    Thou shalt not kill by use of magic. A plea of self-defense is allowed in mitigation, though it seems to work only rarely. It is implied that this is one of the Laws which applies to ALL

    Thou shalt not reach beyond the Borders of Life. This Law prohibits both research into and the practice of necromancy, described as the summoning, binding and exploitation of the unwilling dead. The Law applies specifically to human necromancy, though it is implied that the distinction for use upon animals is all the same frowned upon. It is unknown if this rule would apply to dead non-human sentients. It is rumored that certain vampires are vulnerable to necromancy in an unspecified fashion, and it is unknown if such use would constitute a breaking of the Law. Communicating with spirits of the dead who are willing to do so is not a violation of this law.

    Thou shalt not swim against the Currents of Time. This prohibits any attempt to change the past through temporal manipulation for fear of paradoxes. Even magical prediction is frowned upon except in the vaguest, most general forms. However, some beings exist in the past, present, and future at once, and that such beings can be dangerous for this reason.

    Thou shalt not seek beyond the Outer Gates. What the "Outer Gates" are is unknown, but the implication is that they mark the furthest boundaries of Dresden's multiverse. Beings from beyond the Gates are known as chaos-shards, like Vladdis Dragu, and are among the deadliest known threats to humanity

    To beings able to sense spiritual, his moral weight/spirit would seem much too light for a human. He would feel just slightly off or fake in his human composition. Any above average(High Tier 6 and up) would since him as exactly what he is. The Grace of the Arch Angel Gabriel sealed within a 15-year-old boy. Not this specific maybe, but the general idea.

    Note: Angels are made of two parts Grace and Wings, the wings are the power and the grace is the spirit. The strength and what fuels it. Other spiritual entities know this and if they know of the angelic realms would know an overview of Gabriel’s fate.

    2nd Note: Akzel is constantly being watched by the angelic world. Uriel, his elder cousin is in charge of this task. Also, Raphael, who is sympathetic to his younger brother, also keeps an eye and ear out to see what is going on.

    Just because ArchAngels are forbidden, doesn't mean that it is impossible that someone might somehow come across a way of having those abilties.

    Only abilities not available are Gabriel's specific Truth & Hope inducements.

    I will allow Nigh Omniscience but that would be a one and ONLY power, because that has major potential for OP

    History and Personality: When he was a child, angels attacked his school and brought him to a critical condition. Ever since that day he's met Lynch, a voice that he hears inside his head, though doesn't know what happened. [hider= what happened] Lynch is a water elemental that befriended Vivianel, the Lady of the Lake, after coming onto this plane. A beautiful relationship sprouted over a course of time. Due to angels and elementals being enemies, they eventually hunted the two of them down to a school and tried an assassination on the two of them.     Good basic structure, I will help you out with it throughout the day if I can, I have class and I will be working on putting alot of information up in the OP by this weekend hopefully this is what I want done on the OP

    I just want to let anyone who is interested in this know that just because there are a lot of Judeo-Christian themes in this ATM do not assume that is all that is allowed. I am a strong believer that no one has it right because EVERYONE has it right and if you bring me an idea from another legend, mythology, etc that you would like added for your character or that would just be cool, please let me know either in here or via PM.

    Personality: He is a very innocent boy he was shelter most of his life until he came to the school. He doesn’t really know how to socialize and only really opens up to his two friends Akzel and Lillianna. When he is around them he is outspoken and very smart. He is perceptive and observant, but keeps his comments for the ears of Akzel, Lillianna and himself. In front of others he is very reserved though he no longer stands for being bullied or demeaned, he will not run to his friends for help. He prefers to attempt to avoid the situation in any way, but if need be he will defend himself.

    Appearance: Asher’s skin is paler then the humans of Caravalle, due to his Earth Djinn heritage. His skin is the color of sand in the sun and is creaseless, lacking any flaws and taking 5 to 10 years off his looks. Even with the seemingly soft skin, he has sharp features, a sharply angled jaw that is forward just enough to give him an obvious look of command. His eyes are big and bright, almost seeming to twinkle with flecks of silver.

    Hair: Thick, wavy and short along the sides and back, with a bang covering his forehead.
