Pokemon: The Ultimate Journey! reboot [OOC]

After Red became bored of being Champion of the 10th Kanto Pokemon League, he went and easily conquered the other Regional Pokemon Leagues (with the Johto one relocated on top of Mt. Silver). Afterward, he took who he felt was the strongest of all the Elite Fours, and made a reformed United Pokemon League. This new Pokemon League, consisting of Will, Grimsley, Flint, and Drake, relocated to a majestic island south of Castelia City and established the United Pokemon League on the island, renamed League Island. Shortly afterward, Red issued a decree that anyone who wanted to challange the new Pokemon League had to collect all 40 Gym Badges from all the regions. Below is the notice that is sent to all locations.

SUBJECT: New League Rule

MESSAGE: Greetings, to all the world's Trainers. This notice you are reading contains some important information. First off, I have chosen Four Elite Four Members. The are, in order: Will, Grimsley, Flint, and Drake. Second, all challengers to the Pokemon League will have to gather all 40 badges from the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova Regions. Badges can be collected in any order, but all 40 are required when you visit the new Pokemon League Headquarters on League Isle. Also required are the Regional Champion Tokens. You get them from each of the previous seperate Pokemon League Headquarters. To get to League Island, you will have to take a special boat from Castelia City in Unova. The boat attendant will ask to see your 40 badges and five Regional Tokens; these will scanned for authenticity. I hope to find a good challenge waiting for me at League Isle! Good Luck, Trainers!

This is the notice that you see posted to wherever an anouncement like this might be posted (pole, sign, billboard, local paper, etc.) Along with it is an anouncement that Red is going to be making a personal appeareance at Pallet Town to explain the reasoning for it... As for what will happen, only time will tell, as a group of Trainers decide how they will split up.

That is the general gist of the storyline: The group of Trainers (no more than six) will be traveling around trying to collect all 40 Gym Badges from all five regions. We also will need to be getting the Regional Champion Tokens. Below are the locations of the Regional Champions Headquarters and the requirements to battle th Regional Champion.

TEAM ROCKET
Team Rocket was the first established Pokemon crime syndicates. Team Rocket's goal is to use Pokemon to gain a vast fortune and use it to either take over or buy out many scientific companies. By doing this, they hope to have a monopoly over all Trainers. Stucture and Pokemon teams as follows:
Boss: Giovanni
About: Giovanni inheireted control of Team Rocket from his mother, and has really stepped up the game with it. Under his rule, Team Rocket's wealth has increased fifteenfold. Giovanni is a cold, careless, and ambitious man, but above all else, he is an arrogant man. He also used to be the Gym Leader of the Viridian Gym, but that fact is not known. He commands some of the most powerful Ground Type Pokemon.

Maxie prefers fire type Pokemon.

Appearance:
Her primary appearance is seen above, and her attire is the same as well. Besides that, Shuri wears a dark brown beanie, that slides off the back of her head. She has massive, circle rimmed glasses that matches with her attire. She has a Gurren Lagann styled bracelet with red stars on her right arm. She wears Jack Skellington gloves. She sometimes has iPOD Nano headphones in. She is often seen carrying a blue canteen that holds her favorite beverage, Carrot Juice, in it.

Biography:

Born and raised as an outcast in Pewter City, Shuri had a pretty normal childhood for as long as she can remember. Well, aside from having a super smart older brother, and a best friend with ADHD, Shuri's life was normal (and sane). When she was four, she became friends with Angel, a girl her age with ADHD, and the ability of sass. The two instantly became best friends, and remained best friends until five years later when Angel had moved away to a completely different region. During this period, Shuri had suffered from loneliness from being somewhat of a loner besides Angel, she turned to her older brother, Pascal. The two eventually bonded and became good friends with Pascal as her only friend.

Living in Pewter City, Shuri was born around the world and mysteries involving the past and the art of Science. She became immensely interested in astromony, and took quite an interest in the field of Archeleogy. When she was ten years old, Shuri received her Trainer's Licenses, and chose Squirtle from Professor Oak. It wasn't until Pascal was age eighteen, and Shuri turned fifteen that she had left for her Pokemon journey since Pascal went off overseas to study Pokemon. Shuri is currently resting in Lavender Town after quite the trip, and has both the Pewter Badge (won using DJ), and the Cerulean City badge (won using Roscoe).

Personality:

Opposite to hyper Angel and cold and calculating Pascal, Shuri falls somewhere in the middle of her two primary influences. Shuri is mainly sarcastic and but still has a kind side to her, although her cynicism often beats this "side" out. She is more compassionate about her Pokemon than people, and can be "less than friendly" to people. She can be rather blunt, and isn't afraid to stand down or let someone know that she dislikes them. However, when she does make a friend or learns to trust, she can become extremely loyal, and will do anything to help that person. Shuri suffers from the fear of Pokemon that appear as "snakes", since the way they move creeps her out. She is considered a "Hipster" by the public due to the fact that she uses Pokemon that aren't quite common, and enjoys Greek Yogurt, Carrot Juice, and music from unpopular bands; not to mention her "interesting" fashion style. Shuri is seen as uncaring about what people think of her, and is a bit of a loner, but also suffers from loneliness. She is definitely a skilled trainer, and plans to multi task on the side, possibly as a Coordinator. Shuri tends to talk more and "tease" people more if she likes them or is comfortable around them.

Other:

Shuri left on her Pokemon journey, secretly hoping to overcome her fear of snake Pokemon, and to find either or both Pascal and Angel. Despite her love for juice and yogurt, Shuri often finds herself sick. Shuri loves ghost stories and paranormal, and enjoys astronomy, archaeology, and has quite the imagination. She has a pink iPOD shuffle with "music from bands you probably never heard of", which means she is an 80s dork, with a mixture of British and Canadian music.

Name: Chase

Age: 19

Appearance:

Title: The Shadow Tamer

Bio: Chase grew up in Lavender Town, Kanto. He would frequently visit the cemetery and learn as much as he could about all of the Pokemon that were there. He was fascinated with ghost types and absolutely loved the nighttime. Due to the small size of Lavender town, Chase was often allowed outside and, when he got his first Pokemon, he could go and play in the areas around Lavender Town.

His first Pokemon was an Eevee, which he actually found in the town. At first, it ran when he saw it, but he would see it every few days and gradually the sighting would become more frequent. Eventually, he started to offer the Pokemon food by putting it out, then it would take it from his hand, and finally it would let him pet it. He was still young, but his mom gave him some money to buy Pokeballs in the next town over and only a day later he had caught the Eevee. The most interesting thing about it was that it had a silky silver fur.
