    VASCU [OOC: Recruiting!]

    You play members of a special FBI task force called VASCU (Valkyrie Special Crimes Unit), dedicated to catching serial killers, sometimes of a supernatural persuasion. Your criminals might be human, vampires, werewolves or Slashers, bizarre creatures that seem to resemble horror-movie serial killers.

    Knack: (All VASCU agents have some sort of LOW-LEVEL psychic ability. These abilities are usually some form of telepathic or extra-sensory power such as being able to tell when someone is lying - please, no Jean Grey level telekinetics or other X-men like characters! If you're playing someone who's not a VASCU psychic, what other abilities do you have that might give you an 'edge'?)

    Name: John Glenn

    Gender: Male

    Age: 29

    Archetype: Angry Muscle

    Appearance: Glenn stands 6'2, with broad shoulders and an aggressive stance, his presence very quickly makes a notable difference in most engagements. Now coming out of the prime of his health, John is still in impressive shape. Albeit he's not as muscularly toned as in his youth or active military years, he's still yet to grow a gut from his brews of choice, and his strength has never faded as evident by his muscle mass. In size and width he's not necessarily bulky but anyone can tell he's been in the weight room at least. His skin is light but shows the wear of the a workingman, his hands are even more rough, bumped with callusus, and his eyes are a very deep brown. John doesn't worry too much about his hair, and for over a decade has gotten the same crew cut every season (And for the past 3 years, same barber too). Though by now, he's given some room on the top of his head for more length to his rather thick and dark hair, causing him to be slightly parting it by the time his next cut is due. His body is also spotted with marks and scars from various encounters of his past.

    John has a very square jaw and rugged looking face. His facial hair is also very thick and usually shadows his face, even though he shaves very closely every morning. John's wardrobe is not very diverse, and his appearance is pretty consistent. He follows dress code religiously, as out of habit, making sure every corner of his cloth is neatly pressed out, and every tie he knots is done sharply. Despite this, his actual material is rather bland, his ties are never particularly fashionable, neither are his suits. Regardless, he has plenty of professional clothing for almost any occasion and even if an operation requires him in plain clothes, the least formal he'd fit himself in would be a clean polo and khakies, otherwise he frequently dons a weather appropriate coat or sweater over his shirt and tie.

    Lastly, John brings a duffel bag everyday with him to work and wherever he goes (either in the office or with him in the car). It looks like a simple black bag one might bring to the gym and he actually does store a pair of workout clothes in it; as well as a durable all-season jacket with lining on the inside and waterproof on the outside, bearing the FBI mark on its back in bold yellowish letters and a matching cap with the letters on the front -- it served its purposes at crime scenes, where being a law enforcement official was inconspicuous, or when jurisdictions clashed. As far as eye wear goes, John has 20/20 vision, but usually keeps a pair of large sunglasses on the inside of his coat pocket to use for situations in which he prefers the anonymous advantage it provides his vision; so when he's in public or in general doesn't want any personal interaction, he will often don these. Besides all that, John wears no jewelry or rings, only a leather band watch which does seem to retain some kind of sentimental value to him.

    Personality: Succinctly: brazen, stubborn, hostile, aggressive, loyal.

    He's like the barking dog on a leash whose bite is rarely doubted. His aggression is only inhibited by the fringes of protocol. His loyalty is as fierce as his work ethic. Though his prowess is in the field, not with intellect, making him more susceptible to being fooled when it comes to a bigger picture. Not to say he isn't observant, as his job requires him to be, but when he does trust or give loyalty, it is given in earnest and sometimes naively (though not easily or quickly). Even if he may have gripes with colleagues, or anything that has transpired within this career, he still has a genuine belief of some sliver of righteousness in the bureau's work. He is skeptical and usually very biased when it comes to reading new people, but on the spot he has the confidence to say what needs to be said with both authority and articulation. This has made him a good choice to have either there and available in the interrogation room, conduct interviews, handle negotiations (to a certain degree), or answer inquiries of an on-going investigation -- if not already there as muscle.

    In the field he is very supportive of his partners, as he believes in maintaining a respectful and strong presence in order to be successful in any endeavors with social interaction. He usually obeys orders as given, although he doesn't restrict himself from going above and beyond the call of duty, making his own personal inquiries or alternative handling of matters, which has sometimes winded up with him being reprimanded, 'for the record'. While he may have pride in himself, his work, or anything, none of his ambition is tainted with ego. Because of this, he is often trusted with handling vital, yet mundane tasks such as delivering persons or items of interest, messages, or even petty errands (like fetching coffee) for either his superiors, respected partners, or respectable (as in, those not on bad terms) colleagues from within VASCU.

    His stubborn stance on things also makes him resistant to change and quick to criticize the unfamiliar. His inhospitable attitude very clearly exhibits the antisocial tendencies that got him in this position in the first place. If he doesn't like something, usually he hates it, and if unable to verbally express distaste, he will do so physically. He has a temper too, though he doesn't ever let it affect the outcome of his work, he just doesn't handle it maturely, like simple bickering that could turn into assault charges within the office setting. At the end, John does not take grudges to a malicious or extreme level, even if his reactions may seem extreme. His philosophies are traditional and absolute, and his discretion is born of honor.

    Skills: Being both a veteran in this career and the field, John is a deadshot with his weapons and very efficient in close quarters combat with his handgun, combining technical training with years of practical experience. Adding up all the firefights he's both started, jumped in, or survived, his full capabilities become utilized when most are made incapable; he rarely flinches and remains deathly focused on his target even with gunshots deafening his ears. His senses have been tuned to notice patterns in everything he could hear and see, making him exceptional at deducing environmental alterations. Despite being observant, this skill is limited to those more active aspects, including tracking active targets, some crime scene clues, or even as immediate as making accurate shots in his peripheral vision.

    His upheld physical fitness is impressive on its own and a big advantage in the field, combined with his tactical training in hand to hand combat to make him a deadly force to come into contact with; however, he's no Krav Maga expert, and at the very most, harnesses techniques of a boxer with brutal punches and disciplined speed, but is not an expert mixed martial artist. His other unsung talent is his driving ability. He's known for being rather aggressive, but quite proficient on the wheel and on the stick shift, but isn't entirely considerate of the equipment he is granted by the bureau. In lower voices it is joked that sitting as a passenger with John is the fastest way to get worker's comp. /If someone else wants to make more of a point of being the driver, I can easily remove this/

    Knack: John's psychic powers are broken down into two forms of a premonitory nature. The first manifests itself as a more subtle physical sensation when close to either a foreign supernatural presence or an actively proximate threat, which John usually recognizes by a mysterious odor, similar to that which some claim to smell before experiencing an episode of seizure or blacking out. John has frequently tried to extend the use of this beyond a simple defense mechanism, instead attempting to sniff a target out, but this is not as effective, measuring up to be a slow game of hot and cold.

    The second power is more closely related to precognitive potential. Rather than become aware of some vague or ambiguous threat, John immediately foresees an imminent, fatal danger a split second before it occurs. If he reacts instantly, which he can do thanks to his prior training and accumulated usage of the power, he can narrowly avoid what would otherwise be certain death. One would not want to risk an old west style duel with John. (Think spidey senses)

    Inventory:

    • A P229 that kept in a shoulder holster to be drawn from his left side.
    • A handy, but very old switchblade that's kept in one of his pockets.
    • A .357 Smith and Wesson kept concealed and loaded at all times, right above the right ankle for emergency use.
    • A tactical pen he keeps on him for the same reason as the revolver.
    • He's known to take full advantage of his access to bureau vehicles, and not return them in as great condition.
    • A mobile phone issued by the Bureau that can provide remote functions to their computer labs and double as a radio.
    • A very compact throat mic and ear piece that can connect to the phone to provide encrypted communication.
    • A duffel bag that always comes along, full of all other convenient preparations, including FBI gear (like a bulletproof vest), and weapon accessories (magazines, silencer, etc.).


    Backstory: John doesn't talk too much about his early memories. His mother raised him very religiously, and even if he ever got out of line, his father was a violent drunk who never restrained himself from hitting either of them straight. There was never too much special about John as a child, under a strict hand with not much to see and not far to go from his trailer-park home of the rural mid-west. He was home-schooled until he was about 8, when his father had beat his mother past the breaking point. He wasn't told much and he never asked about it when he got older, but he supposed his father probably didn't care too much either. His mother remarried, he was told he had a new brother and sister, but he doesn't really remember their names or their faces because it wasn't long before his mother and step-father mutually decided it was 'best' for John to be attend a military boarding school. You know, because 8 years under his biological father wasn't disciplining enough.

    John wasn't very pleasant about the whole transition period from worse to bad, too young to know his angry outbursts didn't help his case either. As a child, he couldn't understand what he did wrong for most of his punishments, so he grew accustomed to the state of being under fire. His disciplining from his bible-heavy upbringing prepared him for the classroom environment at his future schools, for the first time earning him praise from his teachers. Although he was not academically talented, his superiors' respect of him came from his hard work, and his peers' respect of him came from his fearless reputation. Being hazed at a young age was overwhelming for most, but it backfired for the four badly beaten boys whose childish punches were barely a reminder of his father's fists, earning him a kind of recognition he had never before experienced, consequentially developing a clear lack of regard for reprimands against his violent incidents. These two things were the base of his social existence in the school circles, they shaped his behavior for the rest of his life.

    He graduated with honors and as a varsity linebacker, his merit earned him his independence and a dream nurtured by many years within the military institution. John attended college while as a Marine reserve in training, deploying as an Infantry Officer once he obtained his degree in criminal justice. During his studies, his major decision was heavily influence by a professor who became his mentor on the field -- as John did struggle maintaining his grades. The time required by his coursework also resulting in his lack of any open-minded experiences that so many others his age had during college years. On the bright side, the professor was frequently brought on by the FBI to consult in cases, which is the very reason he worked for them immediately after coming out of service, rather than a more lucrative position somewhere like the Pentagon.

    Coming back from 4 years in Afghanistan as a decorated vet and with his degree as well as a squeaky clean record, the Bureau welcomed him with open arms and he started his career as a federal special agent. He worked for about a year with their counter terrorism unit, before truly transitioning from paramilitary to civilian work. John was given a cushy clearance with the Senior ranking agent to his title as he dutifully accepted the job within VASCU, just as the superiors who scouted him had hoped for. He had very few risks associated with his catering of the position and was content knowing that there was not much room for career growth where he was, but he enjoyed the security of this job and the freedom he had compared to his previous service that bore much more oversight. For the last couple years he has established himself as a valuable operative in the field and a powerful asset to the unit.

    So, experimental character sheet here. If there's anything wrong with it all, please tell me. Tear it down to the bones if you have to. Also I'm really on the fence about his powers because it's out of a normal VASCU agent's league but I'm getting the impression from the wiki that it's stuff like this the Bound do.

    Name: Johnathan Eisencrane/Khuul
    Gender: Male
    Age: 28
    Archetype: Consulting detective.
    Appearance: Thin to the point of looking decidedly unhealthy and pale, almost transluscent skin are the two most defining characteriscs of Johnathan Eisencrane. Barely visible blue veins crisscross their way across his body and even his face, which looks sullen and drained of energy to begin with. His hair, once blonde, now clings on to his head only out of spite, bleached white by sheer exhaustion. In a similar fashion, his eyes have been washed clean of any colour and only grey irises around permanently small pupils remain. To sum it up, Johnathan looks like he's dying.

    Personality: Quiet, measured, and morose are the keywords to Eisencrane's psyche. He lacks a sense of humour and barely takes pleasure in anything, often smiling mirthlessly at other people's jokes just out of politeness. He has no friends and no interest in acquiring any. Conversing with him is a little like talking to a traumatised psychiatric patient who can cope with what he's seen, but only barely. His interests are playing the duduk, an Armenian instrument, and excorcising the dead.

    Somewhere buried deep within his mind lives Khuul, a geist, the entity responsible for keeping Johanthan alive. Not a particularly powerful geist, or an easy one to mesh with, the unity between Johanthan and Khuul is fractured and tenous most of the time. Khuul is an ancient geist, a once-mortal human who died before the start of recorded history. This vast stretch of time inhibiting the geist's memories causes Johnathan to feel a constant pressure on his own (in comparison) insignificant personality, like swimming at great depth. This is partly responsible for Johnathan's state of being; the complicated merge between the two entities means Johnathan is close to death at all times.

    Skills: Johnathan is physically weak and has no received no combat training of any kind during his life. In any physical altercation, he would be next to useless. It's his psychic power, the ability to channel manifestations through his union with Khuul, that gives him any sort of combat prowess at all. Out of combat, Johnathan is a competent and observant detective -- a necessity in his field of work. Being able to determine the truth behind any spectral claim saves him a lot of time and effort. He also managed to keep himself and his exorcism business off the grid for years. More directly related to his work is his (by now) large repertoire of knowledge about the (un)dead. He knows what type of ghosts exist, how one makes pacts and deals with spirits, what to do when these go wrong and how to placate the furious dead. By accident, he has also discovered a few fringe details about other supernatural phenomenon outside of himself and his field of expertise; such as one ghost sighting that turned out to be a Vampire living in in the walls of a home.

    Knack: While Khuul may be weak compared to many other geists, he is still very powerful. His strength can be measured in centuries of experience and wisdom. Johnathan, despite the shortcomings of their relationships, tries to use these sources of power to fool, manipulate and deceive restless ghosts to cease and desist. He harnasses these abilities to deal with the restless dead causing trouble in the world of the living. He will often do this by tapping into the ghost's essence in order to discover what troubles them and then, by use of illusions (sometimes basic apparitions of things related to the ghost's troubles, sometimes entire scenarios by altering the perception of the environment entirely) and powerful, if subtle, manipulation of the ghost's emotions. In dire situations, he will use Khuul's vast knowledge of death as a weapon to directly fight said ghosts to dismantle them and cast them back to the Underworld forcefully.

    Against non-corporeal beings, Khuul's mastery over death remains a potent (if complicated) tool to use, Johnathan prefers to evade and elude any opponents with conflicted and confusing illusions. The effectiveness of this is only limited by Johnathan's own intelligence and his opponent's shortcomings. The smarter and more observant an opponent, the less effective Johnathan's strategy becomes. Or on the other end of the spectrum, creatures not even phased slightly by Johnathan's illusions are his bane too. The only method Johnathan has of actually killing a living thing lies with the Stygian key, shaping these death-powers into manifestations of Rage. This is very difficult, however, and Johnathan is only barely capable of it on his own.

    Inventory: Johnathan owns a duduk, several exotic pieces of spiritually-loaded gear (glass orbs, empty flasks and a ritual-dagger to name a few), his ID identifying him as a civilian working with the authorities and a bracelet that used to belong to his sister – his keystone.

    Backstory: Johnathan was a nobody before he died. His sister commited suicide at the age of 16 (Johnathan was 20 at the time) when she leapt from the top of an apartment block, the event that eventually lead to Johnathan's own death at the age of 22. Ever since his sister died, Johnathan started seeing and hearing echoes left by the dead around him. At the age of 21 he started being haunted by ghosts, shimmerings at the edge of his vision, whispers that poisoned his dreams and made him wake up screaming. He went to visit a priest but the clueless man was way out of his depth and of no use. At his wit's end, Johnathan decided to ignore the hauntings as best as he could for almost a year.

    On the second anniversy of his sister's death he went to the rooftop from where she jumped. There, the ghosts suddenly became unnervingly tangible and Johnathan soon found himself surrounded by a ghastly circle of the dead, his sister leading the coven. She explained, painfully and slowly from beyond the veil of death, that she was hurt her brother had never followed her into death. The other ghosts were there because she spurred them on to take out their deathly frustrations on Johnathan in the hope he might be incapable of dealing with it and commit suicide too.

    But she was tired of waiting. Johnathan was swept off his feet and into the abyss below, screaming all the way down. In blind panic and intense death-terror he called out to something, desperately wishing not to die. It was Khuul that answered.

    His body never hit the ground. Johnathan woke up in the gutter seven blocks away, feeling weak and pathetic. Something monstrous spoke from deep inside his mind and guided him back to his apartment. The ghosts and Johnathan's sister, realizing something had cheated them of her brother's death, returned and assailed Johnathan, directly this time. Khuul, being the dominant entity so soon after the merge, sent them back to the Underworld with their proverbial tails between their legs. In the next few months, Johnathan and Khuul learned to cope with each other. The physical weakness remained and Johnathan slowly lost the tan in his skin and the colour in both his eyes and hair. Confronted with the harsh reality of life after death, Johnathan became withdrawn and somber.

    It was years before he crawled out of that shell, having lived his life on the autopilot that whole stretch of time. He alienated himself from his friends and only showed up to work because he had to, speaking to nobody but diligently fulfiling his tasks. Khuul was there the whole time, waiting, patiently, like he had watched and waited for thousands of years. Johnathan decided eventually that he would dedicate his newfound life to dealing with the restless ghosts of others, lest they be spared a fate like his sister's; a spirit twisted and turned by her grief and rage. He quit his job and set up an underground exorcism business, establishing relations with genuine spirit mediums and ghostwatchers to get in contact with humans troubled by the dead.

    Now, aged 28, 7 years after he started exorcising, VASCU has found him. The two agencies (Eisencrane Exorcisms and VASCU) met while both were investigating a string of murders that turned out to be the resurgence of the Zodiac Killer, a notorious ghost that left only the barest tangible evidence of its presence and cryptic notes behind after each kill -- and also a Slasher that VASCU never managed to apprehend. The two combined forces and in a grueling showdown in an abandoned parking lot the Zodiac Killer was banished by Johnathan and three VASCU psychics. Impressed and intrigued, VASCU offered Johnathan a job position and he accepted.

    I'll take a more detailed look over it late Hank, but one immediate thing that stood out is that you're talking about his powers in the Skills section, when it should be in the Knack section. Skills would be things like him being versed in occult lore rather than his Geist powers.

    I was also entertaining the idea of taking the haunted veteran, but I might go more for the angry muscle kind of guy.

    Evin is an extremely androgynous male, thanks to his genetics. He stands at 5'11, weighs around 160 in lean muscle. His legs are pure muscle, extremely defined thighs and shapely legs. He has medium length, wavy, black hair that he keeps free flowing. He has beauty marks all over his body in the most sensual places you can think of. He has dark brown innocently childlike eyes; sadly they are not violet like his fathers. He has fine plump lips, long lashes and luxurious cheek bones. He is a model that hates to take pictures to sum it up.

    The clothing he wears greatly defines who he is. He is always dressed nicely and covers his soft skin. Warm and cool colors make no sense to him, so he dresses in whatever he feels like, which is always something black and fitted. He wants to look good and clean at all times but also wants to show he has style for someone so quiet. He doesn't make good impressions since he doesn't speak well but hopefully his classy attire is able to make a decent representation of him. In a phrase his style says "I'm quiet but don't fuck with it"

    Personality:
    Evin knows himself to be a kind hearted individual. His heart is the size of the world he lives in and it’s always dispensing love and respect to every being on this Earth. There is nothing special in this world, no one takes prevalence over one another so to him a monster, human, celestial beings or whatever are all the same and should be treated as such. So when injustice is brought to him, he tries to create justice for everyone. Evin is very indecisive about what actions to take when it comes to spur of the moment situations. Is it the blue or green wire? When it comes to that he’ll find it hard to make one decision. And as such with decisions, nothing is ever black and white. There are find shades in-between and choosing one or the other results in being closed off from the other side.

    Evin tries his best to keep a smile on his face, even though on the inside he may feel lonely, confused and ashamed of himself but no one would ever know that because he’s always there for everyone else, trying to smile and be happy while others may feel like ripping through people with a chainsaw. So when it comes to other people he’s reserved, tries to say the right things and avoid stepping on toes, however when it comes to the supernatural, he’ll come with a perspective that’s refreshing and maybe not what the typical human thinks of.

    Evin is not a very sexual person, in fact it scares him…that is all. He admires the opposite sex and is intimidated by them at the same time. When it comes to men, he’s uncomfortable when he’s around many of them. The question of his sexuality would be apparent but his feelings haven’t solidified anything.
    He takes things to heart and cares too much about what others think and avoids trying to displease or cause confrontation. However he’s always there to be an outsider for someone who needs another point of view of a situation. He loves to give but never really takes. Overall he’s the silent, comforter who has a huge heart for everyone. Especially those close to him and even those he empathizes with. This is also his weakness, empathy can fool you. However he does have another side to him, one that he regulates with medication to stop the voices, blackouts and feeling of seeing reality as a fantasy world.

    Skills:

    Being relatively young Evin actually has plenty of skills with weaponry, thanks to families background. He knows the basics about guns, blades and electronic devices of all kinds. His skills are relatively the same as everyone else’s in the group however he does specialize in certain forms of write.

    Evin knows about the occult, ranging from vampires to fairies, all forms of magic and demons. He knows these things by heart and keeps up to date on current magical entities and magic itself. He learned all about this from the vast studies he had during college and from his father’s stories.

    He also has the skill of Astral travel, which he still practices since he recently learned he could do it. He is new to this skill but he does it every time he goes to sleep and it's always unexpected, but it's a skill nonetheless.

    What he lacks in upper body strength he makes up with his lower body. He has very fast and light on his feet making him an extremely agile opponent. He got these legs from partaking in a dance crew, running for miles and not focusing on easy transportation.


    Evin also loves language, which he's very skilled with. He speaks three languages (Japanese, English, Latin). Also he can dissociate to his internal world, hiding from reality and letting his alternate personality take over.

    Knack:
    Bio-Field. Evin has the unique ability of being able to biologically speak to cells in his own body and others in order to repair itself at an accelerated rate. Knife wounds, bullet holes, bruises, most physical problems can be healed. But things such as cancer, viruses and organ failure are not in his category of expertise. He’s able to heal by touching and or astral traveling and healing them from the other side. The healing process takes some time but after the session is done they will be good as new.

    DID- Due to his past he has created, unknowingly, a separate personality from his own. This personality is known to be very instinctual, a potty mouth and extremely deadly when it comes to CQC. This personality has the ability to survive. It has a stronger mentality, making it hard for hypnotism, mind-control and even intimidation. However this personality only comes out when Evin is extremely stressed and on the brink of a nervous/mental breakdown which rarely happens due to his medication. So this ability is rarely used.

    Inventory:
    Evin wears a necklace with the all-seeing eye within a sphere, a heirloom from his grandmother. He carries an iPod and earphones with him at all times. His wallet has a mini-notepad. An orange keitai specially modified to work in America, he loves Japanese cellphones.

    Backstory:
    Evin was born in Orland, Florida to a father and mother who were both magical beings, Mages. He grew up learning through his father about the magical world that humans hardly knew about. To him it was all a fantasy world. From ages 3 to 6 he heard everything ranging from horrific creatures to the ethereal beings from fantasy stories. Although everything seemed fine for this family, there was a war being fought behind the scenes between Mages, some fighting for control and others wanting to keep a balance. Sadly, Evin doesn’t know which side they were on but he remembers them leaving him.
    However what he doesn’t remember is that his mother was a high level mage who tried to create a new persona for her son, trying to erase Evin’s of ever remember his own. This was done for his own protection, so that when confronted he would be protected by not knowing anything about the world others could not see. He then moved to NYC when he was 7 and lived with his grandmother on his mother’s side. She knew about him and found a way to protect him by putting him in a school for the arts and keeping him away from the spiritual side of his life, to stop the emergence of his past. But as he grew older, into his teenage years, this new persona he had was beginning to emerge, memories he didn’t understand began to corrode his brain and change his thinking.
    Evin begun to see a therapist who said he had MPD, but the causes were unknown because regression therapy wasn’t finding anything. A mental block was stopping the therapist from getting to the root, the only way to figure it out was through Evin’s own dreams.

    Evin entered high school like most kids, finding he was alone and questioning his life. He didn’t know his parents, but there were distinct visions of them in his dreams. He questioned his grandmother, trying to find the truth about his past and if this MPD was real. Was he the beginning persona or the alter? But he never received an answer, his grandmother died before she could tell him, her death was…odd. Thus he moved with a foster family for the next three years. And that place wasn’t healthy for him, mental and some physical abuse was used against him. His only escape was in his dreams where he traveled to unknown worlds, ones he felt safe and free. Later he found these places were only able to be contacted through astral projection. Let’s just say he liked to experiment with his spirituality after his grandmother died.

    More medication was implemented, in order to stop the voices he heard and alleviate his moods, to keep him balanced. But with all this new stress, new things in his life surfaced.

    He found he healed quicker than the average human being and he could heal others with a mere touch, either that be physical wounds or spiritual ones. As soon as he began to accept this new skill, memories of stories formed in his dreams, giving him access to a database of information. His ability began to grow stronger and his memories began to lead him back to Florida. So his senior year of high school he left, stealing his foster families’ money and trying to find out whatever happened to him. He found the house he once lived in, it was still vacant and as he walked inside it concluded that his past was here. Now he needed to find out why they weren’t.

    Evin would need help, and joining the FBI would be the best bet at finding them. The FBI could gain intel on anyone and they were connected to other branches. However he was too young, two years shy of the requirement. So becoming an intern would be the best bet. He never went to college or had a background in law enforcement so those were other strikes against him.

    But later he heard about the VASCU in America, how they handled the business of a supernatural basis. He connected the dots and figured it would be easier to have a larger database that revolved around his world, the supernatural. And also a place that would want his skills. So he joined VASCU, they were skeptical at first due to his young age, lack of experience but they couldn’t pass up a healer of his caliber and someone who had vast knowledge that could be called upon within seconds.
    Now he’s a rookie at VASCU, having no background except in the supernatural, the only thing that keeps him on the team aside from his ability.
