Personality: Bree wants to believe she's a leader. Its all she's ever wanted. She's determined, strong willed and unwavering. Her most valued trait is her bravery-but she lives in constant fear. Not of the vampires, not of other werewolves. Of failure. Her own failure. The most important thing to her is her family, and the one thing she hates most in the world is vampires, and who could blame her. She was brought up exposed to strong opinions of anti-vampirism. She'll always try to take charge and comes off a little cold, and she should. Her mind was set the moment her father told her she could become alpha, if she trained hard enough. She had no time for distractions. She had a role to fill and a pack to lead. And she would do them proud.
Background: She'd been raised in a pack, and the wolves were her family, her own father being the alpha male. Her father was the wisest alpha ever to take charge. What he decided would become their unwritten law. He held unquestionable authority over the pack. It was something she envied as she grew older. Her parents loved her but she saw it in there eyes. They'd wanted-
needed-a son. Someone to take control of the pack. Her father didn't trust the others or their sons. She'd always tried to take up the role. Always the first one to volunteer to do daily tasks. Always the first one to help out. But half the pack wouldn't listen to her and the other half who would were too afraid of changing their old ways. A girl could never lead. She would prove them wrong.
She was the one who was first in line at every hunt.
She was the one who pushed herself the hardest in any leadership training. She killed herself every day trying to please the pack, and she was strong enough, but never good enough. Thats when her father suggested the school.
He believed in his daughter, he knew she could do it, and when ever she felt like giving up, she thought of him. He'd told her that she was as strong and as capable as any other wolf in the pack. But that was it. She was in line with them on a biased playing field. He told her to go and study the vampires, learn there ways. Her knowledge will be her advantage. She knew he was right, she had to do this, and when she returned. She would be a new person. What kind of person? Only time can tell.
