I would say that has to be a Fallen Commander and that sounds awesome NacNak
I had one last idea that my last post was hinting towards if its approved, instead of multiple high ranking fallen angels attacking how about one large fallen angel in a full suit of armor that would be suicide to take on alone (well not suicide just very, Very difficult to fight) leaving us only one option: for all of us (or the vast majority of us in the same area) to attack him together in order to bring it down, and when it goes down one of the fallen angels nearby signuls all the others to retreat having lost their highest ranking angel in battle
yet again, it's just an idea.

Also, I think there's an additional point here that not all of us can all keep upping what our characters can do.
Honestly no offense intended but as an example, Nightfall has to use skill and experience to take out the angels he faces. He's been able to kill them by sniping them from a distance, using his agility and his movement to counter their flight and by picking targets that are already weakened. He can't just go wading into an entire group of them unleashing yet more weaponry like Spartan or Titan.
As I say, no offense but the point is we don't all have the same options for our characters.
Essentially, if the enemies we face keep getting stronger and more numerous then you can see how they will reach a point where all our characters have to escape or be killed, however, that point is going to be higher for some characters than others.
See that's a better idea. It's a lot harder to reason how all our characters could take a large number of "boss" enemies each set at the same level. But this way the stronger characters can weaken the single boss so the "weaker" characters can stand a chance against it.
Hah. No. Thankfully.
Actually I've realised that not having an avatar makes my posts easier to find.

And NEW TOPIC: Hypothetical Street Fighter Phoenix.
1.) If all our characters had to fight each other at once who would win overall?
and
2.) Which two characters would have the best fight if they were to face each other?
In both cases, assume there are no plot devices, such as the books, for any character. But feel free to suggest any scenario or setting you feel is fitting.

No offence Shotgun, but I'm still wondering if we're gonna fight the Fallen Comandante or not and if we do then can we all just gang up on the guy.
None takenI'd [3]rd'ed Eleda's thoughts that this seemed like a passing group and the remaining angels should flee.
My other point was just that it might be better for us to face one higher level enemy than a ton of them. In my opinion at least.
(If we faced multiples of an enemy class which Spartan would have trouble killing with his flight and missiles and lasers e.t.c, or Jun with her teleporting and morphing weapon, it would be close to impossible for let's say Drake to defeat them with his sixshooters and sword and no special movement abilities.)
Sure, we don't always RP situations where our characters win, but battles against multiple higher powered opponents pretty much have to end with defeat, or a deus ex machina ending, or with running away.
