growing on her thanks to Quinn. Evelyn is passive aggressive. She likes to take out her anger on random super villains.

Family: Evelyn is the only girl in a family of seven. She has two older brothers: Micky and Grey, and two younger: Peter and Dallas, which makes her the middle child. Her entire family is in the superhero gig. Except for her youngest brother who is too young. Her mother is Quick Flash, a speedster. Her father is Rock Man, whom she inherited her powers from. Her eldest brother, Micky, is another speedster along with Peter. Grey has super strength like Evelyn and their father.

Weapons: A large hammer. (Think Thor)

Powers: Super strength.

Skills: She's good at hitting things. Evelyn isn't very good at tactics. Luckily Quinn will do all the thinking for her. When she becomes her own hero she wants to be paired with a partner. She can read many different languages, but cannot speak them.

She is an average looking girl. She isn't skinny but she isn't fat either. She's just there in the middle. She's built a little like a stick. She doesn't have much in the way of a butt or chest.

Personality: Jenna is a nerd. She likes video games. She doesn't have many friends in real life because of this. Her few friends all play video games also. She doesn't like working and would rather play hooky. She can barely keep down a job because of her addiction to video games. She's smart with games. She wrote her own game once but can't go any further with it because she cannot afford the equipment, she spent all the money on games. She goal in life is to get paid to play video games.

Personality: Saigon is a happy woman. She likes pretty things and tends to nick things that shine, even if they're useless crap. She is a loner. She only trusts herself. She however, doesn't mind hanging out with someone if the end game is to steal their valuables. She has to travel a lot, which is fine because she loves to go to new places. Her secret fear is that she is scared of the dark. (Which is true for both Saigon and Jenna.) She's very charming. Not many people see her coming.

History: Saigon was raised by a man who called himself her father. He taught her everything she needed to know about conning people. He died a few years ago after a con gone wrong. Saigon ran away as far as she could and ended up travelling non stop since then. When the world ended she didn't see a disaster, she only saw opportunity and it was knocking.

Skills: Her master class is Purseuasion. Her secondary class is lockpicking.

Personality: Dick is happy-go-lucky. He loves redheads, Bruce, Alfred, and his friends, the teen titans. He's willing to sacrifice anything for his friends and family. He always has a wisecrack for tense moments. He always tries to see the positive side of everything. He enjoys being a superhero and wouldn't give it up for the world. He doesn't mind showing off either. He is a very nice person all the way around.

History: Dick grew up with her mother and his father, Mary and John, until the age of ten at Haly's Circus. When he was performing with his parents, a wire snapped, sending his mom and dad to their deaths. The man responsible was Tony Zucco. He ended up in the system for a few months. The other boys weren't kind to Dick and he got in more than his fair share of fights. After that he was made a ward of Bruce Wayne. Still upset over his parent's death Dick went to investigate on his own. While at the mercy of Zucco and a friend, he was saved by Batman who Dick later discovered was Bruce Wayne! He became Robin and Batman's sidekick for many years. He also joined up with the Teen Titans when he was thirteen. However the group disbanded shortly after. It wasn't until Dick went off to college, aged eighteen, that the titans regrouped. He remained Robin until Batman 'fired' him after he was shot by Two-Face only a small while later.
