I have a few ideas for a Doctor Who RP. The one that comes up the most frequently is that a very big paradox is threatening to rip the universe apart, and has caused a couple of Gallifreyans to appear outside of their Time Locked part of the universe. This is allowing some Gallifreyan OC's, but I'm setting the limit to two. Not many got out, so we can't very well have everyone be a Time Lord/Lady. There are plenty of amazing species in Doctor Who for you to play as that aren't Gallifreyans.
So, any takers?

Expanded Universe, they can time travel without a tardis though and the more powerful ones can create tardis type spaces, e.g. Underworld of Greek mythology. So you may want to either nerf, or disallow. In fact the Master was petrified of Hades for that very reason. It was in the book Deadly Reunion.

Yeah, I read up on them. I'm planning to nerf a bit, but if I can't get a good configuration, I'll just disallow.
By the way, just out of curiosity, if it wasn't certain you'd get to play one, why'd you ask? Also, even if it's nerfed, it'll be the only one I allow.

No problem. Well to be fiar Hermes could be killed by a bullet to the chest, but he could see bullets leaving a gun. I've got the book in PDF if you want it?
They can control their aging, allowing themselves to be older and then go back to being eternally young again. In many ways they're similar to the gods from Hercules and Xena, so Poseidon can grow to great size but by the end of the book they were all dead bar a few. So they are killable.
Or I'll pick something else......I don't mind.
Or alternative is some form of vampire or maybe a less powerful form of immortal like Flint from Trek.

Well, control of their aging is not dissimilar to a Gallifreyan's regeneration, so that can stay. I'll give it some thought. I'll most likely end up disallowing them, unfortunately.

Sorry to say, I'm gonna have to disallow immortals. I can't figure out a way to bring their power level down sufficiently. All the possibilities I can think of still make them pretty OP.
