Abilities and Attacks:
Flight: Sorrel can, like many of his bretheren, take flight for a time.
Afterimage/High-Speed Movement
Ki Blasts: Sorrel can concentrate his ki and fire it at foes.
Electrostatic Symphony: Sorrel concentrates his ki to such a point that it resembles electricity. He then fires the attack at his target. Upon striking, the attack arcs wildly over the victim's body. Inducing convulsions, paralysis, or even death.
Hellblaze Sonata: Sorrel expels so much ki at once that it takes the form of a massive pillar of flames in each hand. He then fires the attack at any foe nearby. The attack homes in on the unfortunate target and inflicts moderate damage on impact, as well as a fair amount of burns and tremendous pain.
Dirge of Demise: Sorrel fires a massive volley of basic ki attacks at a chosen foe. The attacks surround the enemy and circle them rapidly, cutting off potential escape routes. On his signal, the blasts all converge, damaging the unfortunate soul with a multitude of attacks.
Concerto of Catastrophe: Sorrel charges up an incredible amount of ki and fires it in a single massive blast. This attack takes a fair amount of time to prepare, so it is unlikely he could use it when fighting alone. It's power can level a large city and permanently scar a planet's surface.
Hyper Blitz: Using his skill in manipulating ki, Sorrel charges energy as if about to launch an attack. Instead of firing off the focused ki, he then floods the charge back into his own body, increasing his strength and speed by a large degree. There are two drawbacks, however. One being that due to the high amount of focus this technique requires, Sorrel robs himself of the ability to use his devestating ki attacks. The second is that due to the strain of being at a heightened state of power than his body is used to, after the technique runs it's course Sorrel becomes exhausted and sluggish.

Personality: Tends to be snappy with others until he is used to them. Sadistic in combat, yet oddly aware of what is going on despite the bloodlust that consumes him.
Biography:
Sorrel was born to an unremarkable family of middle-class warriors. Born with only a slightly above average power level, he was neither elite, nor low-class. Most thought him to be destined to mediocrity like his parents. Fate, it seemed... had other plans for the boy. Early on, he showed a gift for manipulatine energy, using his first ki blast at the young age of three. His father denied him a trinket, and Sorrel cried out and fired an attack at the man. Needless to say, he was uninjured. But this much was apparant... Sorrel was bound to be powerful, despite his middle-class ranking.
At the age of 14, Sorrel had created a unique attack all his own. The "Electrostatic Symphony" was what he called it. It was unusual, in the fact that it didn't seem to just mimic an electrical attack... but that the ki was so refined that it BECAME an electrical attack. The Symphony would not be the last unique attack that the young prodigy would create.
His style in Melee combat was just as inventive as his ki-based attacks. He fought from a stance that has his feet placed far apart, his body lowered, and one hand nearly on the ground while the other rested on his back. From this animalistic stance, he could rush forward to attack, twist and dodge to defend, leap with ease, and even fight dirty if need be. It was unpredictable and effective.
Now a grown man, accomplished scientist, and valiant warrior... Sorrel has set out on his own. What comes next for the mighty warrior is unknown, but he is sure to surprise and confound any who dare challenge him.

History: Shousei wasn't the kind of boy who wanted to be a ninja when he was little. He just wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and be a merchant. It was honest work, it helped people, no one got hurt by it. Just the kind of work he liked. And once his father began selling ninja tools and weapons... the family business exploded in popularity. Basic things like kunai and food pills could be sold to the public as well as to the military, so the Mizutani family grew very wealthy very quickly.
Shousei was handed everything he could ever want. He had all sorts of Ninja tools to play with, and sometimes even got into the ones that weren't for sale to the public. His family noticed the 'break-ins' and commissioned a Ninja to watch the store for a short time. Sure enough, they caught Shousei in the act. The boy panicked and tripped over some merchandise, falling against a rack which held many different bladed weapons. After being cut several times by the falling impliments, he was approached by the Chunin.
"No! Get away!" screamed Shousei as he tried to crawl backward. "I said GET AWAY!" The Ninja had only been coming to help him up, but the boy was scared and didn't know any better. The blood from his cuts lashed out and held the 'enemy' tightly, as if they were rope. Then, as Shousei screamed loudly once more, another ribbon of blood lashed against the stunned Chunin several times before the ninja was able to free himself. Before the young man could renew his terrified assault, the hired Chunin knocked him out with a quick and precise blow to the neck.
As Shousei was out cold, the Ninja explained what had happened to his family. They were mortified that their son had attacked an upstanding member of the village military, and told him to take the boy as payment for the trouble. It was an unusual request, but the Chunin knew that the boy would make a powerful Shinobi if he were properly trained. And so it was that he was taken to the academy. His family paid for a private apartment for him, and kept his bills paid and put food in his belly... but they would not speak to him any longer.

He immediately started on missions and excelled at them, being granted C-Rank missions only a month after graduation. His superiors were amazed at how fine-tuned his blood control was becoming... and suggested him for promotion pending completion of a B-Rank mission under the supervision of a Jounin.
It was apparant to any Shinobi that knew him that Shousei had succeeded, as the Jounin Council nominated him for Chunin status.. His tenacity and raw skill, coupled with his unique kekkei genkai, were just enough to give the boy an edge over a kidnapper who had taken the Daimyo's daughter. Ecstatic, Shousei donned his flak jacket and took command of a squad of Genin. They were more experienced than graduates, and therefore did not require a high-rank Jounin to lead them.

Three Years Later...
Many missions were completed by Squad 13, and they earned many accolades including the "Guts of Iron" medal for "excessively reckless yet decidedly effective action". Noting his many accomplishments, the council of Jounin welcomed Shousei into their ranks. The young man thought he could never be happier. But then two of his squad were nominated for Chunin status. He was immensely proud of them, and took the remaining member under his wing for training. Only one short year later, they were a Chunin as well.

Six Years Later...
The Village Kage had been ailing for some time due to a severe injury he received in battle, and several of the Jounin conversed with the Daimyo about a replacement. Two of the Jounin suggested Shousei as the next leader of the village's Shinobi. His pride in his village and eagerness to keep it safe and strong would take him far as a Kage, his raw skill spoke volumes, and his younger age ensured he would only grow stronger. Another voted on himself, and noted how his record spoke for itself. Much discussion was had, but at the end of it all, Shousei was voted to be the next Kage, much to his surprise.
When news reached him, he was blown away. Him... the new Kage? No way. He didn't believe it. But it was true. Now he would be the leader of all Shinobi in the village... a great honor and responsibility, wrapped into one. Shousei would show he was worthy... he refused to let them down.

Present day...
Though the ashes of war have settled... as a Kage, Shousei remains ever vigilant against potential foes. Some say he is TOO vigilant. Despite the war being resolved three years earlier, Shousei did not forget its horrors as easily as the other Kage. He had seen former squadmates die before his eyes... used their blood to murder their killers... used the blood of the killers to slaughter their friends... and committed the same atrocity several times... all in the name of a war he had all but been forced into as a child. The once bratty and arrogant child had become a hardened general and obsessive defender of his homeland.
No threat would go uninvestigated... and many knew his methods and manners were beginning to ruffle the wrong kind of feathers. He was standing on the edge of an abyss... staring down into the black. Could the once spirited child return to the light and walk away from the blacness that threatened to consume him? Only time would tell.

Any blood still oozing from the would or in contact with the skin or clothing of the wounded, he cannot control.

Weakness: The blood is hardened into a semi-solid state, and once used in this manner, cannot be reabsorbed. Furthermore, the gauntlets or boots can only be manipulated slightly once formed. The addition of small spikes or lengthening further up the arm or leg being the extent of modification once activated.
Name of Technique: Chiton: Shinku Mamushi ( Blood Release: Crimson Viper ) Type of Jutsu: Supplimental, Offensive Rank: A-Rank Range: Short Nature Type: Chiton Kekkei Genkai Handseals: Boar -> Tiger -> Horse Description: Shousei conjures a tendril of blood from whatever means is easiest at the time and launches it either an enemy or corpse. The blood is infused into the body of the target and allows Shousei to directly control said target for a short time. This process is tremendously painful for the unfortunate target, as the blood that is forced into them causes an immense spike in blood pressure followed by a fine red mist shooting outward from every pore as Shousei's Chakra-infused blood forcibly ejects the targets own sanguine fluid. Most targets do not survive more than a few minutes under the control of this jutsu due to the immense trauma it inflicts. If used against a powerful foe, it is only effective for a few seconds and the target is not controlled, but rather simply stunned from the pain and the blood pressure spike. In such a scenario, the Blood infused into them is then ejected from the mouth. If used against a weak foe, it can last a few minutes before the target falls and dies. If used against a corpse, the duration is indefinite. Weakness: Shousei must focus heavily if he uses this against a living foe, and therefore can only take defensive actions or use supplimental jutsu while using this against a live enemy. If used against a corpse, there is no major weakness.
Name of Technique: Chiton: Shinkushi ( Blood Release: Crimson Death ) Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: A-Rank Range: Single Target Afflicted by Shinku Mamushi Nature Type: Chiton Kekkei Genkai Handseals: Rat -> Monkey -> Snake Description: The target of Shinku Mamushi experiences a truly diablolical effect. The blood used to control them forms thin slivers that erupt outward from their body at a truly destructive amount of points and angles. The damage may include but is not limited to: Severed tendons, damaged chakra points, ruptured organs, and destroyed blood vessels, as well as the inevitable death that Shinku Mamushi inflicts on weaker foes. Weakness: For best effect, must be used against target already inflicted with Shinku Mamushi. May be used simply on the serpentine tendril that is the "Crimson Viper" jutsu, but use outside of a human body greatly lessens the damage inflicted.

Personality: Kirino is very friendly and personable, and can be flirty if doing so allows her to get a laugh or embarass someone. However, despite this cheerful nature... she does not abide by unnecessary stupidity or goofiness. When seriousness is required, she is... well... serious.
History: Kirino grew up in a troubled home. Her father was a drunkard, her mother was forced to be promiscuous and sleep with other men for money, and her two brothers were... abusive... to say the least. Often times, her father would come home at night and beat on the two boys simply because they looked at him funny. The brothers would then take it out first on each other... then on Kirino. More than once they knocked her out, and she would wake up later on... tied to the bed and without clothing. She would cry out for someone... anyone... to just let her go or let her die. Every time, her mother would rush in and untie her from the bed... whispering comforts to the traumatized girl who cried in her arms.
As the years went on, the abuses got worse. Finally... Kirino struck back. The now 13 year old girl was about to get hit on the head by her older brother and subjected to more 'bed time' as they called it... when the girl spun around and smashed a thick plate over her brother's head. The second young man rushed her and was met with a broken plate shard slicing into the flesh of his wrist and arm. Both boys were not fatally wounded, but the violence drew attention from the drunk father. The husky man grabbed the club-like object he used to use when he beat the boys, and brought it to bear against his daughter. That was when the despair ended for Kirino... when her mother took the heavy blow that was meant for her.
Her father's powerful swing sent the club smashing into the torso of her mother. It was then that Kirino knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she needed to stop him. He'd kill them if she didn't. The anger built. ... No... not anger. Something... else. Righteous Fury was more like it. That bastard had forced her mother into prostitution, and allowed her brothers to beat and rape her. Enough was enough. Kirino screamed as loud as she could and took the broken shard she had cut her brother with in her hand. The big man she knew as her father gripped the club tightly. This would be it.

Kirino awoke in a medical facility, with her mother at her side. When the girl asked what happened, she was quickly brought up to speed. She had jumped at her father, who buried the blunt weapon in Kirino's ribcage. The man then walked over to her and was about to deliver the final blow, the young girl had thrown the jagged shard with such precision that it buried itself in the front of her father's skull. ... taken aback... Kirino thought about this for several minutes. Then realized that she and her mother were free.
But then... a Ninja she recognized as a unit from the Military Police entered the room. Immediately, Kirino apologized for murdering her father and pleaded with the man to show her leniency. He waved his hands a few times and explained that she was in no trouble, and that even her two brothers were under arrest due to evidence they had found during her treatment, as well as testimony from Kirino's mother. Truly... they were free. But the ninja DID ask something of her. Willing to do nearly anything for the person she felt helped her get free of her nightmare... she instantly agreed to enter the Ninja Academy.

Ten years later...
Kirino is a successful Jonin-Rank Shinobi. Her skills in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are fairly advanced, and she knows how to utilize more than one element... allowing her to create her own Kekkei Genkai that she has dubbed the "Inferno Style". The years have been kind to her since escaping her former life... and she plans on keeping it that way by showing the same kindness to others. After all... what comes around goes around.

Kirino was elected to become the Kazekage after the third Kazekage died due to illness. Her dedication to duty while maintaining a fairly lighthearted attitude was a factor in her selection, as it garnered her much adoration among other shinobi as well as the common folk. Reluctantly, she accepted the posting. Knowing that if her talents could be used in defense of the home she loved, then she would rise to the occasion. But at the same time... she knew that it would be unlikely that Sunagakure would be attacked directly. Nevertheless... she has shown to be a fair and reasonable Kage so far...

The damage is dealt in the form of terrible burns, numerous cuts caused by depressurization, and raw impact damage.
Weakness: The user of this jutsu is likely to suffer some damage if it is used in close quarters due to the blast radius of the technique.
Description: The user of this technique is enveloped by a swirling mass of flames and wind pressure similar to the Flame Cyclone Jutsu, but on a much smaller scale. The heat of the flames and the speed of the moving air around the user is a very effective armor as well as a weapon for offense, subjecting anyone who confronts them in melee combat to additional damage caused by the burning heat and biting wind. Though formidable-looking and potentially damaging to those unprepared for it... anyone with significant speed can attack the user (with a punch, kick, etc) and remove the attacking appendage (arm, leg, etc) quickly enough to only sustain minor scrapes and burns, while dealing significant damage to the user of this jutsu.
Weakness: If used in short bursts, there is no real weakness. The user's own "Inferno-Nature" chakra protects them. If... however... the user is forced into a defensive fight and relies on this technique too often, the effects of the armor begin to harm them as well as their foe. In time, the Tempest Armor will burn away the user beyond all hope of healing or survival. Therefore, the one using this technique must be careful to not overuse it.
Personality: Yukihiro is as laid back as can be for the most part. Sure, he's incredibly talented in combat. Sure, he's fairly intelligent. Sure, he's no slouch at Kido. But honestly, he'd rather kick back and have a drink with those he considers friends, or grab a bite to eat in the world of the living when he can get some leave time.

History: Back in the day, Yukihiro was an exorcist of sorts. He could see and interact with spirits. It earned him a decent living and even helped him meet his wife. But the problem with seeng spirits, is that they can see you as well. Most, of course, are harmless ghosts of people who just can't or don't want to pass on. Some are malevolent, however... and those are more than problematic. It was one of those malevolent spirits that cost Yukihiro his life.
"I thought it would be a routine exorcism. But I was wrong about that. See... here's how it went down... I was, as usual, operating alone. No need to involve the wife and my kid, right? And outside this nobleman's home I felt a less than benevolent presence. No sooner did I turn around, a monster took a swing at me. Tell you what... I was scared out of my head. I was almost sure I was gonna lose my life. But that didn't mean I wasn't going to fight for it. I drew my sword and slashed at it. The thing seemed almost surprised that I could see it, let alone attack it. Amazingly, The leg I had slashed at only took minor damage... a solid cut, but I was trying to sever the thing. I knew for a fact then, that I was in deep."
"In any case... I still fought. But the thing was wearing me down a lot faster than I could hurt it. I eventually fell... my wounds taking their toll on me. But wouldn't you know it? Someone came to my aid. A woman in a black kimono, wielding a Katana not so different from mine. She killed that thing dead in two tips of a whiskey bottle. Problem was... I was too far gone and couldn't be saved. She told me about the soul society, and that I showed great promise and bravery in fighting the "Hollow" despite being only a human. I knew I wouldn't survive the wounds... I could feel the darkness coming for me. So I made one final request... that I could appear before my family and tell them what had happened to me... and that I would be waiting for them on the other side. She agreed to take my spirit to them and allow me to relay said message."

Bankai Abilities: Not only can Yukihiro make use of the abilities granted by his Shikai... but he hones them to a degree that is almost unbelievable. Once in Bankai state, Yukihiro can perfectly copy any foe's fighting style he has fought in the past and use it to his advantage. He also is able to read his current foe's movements to such a degree, that he is a perfect mirror of their attacks (albiet a MICROSECOND slower, as he needs to see the attack start to mirror it). To top off his copy abilities, Yukihiro can also mirror the appearance of his current foe or of past foes to an eerie precision... including the sound of their voice.
(note: In Bankai, he can copy major techniques, but they are significantly weaker than the real thing )

Bio: Jerome Thaddious Washington was a troubled youth. Growing up in the Highland Park area of Detroit, Michigan... he was introduced to the gang lifestyle at a young age. There were good things and bad things about that life. You had people at your back if things went down, but at the same time... if things went bad and no one was around... no once vouched for you and you were on your own until you got released from jail. At the age of ten, he shot his first person. They lived, but he was instantly accepted into the gang.
That trend of drugs, violence, sex, and self-destruction continued... until one fateful day when his life would forever change. One night, while out trying to score some smack, Jerome was approached by a man in a suit. An easy buck, thought the gangster. He thought wrong... and the man zapped him with a taser and tossed the KO'd kid into a limo that pulled up.
Upon waking up, Jerome found himself strapped to a table and hooked up to a large number of sensors. The man who had tazed him stepped over and smiled at the young man. He was told that he would be made into the ultimate human. Immortal... adaptive... resiliant... Jerome responded by threatening his life. With a chuckle, the man then resumed his speech. "If you survive the procedure, that is..." was what he said... and injected Jerome with a thick grey fluid.
The liquid burned inside his veins. It felt like he was being consumed from the inside-out. That was not far from the truth, really. The solution he had been injected with contained an immense amount of nanomachines, that were consuming the protiens of Jerome's body and replicating themselves. They then proceeded to simply consume him for the sake of consuming him, as they were programmed to do. He saw his arm being eaten away, then shrieked in terror as it simply fell off.
The process continued until there was nothing left of Jerome's body. The scientist sighed in disappointment, until...
Jerome's body began to reform as the nanomachines reconstructed it, modifying his DNA slightly to allow the absorbtion of most metallic compounds (( as a needle was the cause of his death )). With absolute delight, the scientist exclaimed his success. ... Jerome wasn't very happy about it, as he had felt all the pain of death. But he was now immortal, just as promised. And so he was told to resume his normal life, and that he would be monitored.
To hell with Gangbanging... Jerome saw this as a way out of that downward spiral. ... his former gang members didn't like the idea... and shot Jerome in the chest. When the bullet was absorbed into his skin harmlessly... the gangsters bolted. And so, Jerome began acting as Highland Park's "Defender", and... was killed four more times. By being drowned, then by being set on fire, then by a gang hitman who used a tripwire that filled Jerome's body with random shrapnel of plastic, wood, and metal (which was absorbed), then by being torn limb from limb.
After several years of serving as the protector of Highland Park, Jerome was contacted by... of all things... the Justice League. They wanted him as a member of their group. Eager to help the world, he instantly accepted.
Personality: Kristjan is generally critical of things. He points out the flaws in anything he notices that has a flaw. He loves nothing more than to break the body and mind of his foes and will only end the fight once the enemy is broken to his satisfaction.
History: In the past, Kristjan was a mighty Icelandic Warrior. His skill with a blade was only surpassed by his skill in bed. One night, however... he went to lay with the wrong woman. As he found out, she was the daughter of a rival Warlord... and was sent there specifically to assassinate him. She did not kill him immediately, as her father instructed... but instead, started a life with the mighty young warlord. In time, Kristjan found out who she was and confronted her. She did not deny it, and told him of the peace her father hoped their union would bring. Kristjan was relieved... and sent word to her father that he wanted to meet and discuss peace.
Peace would be fleeting... and once the rival warlord met with Kristjan, he slipped his daughter orders. She nodded and chatted with her father for a time. Kristjan began the feast, held in his wife and father-in-law's honor, and told everyone to enjoy themselves. That they did. There was drinking, tale-telling, and boasting abound... and it lasted long into the night. Exhausted, Kristjan called his wife and want to bed with her. It was there that she drove her father's family dirk into the chest of her husband. The shock nearly killed him outright, but he managed to cling to life long enough to see his father-in-law enter the room and embrace his wife in a less than wholesome manner. ... he was betrayed by the one woman he let his guard down around...
His hatred and rage consumed him, and his spirit was unable to pass on. It twisted and morphed him into what was called a Hollow... and he began to consume the souls of those he knew in life. The first to fall were his wife and father-in-law, who's souls Kristjan devoured while they lay together in their incestuous union. Next, came his friends and family. They did nothing to stop the takeover of his lands, and were therefore traitors. Then his generals... officers... and eventually most of his vassals and confidants. His hunger for the lives of those who betrayed him was insatiable, however... and he soon began to kill indescriminately.
In time, many decades later... he roamed the wastes of Hueco Mundo, devouring hollows weaker than he. In time, the collected power from those devoured hollows transformed the man into something... else. Something he came to know as a Vasto Lorde. He had gained immense power in the deaths he had caused, and in absorbing so many different minds and souls... even a measure of control over his own pain and anguish. And now, with another war looming... Kristjan bands together with the other "Espada" and sides with new allies. He would show them all his power... and in time, there would be none willing to betray him.
Arrancar Abilities:
Cero - Kristjan fires a blast of purple energy at his foe in an attempt to harm them. He fires them off fairly rarely, as they are not terribly powerful despite his rank. Among the Espada, his Cero is the Fifth most powerful
Gran Rey Cero - Slashing into his arm, Kristjan infuses reiatsu/reishi through the blood itself and fires off a massive wave of purple and black energy nearly 20 meters across at it's largest. The attack is forbidden within the confines of Los Noches, but unrestricted anywhere else... and Kristjan is fond of using it once his foes show signs of breaking. His Gran Rey Cero is actually the Second most powerful among the Espada due to the amount of blood he pours into it.
Hierro - Kristjan's skin is hardened to an amazing degree, and he needs not fear the blades of his foes. In comparison to the other Espada, his Hierro is the third hardest.
Sonido - Due to the fact that his skills are not the greatest among the Espada as far as Sonido is concerned, Kristjan is actually fairly slow. Among the Espada, he is ranked Seventh in speed.

Portao de Traicao (Gate of Betrayal): By moving a specific way so that the foe's attack strikes him in the hole within his chest, Kristjan distorts the space around him to return the attack at the attacker... from directly behind them. This works marvelously on attacks from weapons, as well as from techniques with a small area of effect... but is fairly tough to use against massive attacks.
Lamina Traidor (Traitor's Blade): Kristjan intentionally suffers his foe's next attack, and suffers only a portion of the damage intended. Seconds later, the foe is hit with the remainder of the damage that was intended for Kristjan. The downfall of this technique is that Kristjan must ingest a small amount of the foe's blood to establish a life-force link.
Feridas de Tempo (Wounds of Time): Calling upon his aspect of death, Betrayal... Kristjan is able to cause the fabric of time itself to stab his foe in the back. Old wounds open up all over his foe... from small papercuts, to massive gashes that threaten the foes life. This does have a backlash, however... as the flow of time demands that Kristjan also suffers some damage. His Hierro weakens immensely and renders him very vulnerable to attacks for several minutes after using this ability.
Personality: Victoria is blunt and to-the-point in most matters. She is, however... rather pleasant to be around for the most part. She will not directly insult someone or belittle them unless she feels it constructive to do so. She is a kind soul and relishes in helping those less fortunate.
History: Victoria Engel Dietrich was born to an average family. She lived a happy childhood and loved watching cartoons before school. But her family wasn't as average as she thought. He mother was a Quincy... a highly trained fighter who attacked and killed the corrupted souls of those unable or unwilling to move on after death. This was covered up by her mother's 'job' as an animal trainer. Often times, the scrapes and bruises she came home with were attributed to an unruly dog or similar work-related accident. But one day... Mommy didn't come home.
A few days later, a man Victoria would later know as he mentor knocked on the door of the Dietrich family's home. He explained that there had been an accident at the training facility and that Victoria's mother had been killed. Her father seemed to know what happened, and his seemingly unfazed attitude disturbed young Victoria. She lashed out and slapped her father repeatedly, who did nothing in retaliation... and instead simply let his daughter vent her grief. Once she was tired of hitting and kicking her dad, she turned her sadness toward the man who delivered the news. ... He was less kind.
The man stepped to the side and delivered a quick chop to the base of Victoria's skull... knocking the girl out almost instantly. While she was out, the man and her father spoke at length about her. Only later that day did Victoria find out that she was selected, like her mother, to be a Quincy. And once she awoke, her father sent Victoria to live with the man whom had knocked her out.

Several years later, Victoria was TECHNICALLY a Quincy. She had a grasp of using a bow as a spiritual weapon, but her gifts were mainly in the department of Melee Combat, and the Spirit Weapon she conjured even took the form of a blade. This gained her nothing but disdain among the rigid Quincy Order, who saw ranged combat as far superior to close-quarters fighting. Victoria saw herself as a vital asset, and knew that if she were paired with another Quincy... one who excelled in ranged combat... that they would be unstoppable. She could take the pressure off of the archer, and the archer could injure or kill the foe from afar.
... an Elder Quincy thought otherwise, and retorted that any Quincy that had a Seele Schnieder on hand could easily defend himself in Melee. This was a blatant insult to the teen's pride, and she lashed out at one of the more powerful Quincy. He was actually taken abak by her skill with the Hirenkyaku when she was able to flank him. Granted, he was off-guard... but Victoria was still surprisingly quick for being only nineteen. She brought her bladed weapon up toward the man's ribcage, but paused when one of the other Quincy in attendance, a man by the name of Adam Verdance, stood at her side with his bow pointed directly at her head. Immediately, Victoria backed down. ... she would be exiled for attacking on of the Quincy Elders.

Present Day.
Victoria still maintains loose ties to the Quincy Order, including ties to Adam Verdance. Despite her actions, he understood her frustration and suggested against her exile. But the past was the past. The two became somewhat close at one point, but circumstances led to them breaking it off after several weeks. Now that they were older, the two had responsibilities they had to take care of. For Victoria, that meant holding down a job. For Adam, it meant hunting and killing Hollows and Arrancar.
She does not despise the Shinigami, as most Quincy do. In fact, due to her interference in a few conflicts with Hollows, she has come to personally know a couple of lesser Shinigami. They're not as different as the Quincy would lead everyone to think. Their methods are similar to her own. Engage the foe in melee, destroy the mask, and retreat. But since Victoria was still a Quincy in their eyes, they still did not fully trust her. But that was fine, She knew old habits died hard.
Despite all that has happened in her life, Victoria maintains a cheerful outlook on life. Perhaps one day, she hopes, she'll even be reinstated into the Quincy Order. But for now, she's content to simply live her life.

Spirit Weapon Abilities: Unlike most Quincy, who use ranged combat... Victoria uses melee combat far more often. Her abilities are unique among them, and she never quite grasped the use of a bow. Her weapon reflects her prowess in close-quarters.
Orden (Order): Victoria weaves a seal before her, cutting the pattern into the very air. She then thrusts her sword through it and an energy akin to lightning rushes at the foe in front of where the seal was cast. After contact, the foe is paralyzed, but unharmed... allowing Victoria to speak freely, interrogate, or if she chooses... kill... the incapacitated being. However... if the foe is mighty enough, this compulsion will likely be quite brief.
Krankheit (Disorder): The flipside of Orden... Victoria slashes her foe and thrusts her reiatsu into them like a poison. Their muscles no longer respond properly to the signals from their brain, and trying to move an arm could result in blinking an eye, for example. This technique plays havoc with the body of the afflicted.
Verteidiger (Defender): Victoria reshapes the blade of her sword via her indomitable will, and it becomes a mesh of energy designed to defend against and entrap enemy weapons. It is effective even against Reiatsu/Reishi based attacks, but does not last long before her weapon reverts back to blade form.
Zerstörer (Destroyer): Flipside of Verteidiger. Rather than defend, Victoria may choose to forgo all resistance to attacks in exchange for an incredibly brief (10 seconds at most) burst of speed and power to all her attacks. Damage suffered in this short time can be catastrophic if she is facing a truly superior foe, but more often than not, the tradeoff is likely worth it.
Zeit außerhalb der Zeit (Time Outside of Time): The ultimate expression of order. Time seemingly pauses for a matter of seconds, leaving only Victoria and her foe outside of it's flow. In this bubble of voided time, the two beings may combat each other without risk to the space outside it. If one hits a tree at high speed, it is unaffected. If one attempts to move an object that was not in their posession before Zeit außerhalb der Zeit was invoked, they fail to move it. Only the willing action of Victoria, or the death of her or the foe, may break this ability.
Verbannung des Abgrundes (Banishment of the Abyss): The epitome of chaos and disorder. Victoria impales herself on her blade, dealing a grievous wound... but doing so creates a link to the gate of hell that is occasionally summoned when a Shinigami kills a truly vile Hollow. Her foe is then sucked in and forced to fight their own inner demons until they die or break free of the chains holding them in that realm. In payment for such a terrible technique, the guardian of the gate to hell takes a portion of Victoria's soul when the gate closes.
Vollständig: The Vollständig state for Schicht Gesetz is one of the strangest things about it. It appears as though Victoria's weapon simply shatters. But in actuality, it fuses with her entire body. From her shoulders erupt two massive plumes of spiritual energy, akin to the wings of an angel. Her arms and legs glow with a bright blue color. Her hair flows as if being blown by a steady wind. And her abilities multiply several times over. Her skills become equivalent to that of a Shinigami Captain who had released their power limiter... but only for a short time. She has vowed never to use this ability, as it will strip her of her Quincy Powers.
Other Abilities:
Skilled Swordswoman: Victoria can go toe-to-toe with several of the Shinigami Captains, though not at the same time, of course. Her abilities are seen as a perversion of the traditional Quincy skillset, however.
Hirenkyaku Adept: Due to the intense training she received prior to her exile from the Quincy Order, Victoria is fairly skilled in the use of the Hirenkyaku. Though not as fast as some of the older or more experienced of the Quincy... or comparatively, the Shinigami Captains... Victoria is quite fast, nonetheless.
Ransotengai: Having been exiled before learning the finer points of this technique, Victoria only has a very basic grasp of it, and can use it to move injured body parts... but not in the midst of battle, as it requires too keen of focus and more knowlegde of the skill than she possesses.
Novice Archer: Due to her twisted version of the standard Quincy skillset, Victoria is only capable of simple archery techniques. She can use a bow well enough, but fancy things like splitting arrows or ricocheting reishi shots are beyond her abilities.
Unusual Reiatsu Signature: It seems at first analysis, that Victoria is a Quincy through and through. But an in-depth examination of her reiatsu shows that she has some traits in common with the Shinigami. This could explain how she is able to summon the Hell Gate and why her abilities focus on melee combat. However, she has never felt the need to seek them out for answers, nor have the Quincy or Shinigami chosen to question her about her strange abilities.
Personality: Ritsuko tends to be standoffish around those she doesn't know... speaking bluntly and trying to finish conversations quickly. Around those she knows, however... she is generally cheerful and upbeat... which is a surprise, given her past.
History: Ritsuko was born into the Inuzuka clan of Konohagakure. Unfortunately, she was "different" from everyone else. Years of focus on Animalistic Techniques and rumored "close interaction" with animals had led to her birth, a true Half-beast hybrid human. While some from her clan hailed her birth as a sign of her greatness, others saw her as an abomination... and weren't afraid to show their distaste for Ritsuko and her immediate family. In fact, the head of the clan exiled the girl soon after she was considered for admission in the Konoha Ninja Academy. And that is where her story truly begins.
Lost in her exile, beaten and abused by the very people she thought she could trust, Ritsuko headed out under cover of pouring rain. On her way, she stumbled through the ruins of Amegakure... long destroyed by the horrors of war. It was here that she found her inspiration to keep going and forge onward, but that is another story for another time. In any case, what she found there brought forth a wellspring of emotion and courage within the young girl, and she traveled onward to Kumogakure, longtime rival of her native Konoha. Hopefully her dislike for them would be enough to convince the leaders of Kumogakure to accept her for study at the academy.
It was... and so she began walking the long road to greatness.

Her time in the academy was as she expected. She was shunned by most of the other children and made fun of for her appearance. Used to the reactions, she simply ignored them and used their dislike as more motive to show she was better than them. And better than them she was. He skills in Taijutsu, for example... were far beyond the normal parameters of a Genin. Her Ninjutsu skills were mediocre, and her Genjustu was fairly poor... but her sheer power and speed in hand to hand far outshined her lackluster abilities in those areas. As time went on, it was clear to all the students and teachers that Ritsuko was going to be a mighty shinobi indeed.

Time passed... war raged... and Ritsuko's abilities grew exponentially. She was promoted to a Chunin shortly after her graduation, as all capable shinobi were needed in the war effort. Many new Chunin died because they were not ready for such large-scale conflicts... but Ritsuko flourished. Every foe she faced wrote the young woman off as a weakling either because she was young and easy on the eyes... or because she was an animalistic beast that was clearly inferior. ... she killed them all. Her exploits in the many battles she took part in earned her many accolades and much praise from the higher-ups of Kumogakure. So much so, that at the young age of 17, Ritsuko was promoted to the rank of Jounin. Immediately, she was given a high-priority assassination order.
Her mission was nearly a failure... she was sent against a shinobi nicknamed "Konoha's Blue Flame". A Jounin of great skill. His Fire-Style Jutsu was so concentrated, it resembled the fabled flames of Matatabi, the two-tailed Bijuu. But after all other options had been exhausted, Ritsuko unleashed her ultimate technique... "Inner Beast Style Taijutsu: Squirrel Topples Elephant"... and utterly destroyed the young man. ... She had nearly been destroyed in the process... but did not die due to the kindness of a nearby medical shinobi who had heard the epic battle unfolding from afar.

Initially, Ritsuko was appalled that the man had taken her clothes off... as she awoke covered in bandages. But quickly, the pain she felt reminded her of the havok she had put her body through... and the blood on the bandages spoke volumes about her injuries. The man continued to treat her wounds, and in time she was restored to health... but her peace was short lived. Kumogakure found where she was... and issued an order for her death. The Shinobi who had healed her... was from Konoha. But she didn't care. He was now her friend and lover... and she had found some measure of peace.
Not long before the war's end... Kumogakure finally gotten around to nipping its "Rogue Shinobi" in the bud, and sent ANBU after Ritsuko and her lover. Learning of this only when she returned to find her new lover murdered and Kumogakure ANBU waiting for her... Ritsuko snapped. All the assassins soon lay dead at her feet... and Ritsuko returned to her native land.
Though it took some explaining, and an oath of fealty... Ritsuko was accepted back into the ranks of Konohagakure. Now only time would tell what was in store for the young woman.
Weapons/Items: Fuyu no Sutoreji Tebukuro ( Winter Storage Gloves )
These strange gloves allow Ritsuko to store and compress her chakra for emergency situations or for use in her more advanced techniques. They can hold immense amounts of chakra, but do need to be recharged once depleted... which can take several days.

She forces a large concentration of chakra at the point of impact. Not only does this harden the skin for an instant, but the massive expulsion of chakra propels her and her foe a fair distance apart. Weakness: This technique leaves possibility for her foe to retailiate with a long-range technique.

She then uses this speed to rush into close quarters with her foe and deliver an astonishingly fast barrage of blows. Each hit is less powerful than a standard attack used without this technique, but the sheer number of attacks outweighs the lesser damage... leading to a fairly powerful and impressive attack. Name of Technique: Inner Beast Style Taijutsu: Raging Devil Typhoon Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: A-Rank Range: Melee Nature Type: None Handseals: None Description: Ritsuko grabs whatever limb of her foe that she can immediately snatch (be it unguarded, facing her, hitting her, etc) and torques her body as hard as she can. This sends her into a violent spin wich her foe has no choice but to take part in. The G-Forces put on her foes body are significant, and likely enough to dislocate whatever limb is being grabbed. Combined with the massive flow of blood away/toward the enemies brain, the threat of falling unconscious is very real. To end this already potent Taijutsu Technique, Ritsuko then slams the foe into the ground with all her might... likely leaving a small crater or at least a fairly deep imprint of the unfortunate person's body. Weakness: Ritsuko often gets dizzy for a few seconds after using this attack.
Name of Technique: Inner Beast Style Nintaijutsu: Winter Storage Unleash Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: S-Rank Range: 50ft Nature Type: Earth Handseals: Rat -> Boar -> Horse Description: Rutsuko unleashes some of the Chakra stored in the seals on her gauntlets and summons forth one of two things... either a massive number of small rock fists that rush toward the foe at almost every conceivable angle... or a single rock fist of immense proportions. If the numerous fists are summoned, they fly around at high speeds and then converge on their target in a sizable barrage. This can be divided into multiple salvos. If the single fist is used, it erupts from the ground at the foes feet and trusts skyward fast enough to pin the unluky person the the stone. It then turns at an insane pace, injuring the foe with high G-Forces, and plummets back to earth... driving the target several meters into the ground. Weakness: The Multi-fist Salvo is not as damaging as some techniques, but almost guaranteed to strike. The single fist is IMMENSELY powerful, but is significantly harder to hit with.
Name of Technique: Inner Beast Style Taijutsu: Cornered Animal Retaliation Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: S-Rank Range: Melee Nature Type: None Handseals: None Description: Ritsuko unleashes the majority of the chakra stored in her gauntlets to deliver a set of three blows, each many times more powerful than her standard strikes. First Strike... a remarkably quick uppercut to the abdomen or chin, sending the foe skyward. Second Strike... a devastating hammer-fist blow to the stomach or spine (depending on the foes orientation in the air), launching them back toward the earth. Third Strike... Ritsuko forces all the remaining Chakra from this technique into her feet, repelling the very air she is in, sending the woman rocketing down at her foe with breakneck speed. She then extends her fist outward and impacts her target, dealing a ridiculous amount of damage. Weakness: The forces exerted on Ritsuko's body in the execution of this attack far exceed that which humans can endure without sustaining damage, and she suffers anything from hairline fractures (if the ground she hits at the end is soft) to several broken bones and perhaps torn muscles (if the ground is solid rock or other very hard substances).
Name of Technique: Inner Beast Style Taijutsu: Squirrel Topples Elephant Type of Jutsu: Offensive, Supplimental Rank: S-Rank Range: Self Nature Type: None Handseals: Tiger -> Ram -> Tiger -> Snake Description: Ritsuko draws on her chakra so heavily that it actually weakens her life-force. The payoff for such a risky move is an increase in speed and strength that rivals that of the any Kage. Her hair stands on end as the power pours out of her body faster than her chakra network knows what to do with... her nose and eyes bleed with the strain... and her skin splits in multiple places. She endures the immense pain only because such power actually shorts out her nerve endings, granting her the gift AND curse of feeling no pain at all. With this ability active, Ritsuko may engage and likely defeat any foe she may face in combat... but it comes with a significant drawback. (See Weakness) Weakness: This technique plays utter havok on Ritsuko's body. Blood vessels rupture, muscles tear, skin rips, and her chakra network is left in shambles. This technique renders her useless once it is finished, and large amounts of healing and a long recovery are needed afterward.
