"Huh?" Ryoku said drowsily, having only just fallen asleep before Yuuji walked back in. "Oh, of course. I'd bet quite a lot that Tredecimo's current family are all young, loud and annoying."

"The Vongola Family, and if you didn't gather yet, you're in an underground base belonging to us. My name is Reborn, the current Boss' home tutor," Reborn replied happily to the first question. "Honestly, even I hadn't heard of RAW until they attacked the town earlier today, and I'm very well connected with the goings on in our little underworld." He admitted. "What about you, what are you doing here? You don't look like Mafia, but you were using your Rain flame in battle..."

Akira just gave a nod, "Then I guess you know not to push yourself when we're finished." He said whilst beginning the healing process.

Ami had.. mixed feelings.. at this point. She wanted to run like hell from Koichi, even if Arashi was holding him up, she assumed he'd just charge past. At the same time, she couldn't help but feel like apologising to Leo, Shigeru and the others - surrendering the Vongola Famiglia may not have been the best course of action to take... But then, would anyone still be standing here right now if there was no surrender?

"I'm sorry." She said almost inaudibly, "I didn't know what to do, everything was happening so quickly and.." Ami hesitated and looked away from everyone, not wanting to remind herself of what her father had entrusted her to do. If there was ever a time in her life that she felt lonely, it would be now. She started backing away from the group towards the briefing room in the fear of being bitten to death, or spoken down to about her choice.

Shigeru was relieved when Koichi had gotten stopped and rushed to Ami hugging her. "Are you okay Ami?" He asked quickly. "I was worried. But at least now I can relax a little. I know where you and Ryoji are and I know both of your statuses." He let her go and sighed in relief. He felt like the day had been full of nothing, but trouble and worry. Obviously he wasn't much worried about the whole Vongola issue. Or at least he wasn't bringing it up since he couldn't really school her or anything.

Koichi's attitude, however, remained the same. No... Actually his anger had slightly subsided after hearing Ami and, of course, due to the revival of his pain brought on by Arashi playing with his jaw and pushing the things he'd asked for into his stomach. He put held them with his left arm and pushed Arashi to the side into the wall of the corridor. "Don't take advantage. When I'm back at full power I'll seriously bite you to death." He said glaring at his second-in command fiercely.

Shigeru sighed looking back at Koichi who was now steadily approaching Ami again. "He seems like a troublesome one." He said calmly.

"Relax Sawada." He said as he stopped looking at the phone now in his hand for a brief second. He wasn't sure if Arashi had noticed yet, but when he'd pushed him into the wall Koichi switched the phone since he was sure Arashi had broken his. "I knew the type of peace loving Herbivore you were and partly expected this. But as of right now I'm not going to bite you to death." He explained walking passed her.

"Well. That's nice. At least he saw that now wasn't the right time." Shigeru said smiling happily.

Koichi, however, stopped and looked back. "I'll just wait until I'm at full power to do it." He said making Shigeru's sigh thinking he should have guessed it wouldn't end there. Koichi continued walking before stopping again. "Sawada!" He called out. "Show me somewhere I can change." He ordered her not knowing where to go.

"Sure you will, but since right now you're not - I'm gonna be having a lot of fun..." Arashi snickered as he faded into a misty illusion. Checking his phone- "What the fuck?" a the 'wall' Koichi was standing in front of said, "Koi-chan I'd like my cellular device back thank you very much." A hand grew out of the wall to reverse pickpocket the items back to their original owners.

"Aren't we equally loud and young?" Yuuji asked the now-awake Ryoku. He purposely left out the word 'annoying' for quite obvious reasons.

These people are insane! Akane thought, bewildered at the company Ami, of all people, had. "Heh..." she began backing away from the others, following her classmate Ami, the only 'safe' person she knew that was there, "Wait! Are you okay Ami...?" Obviously she wasn't, but wasn't it the thought that counts?

"You can change in the bathroom," Leonardo deadpanned to Koichi, pointing in the direction of the closest male washroom. "Or you could be like the animals you constantly make metaphors about and just change outside in the forest."

"You're right on the point that I'm not from around here. To sum it up in as few a words as I can, I'm a Nomad. I've spent years going from one place to another. Honing my skills, bringing ends to wars, that sort of thing. And a warrior in this day and age, if he wants to survive on today's battlefields, needs to be able to harness the power of the flames. The only reason I'm still breathing is dependent on my use of the flames. My reason for coming to this hellhole is simple; I heard that I might be able to learn how to efficiently use Hyper Dying Will state for longer than five minutes at most." Cronic said, as he looked at Akira. "Believe me, this ain't the first time I've needed medical attention. And I honestly doubt it will be the last. Though I will admit, this is a first in that I've been stabbed, albeit lightly through the spine."

"Young, maybe. Loud... Nope - I wouldn't like to piss off the Boss." Ryoku joked, his thoughts drifting to what Kiyoshi might be doing right now. The person outside was Vongola Tredecimo, but that Kaoru fellow had said he was the 'real one'. He could only imagine that Kiyo had no idea who to believe, and was most likely sorting it out. That, or he could be violently wiping the floor with the imposter.

Ami giggled slightly at Leo's remark at Koichi, but stopped quickly in the fear that she might end up as a target. What Koichi had said didn't seem to make her surprised, she expected as much from somebody who enjoyed battle. Still, this dug into her self confidence even further. Her attention was then turned to Akane who seemed worried, "I'm fine, thank you. Today just hasn't been easy... The only reason all of this is happening is because my father died. I've been the boss of this family for a few hours now, and look what I've done to it..." She said sadly, teary-eyed and trembling at the loss. "...He trusted me..."

Reborn smiled at Cronic, being an ender of wars would be of great value to the current Family. He would fit the position of the 13th Rain Guardian perfectly... If he wished to stay after perfecting his Hyper Dying Will, of course. "If you're trying for that aim, I'd suggest you talk to my student. She's not so much an experienced fighter yet, but I recall Sora Sawada mentioning how interested she was in the workings of our powers within the Mafia."

Akira fell back onto one of the beds and let out a sigh. "You should be okay to at least walk now. Take it easy." He told Cronic, the rest of the medical team backing off so they could work more on getting Ryoji awake. He was stable, but the Storm flames were notorious for degeneration characteristics, and the team needed to keep surpressing the injuries with Sun flames over time.

"Well if they beat you for your position, why can't you just beat them back? The guys back there certainly want to," Akane replied, "besides, I'd think your dad would care more about your safety than the position of your Family - I know if my brother had the choice to die for something, or live I would try to get him to choose the latter."

"We can only hope..." Yuuji muttered, lounging about on the table. "I'll bet that he's just taking the long route back after he completely annihilated that guy... yeah." Yuuji's mind wandered, would that Kaoru guy had surrendered? Would he have lost? Would he be a better leader?

Cronic got up slowly, wincing a little as he did so. "Thank you for that." Cronic said to Akira, as he stretched his legs a little. "Ugh. Gonna be a while before I'm at 100% again." Cronic said to himself. Even though Akira had managed to heal his spine, he felt like he was wearing lead boots. "As for the hyper dying will thing, I'm not really sure I want to stick around after that beatdown I got." Cronic said, sitting back down on the bed. "...Though I'd like to figure out it's secrets, getting killed for it is not worth it. Unless you can provide a valid enough reason, I'm going to get out of here at the first possible opportunity."

Shigeru sighed upon hearing Ami and wiped her tears before she could cry. "You shouldn't try to take on everything by yourself so fast Ami." He said calmly. "Uncle Sora would not have been happy to see you so distraught and in pain. Of course, I'm sure you already know that." He added smiling. "You have friends don't you? And allies." He smiled and shook his head. "The point I'm trying to make is that you are not alone." He said as he put his arm around her. "And of course on top of everything you must know that we're going to strike back and fix everything." Shigeru finally said smirking.

Koichi, meanwhile, had made his way to the restroom only after striking Arashi's hand quickly. He changed and loaded up his weaponry into his jacket. He looked at the phone that had been Arashi's and chuckled a bit as he left the bathroom. He was sure that Arashi knew if he tried again Koichi would made merely break his screen as well without hesitation. He began walking back down the hall slipping his phone into his back pocket. He wished he felt better, but what could he do. "My grandfather wouldn't have lost." He mumbled angrily to himself.

"We're going to fight them again?" Asked Ami, frowning. Then again, during the short fight (if you could call getting owned a fight) with Janus, she did mention it probably wouldn't be their last meeting. There was no way the Vongola Family would get kicked in the teeth and stand there to take it. No, more fighting would take place, whether Ami approved or not. "Thank you, Shigeru, Yozora-san. I just can't think straight... I'm going to change." She said to them before turning to make a quick exit.

"I'm not going to lie, we could use an extra pair of hands. The candidate to become the new Rain Guardian was that kid you stumbled across before your battle with that woman. So, understandably, we're in real trouble here. I'm not going to call you a coward if you walk away - things aren't looking good right now." Reborn explained. "...But, if you wish to stay, we could help you become stronger." He added friendly.

"...As much as I'd like to take you up on that offer, I need some time to think." Cronic said in response. "No doubt I'll be putting myself at odds with not just your enemies should I accept, but another group I know of all too well. And these guys will be drawn to this conflict like a moth to flame." Cronic said to Reborn. "Long story short, I need somewhere quiet to think, to meditate. I assume this place has somewhere like that?"
