Life Close To End... (Interest Check)

When someone dies, their life ends, and are "supposed" to go to a certain afterlife. We, people of the living, ponder on what the afterlife could be. No one knows for sure, but it isn't as it seems to the human eye. Entrusted by the "elders" to prevent a certain end, a group shall sacrifice their lives to an end to start anew with an afterlife that will transverse t the living world. Dying and becoming anew in the loving world alters our human lives, having a physical presence in the living world while they can use abilities that pertain to what is used to create our world. Is it possible that a life in the world can come to an end?

Basically a slightly supernatural rp with a strange twist. Any takers?
