Heh. I don't have problem waking up in the morning. I have a problem staying awake during the day while I'm studying. (No, I don't have narcolepsy. ;p)
Since I study outside the house (mostly in the hospital), a cold shower is out of the question. And I need to concentrate on studying, so I can't always go to the gym.
